Wow just wow. I came with my parents to eat here and it really felt like a hidden gem tucked away in a corner of a little plaza. We don't live around the area but we all loved it so much, especially my parents, that they kept telling me that the restaurant needs to expand by creating another location closer to us. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food that they serve. Egg Cheeseburger: One of my favorite burgers I've had in a while and it might even rival In-n-out... Both burger buns are generously spread with Thousand Island sauce and sandwiched between buns are tomato, avocado, egg, Angus beef patty, lettuce, cheese, and pickles. Can you believe the avocado was included for free?! The egg also added extra creaminess to the burger and every bite was so good I had to stop and savor it. Breakfast Burrito: I'm always down for a breakfast burrito. This one had egg, cheese, bacon, sriracha mayo, cilantro, french fries, and avocado. Again, can you believe it comes with avocado?! I wish it came with tater tots or hash browns as a breakfast form of potatoes rather than fries. It wasn't my favorite burrito in the world but it still hit the spot especially when dipped in a side of sriracha mayo. Breakfast Tortilla Wrap: This was essentially a loaded quesadilla minus the excessive amount of cheese. If you remember the Tik Tok trend of separating the tortilla into four sections and topping each section with different ingredients, it's basically the same thing. This one came with egg, bacon, cheese, guac, tomato, and sriracha mayo. Man, it was good. I'm biased though because I love breakfast foods and anything that has to do with a tortilla. Jalapeño Poppers: This was honestly the first time in my life trying jalapeño poppers so I can't speak to it much but it was so good that it made me want to order it other restaurants whenever I see it. The exterior was crispy since it was just fried and the inside oozed with cream cheese. I also loved that the jalapeño was still crisp and not soggy because it also retained a tanginess that complimented the cheese very nicely. Sweet Potato Fries: So perfectly fried!! I love when the outside of the fries have a slight crisp but not to the point where it's like a chip. These were nicely salted and the inside was sweet and soft. read more

If I hadn't placed an order, I wouldn't waste my time leaving a review for your unprofessional restaurant. As an owner, it's important to focus on good customer service instead of asking unnecessary questions. The way you respond can show your clients that you lack customer service experience, and that's not the impression you want to give. I've never seen an owner bargaining with a client, but I guess that's considered normal for this place. If professionalism was a priority, you would have responded to this review 21 days ago instead of waiting until today. read more

Burger Bun is a cute little mom & pop store in a small plaza in Glendale. I stopped by because I needed a quick bite and had the Double Decker and a side of fries. The food was good and filling but the service was excellent. They brought the food out and made sure that I had everything I wanted. What more could you ask for from a small shop? I'd highly recommend if you're in the area and want a casual place to eat and hang out. read more

Had the most amazing food and hospitality experience here! You've gotta try the burger and the wings. It's out of this world delicious. My three-year-old that hardly eats anything ate her chicken tenders in under I want to say 15 minutes, that's how good they were. Zach was amazing in making sure that everything came out to us on time he was just a really positive energy to be around. The Cook of the evening came out and actually brought the food to us as well which I thought that was pretty cool. Overall it's a great place just to grab really good organic based burger joint, as a mom that's a really big place for me feeding my kids clean foods! I'm sure this year I'll be trying everything on the menu! read more

Amazing customer service and great comfort food couldn't recommend this place enough. Best item on the menu is the breakfast burrito which is super customizable to fit your palate and preference like all the other options they have. Very relaxed ambiance with an amazing vibe. Iv seen a few tiktoks on this location so decided to drop by. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is great. The location is inside a plaza so plenty of parking. The customer service was great and very friendly. The prices for the food was actually on the better end. Not many places you can get a burger for $7 besides in n out. Overall food was good and location was good. read more

He never brought it and never acknowledged the request again. What made the whole experience even stranger was that the people sitting around us seemed to be getting perfectly normal service. It just felt like we were somehow invisible. After we finished eating, our plates sat in front of us for a long time. Again, no one checked on us, asked if we wanted another drink, dessert, or anything else. I eventually had to physically push my plate toward the edge of the bar and ask for the check before we got any acknowledgment. I honestly can't remember the last time I experienced service that was this consistently odd and nonexistent. And unfortunately, the food itself wasn't anything particularly memorable either. We were genuinely looking forward to having a new neighborhood spot, so it was disappointing to leave with such a bad impression. Maybe we caught them on an off night, but based on our experience, we won't be returning.

Ordered a kobe burger from Eat24 for delivery and requested Medium Well on the burger option. Received my burger, took one bite and then noticed the burger looked red, I peeled off the bun to notice the burger was almost completely raw, hardly cooked at all. I call the restaurant, the lady that picked up the phone apologized but said the owners were away and told me to call back in 10 minutes. Really? You should offer to call me back. After 15 minutes I call back, the lady on the phone starts to argue with me about how they cook the burger to what is selected online. I keep telling her I selected medium well and that the burger was almost completely raw and she continued to argue and was going to deny me a replacement burger and / or refund. So I ask to speak to the owner, who also argued that they made no error. I am attaching pictures to prove and show people what they can expect when ordering "medium well" from burger bun. Apparently they have a completely different system from the rest of the world on the cooking levels/temps. Will never order from here again. I recently visited Burger Bun and had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly service that made us feel right at home. My husband jokes that i always like what he orders better than my own, and this was definitely the case. if i hadn't been in a restaurant with 50 other people i didn't know, i would have licked the cheese that had dripped to his plate to get more of that wonderful truffle flavor (even then, i was sorely tempted). if i were to come back, i'd come back for the classic burger (5/5). we also ordered potato fries, which were great with the house ketchup (although both d and i agreed that the ketchup had been better in our memory) when we went. thanks for filling that gourmet-burger-shaped hole in my heart! the original hits the spot ;) read more

Any business who wants to learn how to make proper burgers this is the place. Now a days it's rare to see a burger on a menu and get exactly the same looking burger in the picture. Personally when I come here I get the boss burger, words can't describe how good the burger is. Did I forget to mention they have some amazing Tortas. Yes I said a torta at a burger place. I was nervous to order it but after the first bite I can compare the quality to some of the best Mexican restaurants. If you haven't been here I seriously recommend you try it out. I have been eating at burger bun for a couple of weeks now and they have always satisfied me with there high quality burgers and fries, i ve tryed every burger shop in Glendale and other cities such as Burbank, North Hollywood and etc. i have never had anything as good as burger bun, my favorite burger here is the Kobe Burger, it has an amazing juicy taste, and for dessert i always get ice cream they have really good ice cream and the workers are really great people always treat me with respect and love, everyone should try there food they are amazing!!! read more

This is a decent place where you can eat hamburgers at not very expensive prices. They have a huge variety of burgers, cheeseburgers, burritos, quesadillas and just a huge variety on the menu. Tried it on a whim, and was definitely not disappointed. All I did was ask what their best burger was, and they recommended the Boss burger, and I got it as is. Meat was high quality, bun was flakey and fresh, 1000 Island dressing was made in house and delicious. They were prompt and brought our food out hot and fresh. Great little joint in the heart of Glendale! Went here with some friends that were raving about their burgers. Customer service is a little slow but food is excellent. It's a mom and pop operation so I'm not expecting light speed service, but if you just want a juicy satisfying burger, this place is it! Great new place. They make awesome burgers. Tried the angus burger combo, the burger was huge with a half pound meat, and tasted great. Dreyer's ice cream after the burger hit the spot too :) loved the atmosphere, and the quality of the food. The management is very friendly and provide good service.
