This is last time I will order from this sonic location in Florence AL. Or the other one on Helton drive in Florence. I spent $37.00 for a toaster burger that was barely eatable. And the 3 piece chicken tender meal which included tenders burnt beyond recognition that not even the dogs would eat tots that were cold to partial frozen . Seeing how I live 45 minutes from each sonic in Florence I should have opened it up an looked but it would not have done any good since the employees do not care if your order is correct or if it's eatable the manger was rude and told me she wasn't going to do anything about it to try a fix the problem. Florence blvd loc. Short staffed only 3 workers, waited at a stall then decided to go thru drive after no one picked up (thought it might be out of order) waited approx 10 mins at drive thru for order to be taken when the guy picked up he sounded busy and stressed got our food after another wait, and first thing the young man start apologizing for the wait and told me their situation. I told him I don't mind at all and I don't, that's why I'm giving 5 stars He was just a young man the 3 workers were doing their best and I could tell!! He was rushing orders out left and right, just one guy!!! I asked him if people were being kind to him and he told me younger people yes but older people no. People don't realize the effort these guys we're putting in but I do, I've been there. Got home with my food and everything was cooked perfectly! I have never had such a pleasant experience at a fast food joint. I went to get a chili cheese coney and they were out of chili. Big sad. I ordered a drink instead and the manager personally came out and explained the situation as well as to give me some coupons. I am then waiting for my drink and the attendant asks if I had a free cherry limeade. Apparently he comped that's as well as an apology of sorts. This sonic is chronically understaffed. They frequently have only two employees working even during the busiest of times. Whoever is in charge or owns this (if franchised) needs to do something because that is wrong in so many levels. read more

All the food I've had from here is delicious and not that expensive. I love there slushes and they have the best variety of them and milkshakes. Every time I go they are usually busy but always have are food out in 10 minutes or less. I love there cheese sticks and chili cheese fries!! read more

I cannot count how many times I have left this sonic disappointed. One night, it may be because their ice cream machine is "down" conveniently an hour before they close, while another night is from messing up my (very simple) orders. Today I ordered two Route 44 Cherry Limeades with Nerds. Well I received two watered down plain cherry slushies (with no limes at all). Needs improvement on getting the order correct the first time. About 50/50 on getting it right. Am a once a week visitor to this particular location. Staff is always friendly. Wait time vary with how busy they are. Ingredient measurements vary. Sometime not enough lettuce on burger. Sometimes boneless wings are swimming in sauce. As with any Sonic, order Lite ice with your drink if you are driving away. Always refill needed because of too much ice. read more

I normally do not go out of my way to write bad reviews, but this sonic has made me realize bad reviews are needed sometimes. Every single time I have gone to this sonic I have gotten my order wrong or they stop serving ice cream at 8 pm with some lame excuse. I thought at first they were just cleaning the machines and genuinely could not, but after about the 4th visit of them giving me the same excuse I have stopped going and I will not return. They are not polite and do not care if you have money to spend. It seems as if they are trying to get out of working. I would avoid this sonic at all cost. I would much rather go to the one on Helton. They will accommodate you and not make you feel like you are a hassle. read more
