I live in the Bay Area in California; however, I have seen quite a few Zaxby's commercials during SEC football games. I had to look it up online to learn that they are a regional restaurant chain. My wife loves hot wings. Unfortunately, we don't have many American hot wing chains nearby. We have Smoke Eaters and Wing Stop restaurants nearby; but, only a few other (mostly Caribbean or Korean) mom & pop wing restaurants. When I visit family in the Florence area, I am always happy to eat at Zaxby's! The food is a really good value and the restaurant has always been clean. I'm surprised by some of the poor reviews. I suppose that I can only compare it with the handful of wing restaurants that we have in Northern California. If we had a Zaxby's nearby, we would eat there often. Football season is just around the corner. I suspect that we will see more commercials for Zaxby's taunting us -- and making us wish that we had somewhere similar to go following a Stanford game.
