The drive-thru lane leading up to the ordering screen and subsequent window is extremely short. This results in the drive-thru line spilling out into either the parking lot, or the street. The problem with both is that if the line spills into the parking lot, it blocks incoming traffic coming from the street level, getting into the parking lot. As well as any traffic trying to get out of the lot from that direction. If the line spills into the street, it blocks street traffic from getting through. And I would imagine quite commonly, traffic comes from both directions, making it confusing who should go next, and who is cutting in front of who. They have quite a large parking lot, so it would not be difficult to block off and mark the directional flow of the drive-thru like most places do. Instead of making it a literal free-for-all. There was a slight mix-up in my order when I pulled up to the window. But thankfully, it was quickly resolved. The lot itself is very sizable, and there are plenty of trash cans available outside. None of which appeared to be overflowing.
