My mom and I were craving some delicious burgers and decided to come here for dinner on Halloween Night. My mom ordered the duo burgers caliente style and I ordered one beef burger and one crispy chicken sandwich. We also got onion rings,regular fries and 6 plain wings with sauces on the side. We waited about 15-20 minutes for our meal! The employee ordered us the wrong fries so he had to take it back and for the wings they never brought the sauce on the side. The burgers were literally filled with 10 jalapeños each and I'm trying to figure out why???? I take one bite and my tongue is on fire. I love spicy foods but typically Burgerim does not add excessive amount of jalapeños in one small burger. The burgers were not hot when served! My mom and I were really disappointed!!! read more

Dropped by when hungry while driving I-5. Other standard burger places around here, but Yelp directed me here. Very clean place and easy-to-understand menu with lots of options. Asked the checker what was most popular and was guided to the Dry-Aged burger. Ordered a double and rolled the dice. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Remember when you could actually taste the tastiness of the beef? It reached back into my memory and reminded me of that! Burger patties now have the texture of hamburger, but when did you last taste anything but warm oil, mustard, lettuce and bun? This one tasted like steak.....perhaps due to the dry aging. I've been waiting for a new store to open in Stockton but for what ever reason, it just is taking for ever to get those doors open. So, when I was in Tracy recently, I jumped on trying this store. The menu is simple with a handful of house burgers to select or just build your own. I went with the Angus Beef that is a basic burger with the house sauce which consists of ketchup, mustard, and paprika. I ordered extra of that. When the burger arrived, it was hot, juicy, and utterly delicious. The flavor was very rich and full. The burger is extremely tasty and made me an instant fan of Burger IM. Oh, the "french fries" are sliced potatoes deep fried. This is a how I make potatoes at home but I fry them in butter, garlic, and salt. No garlic here but they are close enough to remind me of my dish and I liked them. It's different than the average fries and I enjoyed it. Like the four stars say, "Yay! I'm a fan." I would say the mushroom burger is my litmus test to gauge "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives." I would say this has to be up there in the top 10. I was doing some errands on my day off, and decided to try Burger IM since I was nearby. I'm so happy I did. I got 2 of their sliders, and you can choose what meat you'd like for each. I got fried chicken and turkey, with the standard toppings of tomato and lettuce. The sliders were actually bigger than I expected! I could probably have eaten one, but I just paced myself and was able to eat both. I also got half/half of onion rings and sweet potato fries. So it was a large meal for me. If my mom was there, we probably could've shared and been satisfied. Both sliders were yummy. The fried chicken had good flavor, and wasn't over salted. And that goes with the turkey patty as well. They have a vegetarian option as well, which is a falafal burger. So I'm curious to try that next time. There is a few tables outside, and there is ample seating inside. I was there in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday, so I got my food very quickly. And the employee was nice enough to grab the ketchup for me, in which there are plenty of bottles for customers to pick up when they get their drinks. First visit today and was impressed with the staff wanting to explain how their menu worked and made sure we knew all the options. We ordered the Duo which are two small size burgers with an option of other meats besides beef. I had the Angus beef and the turkey with half onion rings (which were awesome cooked exactly how I like them) and sweet potato fries. The meat had great flavor and generous portion. It was very filling and next time I'll get the kids meal which is only one burger. The owner was super nice and came to our table to be sure we had everything we needed. Great new addition to Tracy area, which is already inundated with burger joints. This one specializes in smaller burgers (think smaller than regular, but bigger than sliders). Right when I entered I was greeted and offered an explanation of their menu. The two staff present were courteous and friendly. I opted for classic style, 1 Murguez and 1 Wagyu. The Wagyu was wonderful. Note: it's 79 cents more but I'd pay it again. The Murguez was okay, I didn't really taste difference from a regular burger patty. My shake was pretty good, not overly sweet. Whipped cream is standard, out of a can. I'll definitely be coming back. Next time I would ask for light whipped cream on shake, light sauce on the burgers (a mayo mustard), and get both Wagyu. There are a lot or burger places in Tracy however this one is not your standard burger place with the same patties. Burgerim is a burger joint that I can go to with my friends and order something other then chicken because they have lamb burgers and the choice to dress it up multiple ways which for me is a win. The location itself of clean, well decorated with a few beers on tap. You can see into the service area and given that this is a new location everything is organized and set up well. The location is well staffed especially for the evening time that I went into the restaurant where I saw at least 8 employee from the counter to the kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful with questions that come up especially for burgerim newbies who don't understand how this place works. The patties are a bit larger then sliders but smaller then you average burger at 4oz so it's healthy right? I took home the 3 burger box (classic, cowboy and caliente). They cooled down fairly quickly but a little bit of heat and they were like new. I could have gone for a bit more seasoning on the patties because I found them to be a bit plain however the toppings made up for it and the sauce was decent as well. The 3 burgers satisfied two of us quite well and they were all unique. I'll definitely go back especially when I'm with friends who are craving a burger. read more

Ok, i have only been eating burgers since the 70's. So not an expert. But I have worked in the food industry so i have some basic concepts. That said, little advice. Stop with thw hawaiian rolls, they are the desperate attempt to class it up. They use fake butter and enough sugar to be considered cake. I have eaten in Hawaii and i suspect they would prefer the name be changed. That is nitpicky. Basic cooking 101. If you are making sliders, and decide to add pickles not a problem. But if your pickle slices are thicker than your meat patty, and are placed ice cold... You now have a cool pickle, a cold burger and food that is unpleasant. In the inevitable words of uncle Roger... You fucked up. Your cheese and bacon chips were sadly undercooked so the chips were soggy under the admittedly tasty cheese and bacon. The garlic... Something else chips were awash in a sea of grease that may have had butter, but was absolutely more other oil. The garlic was maybe heated? But definitely had a string off taste that u assume means it was pre-diced and shipped in a bottle before sad things happened. It wasn't completely inedible, until you add in... Undercooked chips so again soggy and limp. They were not as good as ones i have eaten at a baseball stadium... Not a good look. Hopefully this leads to you reconsidering your choices and fixing these very basic things. read more

went here in the morning and the service was delightful! the employee who helped us was patient and gave us suggestions. the restaurants has lettuce wrap and gluten free bun options with is awesome! hawaiian salmon; (10/10) i was dreading this burger at first because i have never had salmon burger where it was not dry. for the first time though this place made it amazing with flavor and the best part not dry at all. the teriyaki glaze gave the burger flavor and i love the addition with the pineapple. i got it lettuce wrapped and thought it tasted amazing. the lettuce had a lot of the teriyaki flavor and the red cabbage slaw gave it a crunch. sides; (8/10) we also got two sides which were sweet potato fries and onion rings. i don't really remember having sweet potato fries before but these were good. only thing was that they were soggy when we got to eat them. the onion rings were amazing! when biting into them the onion and breading actually stay intact and don't crumble apart like most places. they were crispy and crunchy. would definitely come back and get this burger and the onion rings! read more

I called them to let them know and to request a refund for my food since it was NOT eatable. I sent them pictures of the bread , They then accused me of changing the bread stating that the bread did not look like theirs refusing to reimburse me for my money. I like to get their sliders here. I normally get it with the angus patty and Hawaiian style. Sometimes cowboy style. The Hawaiian style is with cabbage, pineapple and Hawaiian sauce. Cowboy style has an onion ring and bbq sauce, maybe more to it but I can't remember. They have two options for fries, burger im fries, which are circle fries and regular fries. I love bbq sauce so i always dip my fries in. BBQ sauce and it's perfect! I will say that the patty comes out dry sometimes.
