I try BK about every two years and it's just meh. The onion rings and zesty sauce have forever been lowkey fire. Came this time to try the jalapeno cheddar bites, the cheddar cheese was creamy and decent and the jalapeno flavor was there, I just don't like the batter. Also got the chicken fries but they were extremely disappointing. Looks like they changed the batter and these things were flimsy and served in a fry bag, no longer the chicken container which made sense because they could not stand up on their own. Both items need the onion ring type batter and then I feel they would be great for fast food. I forever hate processed hidden valley ranch and can only eat it from the seasoning packet when made fresh. Something about the bottle and room temp containers makes it not taste good to me. Served me a rancid impossible whopper!! Came to get an impossible whopper and upon getting home I bit into what was a rancid, sour, and rotten tasting impossible whopper. They asked me to park from the drive through and waited for 15 minutes. I ended up going inside only to be told that it still wasn't ready. Then I get home and have the worst experience. When I pulled up to the window and received the order. We were not given any napkins or straws. The cheese was on the outside of the taco and not melted. So for dinner it was getting late and wanted something quicker but semi good to eat so I decided to order inside the Burger King diner which was empty and clean 2 original chicken sandwiches the long ones as I had a deal for them and always remember them fresh and hot with a good amount of mayo and lettuce simple yet very good. So I requested the chicken fresh and it took about 15 minutes to get my order. I got my sandwiches to go and when I got to my destination across the street took a bit and the patties were luke warm at best with very little mayo and hardly any lettuce. What a disappointment. I live near here so this location is usually my go to when I'm craving BK. The last couple times I've been here were disappointing, and last night really made me not want to come back to this location for awhile. I saw on the app that they had a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich - which I tried to order, but instead the person taking my order acted as if they didn't have that on the menu, so he charged me for a regular spicy sandwich, and additional charges for "deluxe" which is to add tomatoes and lettuce. The sandwiches end up to be regular chicken deluxe sandwiches, so he really charged me extra for the spicy chicken I didn't get, and also extra for produce, which is already included in the price. I also ordered zesty, ranch, and bbq sauce for my nuggets, and end up getting four different sauces which none of them are what I asked for. The young guy/girl that gave me my order was super short with me, and just hurried up and gave me my food and said everything including sauces were all in there. I really shouldnt have taken their word for it and check the bag, because they gave me sweet and sour, buffalo, honey mustard, and Marina sauce, which I don't even know what for because I didn't order anything that required marinara lol. Anyways, I don't usually leave reviews for fast food, but it was a completely disappointing meal. I had the most devastating experience here. I am from out of town and visiting family and decided to stop in to this location to order a few things My son also had to use the restroom. We noticed the door was locked I tried to get the lady at the register's attention by politely saying " Excuse me" . I repeated myself four times until my son unfortunately could not longer hold himself. There was only one other customer in the restaurant at the time so I know she could hear me, i was just being ignored. My five year old was humiliated and now wet. When I finally got her attention I asked for the manager and explained to him what happened He said " well the bathroom is closed to the public but I'm sorry that happened" The issue I had with this is there was no signage in place stating this. Also, if she would have just acknowledged me, we could have quickly gotten him out of there. By then, I didn't want to order because now I have an upset five year old who I now have to hear back to my relative's house to clean up and just appalled by the level of rudeness I had experienced. Sometimes it's unavoidable, in my mind at least, when it comes to fast food and quality that you want but the outcome becomes so different. I have frequented the Burger King on Bailey road for as long as I can remember. It's been there since I was a kid. Same spot, same place. The menu changes a bit. The employees change. The place stays the same. Thanks to my hey day in eating fast food, I have tried at least every item on the menu. But for this review, I'll remark upon the things I had today and the things I bought for other people and tried. Caesar salad: A whole lot of romaine lettuce, a whole lot of Parmesan cheese, a whole lot of Caesar dressing, some "grilled chicken" and some croutons. Surprisingly, it's not the healthiest choice on the money. BUT it's not the worst. Forget half the cheese and half the dressing, and you get a pretty nice chicken salad. The lettuce was wet for some reason, cheese was cold, the chicken wasn't grilled on the spot (it must have been microwaved) and the dressing was a bit heavy. All things considering, it didn't taste half bad. Cheeseburger/Double cheeseburger: No matter what hour it is, the quality of the cheeseburger with single or double path remains the same here. It's handed between hot and warm. There's a whole lot of mustard and not enough ketchup added on. There's like two pickles too. (I always have to ask for more.) The patty is a bit dry, and the meet tasted - unnatural and meh? (that's the only way I can describe it) Basically, it's not the freshest bite but again, no surprise there. Fries: I like to get my fries as soon as the place opens. Or right before noon. That's when it's just finished being cook. The fries will be the right mixture of crunchy and soft with a good portion of salt shakes onto it. Onion rings: The best onion rings are right before noon. Anything after that, like today when I got lunch at one, the onion rings are room temperature. It feels hot at first but it's actually the bag that's radiating the heat. So you bet it doesn't taste good. Cinnabon: The frosting they give on the mini Cinnabons are quite generous. It actually covers nearly have the pastry. It actually came out not to me. The melted frosting on top of the bread mix was perfectly sweet. The warmth of it all delighted my tastebuds. Soda: They mix sodas if you ask them to. I got my Coke and Sprite mix. The soda has only been flat once, and that was late in the evening like right before closing time. Inside, there's plenty of seating. Tables and little booths with stations holding the condiments and napkins. At the register there are at least two people there. The regular person and a manager too just in case it gets to busy. The drive thru is the busier of the bunch. Almost rarely do I see it empty. First you go to the menu which lists everything. They take your order. Note: Be sure to check you food before you drive off. I've had food missing before. Overall, this location is pretty good compared to other fast food places. Come on by if this is all you can afford, you love fast food, and/or if you have no other option. read more

Not horrible and not amazing. Used to go here more when i took the back road to work. Please whatever you do stay away from the super salty chicken sandwich, its horrible.
