This location does not serve the sloppy Joe Sliders, which in my visit back is the one thing my wife wanted. Burgers are good and the ambiance is good too. Service was fast and efficient. Shakes are excellent. I find it so weird that only the double springs location had the sloppy Joe sliders but neither Haleyville or Florence location even offered them. This was the best fast food breakfast I've ever had. Biscuits were moist. Sausage gravy was flavorful and good chunks of sausage and side of scrambled eggs were soft not dry. The sausage and bacon sandwiches were very good. Great way to start true morning off! read more

The worker was very rude and made us pull up for our order. We didn't order anything special, just a hamburger and some fries. She was very snappy and shook her hand while we counted out our cash. We waited for 10 minutes and after the third car left with their food we went inside to get it. Not only this, but she got our drink order wrong as well. Tried Jack's for the first time and between quality, price and quantity I'd give it 2 stars. Now Jacks isn't related to Jack in the Box but the burger patties taste very similar. Now the price is better than Jack in the Box but the meat quality sucks which is why it's only 2 stars. read more

Never going to this Jacks again. I usually love Jacks and go all the time. I'm a constant customer but the last two times I've been there, I've ordered mashed potatoes and they don't give them to me. All I wanted was mashed potatoes and they cant serve me that???? If you guys are out just tell me. Don't make me drive all the way back home just for no mashed potatoes. The service is absolutely atrocious here. I placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to be told my order "wasn't ready" that I would have to come in. I said "Can I not just stay in the drive thru?" (Because there were multiple cars in front of me), this was the first of probably fifty times I had to hear them say "I mean, it's not ready". I went inside at 10:38 to find all but the hashbrowns of my order sitting on the counter. My drink just watering down. They had no care. When I finally got my order and made it home, I opened the bag to find a ham sandwich instead of a sausage sandwich. I just ate it even though it wasn't what I ordered. I don't normally write reviews, but with the inconvenience they caused me having to walk in after I was already in the drive thru, waiting inside and being told "It's just not ready yet" 496 times, my order being wrong. Looks like staff has changed. we go there almost every morning myself and my dog . staff used to make us feel welcomed and good and was a great way to start my day and my dog loved going and got a treat it was a good way to start my day now they're just kind of rude my dog does not get a treat so their service is nothing special and I can go anywhere for that very sad read more

Worst place I've ever eaten! Ate there for lunch and 2 hours later I was so sick I couldn't move. Went to the hospital and had gotten food poisoning. This is the only place I had eaten that day. Next day called and spoke with the Manager and he blew me off after I told him. He said "yes that happens sometimes" Wasn't only me but a coworker ate with me and he got food poisoning as well. One of the better Jacks that I have eaten at. I usually end up getting one of the fried chicken plates when I eat here and I have never got a bad cut of chicken. It has always been cooked well. I can't say the same for other Jacks locations but this one has never given me a bad plate of food and plenty of it. I'll continue to eat here when I'm in the area. read more
