The service is good, and the food is well prepared and tasty. The problem I have is that the Whopper is noticeably smaller. I'm certain this is a corporate thing, not associated with the Aberdeen location. But the Whopper no longer lives up to its name. I wonder if the Quarter Pounder from McDonald's has gotten smaller. I think not because the size is in the name, and they are stuck with just increasing the price. As usual, it's the consumer who ends up paying the price, figuratively and literally. read more

If you want a bite to eat for dinner, run the other way! I love Burger King Impossible Whoppers but this place put the sandwich together so poorly, I don't want another one anytime soon. This place served me the worst fast food meal I ever had. They threw in the hard parts of the head of lettuce with very little condiment sauces. I'm not even sure if the burger I was given was correct. I only gave this establishment an additional star since I didn't have any issues with breakfasts there. read more

Very clean and nice. The cashiers got our order in quickly and we didn't have to wait long for the food to come out. We ordered chicken fries and it was crispy and perfect. They even added in a few extra pieces to each of our orders! The inside is very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were also clean and there seemed to be someone always walking around cleaning. read more

Waited in line over 15 minutes and when I received the order, the french fries were not cooked long enough because they had cold spots in them. The girl at the window gives me my food and says "waiting on the drink" then she must realize, oh that's my job and starts making the drink. Fills the cup up and after the fizz went down, gives me a half cup of soda. If they were $1.00 I wouldn't complain, but at $2.89 I pulled around to go inside to ask if I could get my almost 3 dollar soda filled up, the doors are locked (8:30pm). Very disappointed to place my order just to be told that something that is on the menu board is no longer carried at this location. Shouldn't that prompt a change of the menu board? So on 12/30/2018 @ 9:40ish P.M.... My husband and I step out to get fresh air while the children was playing on the play side area we was standing next to the door that enters into the play room area my children was at we were getting ready to step back into the building on the playside where my children was playing .. Before we did enter an employe came to the door where we was standing at and told us the store was closing .. Her name is Shea ... So my husband and I said OK thanks .. Thought she was letting us know hey pack up your kids please but Noooooo... She hurried and closed the door and locked it!! My husband and I looked at each other and was LIKE I guess she ment we need to use the other door so we go to walk to the main entrance door come to find out that door was locked ..smh so this girl Shea knew my kids was in the play room we've been here lots of times to let the kids enjoy there fun time.. She seen us with our children more then once .. There was two other families in the building she knew my kids didn't belong to them families .. So why lock my Kids in the building and my husband and I outside and she refused to open the door for me to get to my kids she knew she did wrong she didn't care!! there was a barricade between me and my three children who are all under the age 10.. OMG I just had the WORST experience ever at the BK in hdg!! My Dad wanted to stop, they had just got back from Fla. Went thru drive thru, they were impatient, then the food was burned, wrong, I called, was put on hold for 30 min, as I drove to the restaurant still on hold when I arrived... they were rude as can be, denied I was even on hold!! Workers sitting on tables socializing. So tired of people with I dont care attitudes working in the public setting, acting like they are doing me a favor that I came to their establishment!! I like it from time to time during lunch, especially since they have expanded their menu as I like to try different things. The satisfries can help keep the calorie count within an acceptable range. Service seems worse in the evening, so I stick to lunch only. read more
