The food used to be good. Because prices are higher I had not been there in awhile. I ordered a BLT and fries. The Bacon was burnt and crushed like for a salad. The fries were so greasy. Five Guys is the best burger in Florence. There, I said it. Sure, it's a chain, but it's the best in the area for what it is. It's a step above the usual fast food "five dollar burger," but situated just below the casual dining burger plates by virtue of the enormous variety of toppings on offer. Subway can't hold a candle to the sheer number of options here, and you can pick your patties from tiny babby burger to massive meat mountain. Maybe not the best fries, but that's a whole different discussion. They're ok, and you get a ton of them. If we ever get an In 'n Out, this review will be amended accordingly. read more

Very good burger... If you like a thin fried patty, lots of cheese, and endless choice of toppings. I, however, like a grilled, flavorful burger. So, wasn't that impressed. The fries were really good when they were fresh. I got a to go order and snuck one as I left. By the time I got home, ten minutes, they were a soggy, greasy mess. Ordered a cheeseburger, little Cajun fries, and a bottle of sprite from them tonight on Uber eats. They got the burger right. They sent the wrong fried and I asked for ketchup and they didn't give me any. I even called up the to make sure they could see that I asked for ketchup. The food was very cold and the sprite was room temperature. The driver didn't take a long time to get here, so the food must've just been sitting out for a long time waiting on him. It's always been good when I dine in, but I wouldn't recommend on any delivery service. This has happened multiple times, which is why I'm leaving a review. I hope they can address the issues, because I really do like their food. It is just not working out with delivery for them. I'd recommend Sam's sports grille for takeout over 5 guys. Down the road a few blocks and over to the left is a great restaurant for a good flavorful hamburger. Go there. It's called Sam's sports grill. Sure, the service sucks but the hamburgers are excellent and at a great price. You will NOT get a stomach churning greaseball with limp fries like 5 guys will serve you and you WILL get out cheaper than the $40 bucks us three dropped at 5 Guys. There is nothing great about 5 Guys and they will continue to drop in quality until people get tired of paying too much for disgusting food. read more

Five Guy's is the greatest thing to ever happen to fast food hamburgers. The building is fairly new and the restaurant is always very clean. The hamburgers are the best fast food level hamburgers you will ever eat. The fries are to die for and you get a TON! They've never got my order wrong. A perfect place for a fast food burger. You guys are getting sloppy. Please clean up your act, your dining area and the way you're throwing these burgers together or I'm going to quit coming here.
