Have been waiting for this burger place to open up in Bothell, great food and consistent.

I ordered a meal to go and halfway through watching them cook I had to leave. I watched the cook pulling beef patties out of a box that was on the ground, no gloves being used and the cook was pulling earwax out of his ear while at the grill. Not a care in the world. The total lack of hygiene was astounding. I paid for my food when I ordered and didn't even ask for my money back, I just left. I highly recommend not eating at this establishment if you care about sanitation. read more

Bought a burger and fries at late night as they were the only choice around the area. (I'm a visitor from CA) You cannot sell a Costco hamburger for the price they sell... The patty was Costco frozen patty, some veggies with regular ketchup & mayo on a regular buns you can buy at any supermarket. Not even a house made sauce shows the care on on the product. Hands down the best Indian burger place is PNW! Heard about this place from my friends but never tried it until last weekend! They open from Noon to early in the morning! Located in the University district! Offers hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, Indian burgers, kabobs, sides and milkshakes! Some of the Indian burger options are quite unique as well. We picked up a Chicken Masala burger, Paneer Masala Burger and Chicken burger. Delicious! Loved the flavor of those Indian burgers. Masala burgers are a little spicy in nature but adds a great flavor to it. Really surprised by the Paneer burger - had it from different places - but this one stood out as it's one of the softest Paneer I have ever tried! It's a small burger joint. Hardly 6-7 small tables for dine in. Most of the burgers are priced in $ - value for money! Staffs are super friendly and awesome! Cash payment is easy - card payments do have credit card fees. An amazing spot for Indian style burgers! As a non vegetarian, the paneer burger is the best! I prefer it to the chicken one. The price is very reasonable as well, and it has been a staple throughout my time as a student! They don't mess around with spice, so order it medium or mild if you're not a spice god. The guy who runs the store is very sociable so it's fun to speak with him! It's a small space, so not great for dining in for large groups, but it's wonderful for grabbing something on the go! read more

returned to one of my favorite spots in udist once again and i just keep coming back. for the price, the taste, the consistency, speed and quality of service, and the menu options, this place is at the very top of my list of favorite places to eat in seattle. would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting! does get hot over the summer as the restaurant, like many in the ave (udistrict street with many restaurants near UW) are not air conditioned. my favorite thing to do is hop right across the street over to boba up and enjoy my chicken masala burger or pita with a nice build-your-own boba. overall: 10/10 taste: 10/10 price: 10/10 can't recommend this spot enough! read more

Little edit: (strawberry milkshake tasted sour almost like raspberry and had skin of some fruit that tasted like cherry..?) I've yet to try the milkshakes or anything that's unique to the place, so take this with a grain of salt. There are a few pros to point out immediately though - they're open relatively late with few other restaurants on the Ave and they're very close to campus. Experience was fairly average. I'll definitely compliment the prices here, they're fairly low for burgers in the area and lower than your typical high end chain. I need to come back to try more specialized options that make this place unique and more of the Indian burger style, something I've yet to try. Because of these factors, I'm sure there'll be a change in my opinion after, but for now I'm judging solely based on the fast food burger experience. I stopped by after night practice as they were one of the few spots still open. Was a bit overwhelmed by the many choices and wanted more protein so opted for a triple deluxe burger. Snagged onion rings as well since why not. The triple deluxe is essentially three patties and three cheese, literally what you expect. Tasted like most other burgers, so no complaints there. All burgers come with lettuce, tomato, onions, ketchup, and mayo alongside their differences. Burger is somewhere around $7 or $8, didn't see a price listed and don't remember exactly. It's one of the more expensive burgers which makes sense as it is 3 patties, the others range from $5 to $6 so that's fairly cheap. Onion rings disappointed me at first as I got 8.5 small onion rings, but then I remembered the price point being $3. Honestly, not the worst. While small, the price isn't absurd so value wasn't bad, I'd opt for other sides though (curly fries and mozzarella sticks catch my attention). read more

The food here is so incredibly delicious! I absolutely love the fusion Indian flavors and how they accommodate for different spice levels. I can't handle much spice and the mild Chicken Masala burger kept my stomach happy while still having flavor. I actually cannot rave about their burgers enough-- my favorite are the Philly Cheese and the Chicken Masala for sure! Both had the perfect amount of onion/tomato and sauce, which are honestly typically difficult ratios to maintain. The owners and other workers are also so sweet and friendly! It was late at night and we were craving for some vegetarian Indian burger and were suggested this place. Finding a spot to park would be difficult on a weekend it seems. Its a small place on a busy street which is open till late at night. When you look at their menu on Yelp and what they have displayed differs, I mean their menu does not show much of the vegetarian items. We ordered their:- Paneer Achari Burger- The burger had 3 big pieces of paneer with the regular lettuce, tomato and spreads. The paneer was stale, hard and off tasting. Lentil burger- The patty in it is made of lentils primarily of red kidney beans. I just cannot elaborate on how I ate this one, it smelled so bad of meat. Vegetarian & Vegan friends beware. Its an open kitchen where you can see how they are making the burger, they have a big griddle on which they make their meats plus vegetarian items. Fries- Fried them in the same oil in which they fry their meats. Overall, never coming here. Highly overpriced for the quantity of food they give. read more

WOW!! I was in Seattle for two days and I went to this place twice during my visit. It's the perfect example of fusion food. Food: their burgers are so freaking delicious. The pneer burger is my favorite. It has a tangy paneer slice and some basic veggies and mayo. It simple yet pleases the taste buds pretty well. The chicken masala burger was good too, a bit spicier than the paneer one but good. I could move to Seattle just for their burgers. Service: very quick Service. You could see the people working in the kitchen and you'll be amazed at how fast they can whip up these burgers. It's like one of those video games where you have to deliver orders within a time limit. And yet all their orders are equally delicious. Ambiance: it's a hole in the wall place which you might miss if you weren't looking exactly for. Not much seating, maybe 5-7 tables in a small room. So I guess this place is better for takeout. I love burgers and fries. I love Indian food. So naturally, as it's a combination of my two loves, I love Burger and Kabob Hut! I've been here a couple times, and the food blew me away every time. The chicken masala burger is juicy, tender, saucy, and oh so flavorful. The masala is spicy enough to kick it up a notch, but not to the point where you can't taste anything else. The masala fries are equally delicious, and the mildness of the potatoes pair perfectly with the burger spice. The best part is that it's open until late, which makes it the perfect late night option over McDonald's that I've always dreamed of. We heard of this place from a couple different friends, who praised their food and also the fact that they are open late at night. Finally last weekend, we wanted dinner late and decided to try the place. We reached the place around 10:30pm, and I think we hit their peak time. The line was out the door and down the sidewalk. We stood in line to order and then waited for the food for almost an hour and it was so worth it. By the time we ordered our food, we got a table too. We all got their Chicken masala burger, aloo paratha, fries, onion rings, chicken wings, and milkshakes - chocolate, strawberry, and butterscotch. Absolutely loved their wings, and onion rings. We also liked the burgers, and aloo paratha. Their fries are great, with a special masala on top. The milkshakes were so good, it was made with a lot of care. This tiny place on University Ave is simply amazing! They have a lot of options to pick from. For the vegetarians, there is eggplant burger, veggie burger, lentil burger and paneer burger. We got the paneer burger and it was really good. Perfect ratio of bun to filling, the paneer was well marinated and cooked. The masala fries were awesome too. Not very expensive, the place is a must try for sure. Saw another customer call for a few plates of aloo kachodi and we got a plate too. Three mini kachodis with potato curry and pickle. My friends and I came here after working out. They had been here before and highly recommended the $1.99 milkshakes. However, I had already had a boba earlier in the day, so I opted for onion rings instead. I ordered at the front and paid in cash because they don't accept card payments for anything under $5. The onion rings cost $2.79 and I gave the cashier $3; he didn't give me any change (not that I necessarily wanted the extra change, but it seemed odd to me). I waited for about ten minutes and then the cashier called me over only to say they were out of onion rings. He asked me if I wanted anything else instead and so I ordered an eggplant burger ($5.99) and paid them a $5- I made sure to ask for change this time. It took them about another 10-15 minutes to prepare it. Meanwhile, my friends were slurping down their milkshakes. After much waiting, I finally got my eggplant burger. There was no meat, but I guess that's what I get for going to a mainly vegetarian place. My burger basically consisted of a slice of American cheese melted on a fried eggplant and various condiment sauces squished between an untoasted hamburger bun. I ate it because I was hungry, but the cheese stuck to my teeth and the eggplant left an unpleasant oily feeling in my mouth. As far as atmosphere, the place is cramp and rundown. They need new chairs and also need to keep the place cleaner in general. The only plus about this place is the variety of vegetarian options including paneer burgers which my East Indian friends have said good things about. Came here with my friends at 1am after a night out and I was really tired and hungry. Wasn't sure what to expect because it's kinda a hole in the wall type place and the room felt cramped. The food took around 15 minutes to be ready because there were (surprisingly) A LOT of customers past midnight, like we grabbed the last seats available. I got the grilled beef pita in mild spicy level and it was sooo delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by the sizable amount of meat. 5 on 5 without a doubt. You get amazing authentic taste at a dead cheap price. Paneer Burger and Chicken Masala burger are a must try. Parathas are also good. It's open until 2-3 am every day. Great place for an after party meal. Get a medium spicy level even if you are used to of spicy food. Their medium spicy level is usually really really hot for some people. Pair it with a milk shake (vanilla milk shake is my personal favorite). I did not dare to try high spicy level yet. I have lived in 3 major cities in India, but have never found a place which makes such burgers with pure Indian taste. Burger is not an indian thing. But these guys have a created an amazing fusion which tastes as if you are eating an authentic Indian curry with a bread. I have no complains about the place. Chicken masala: the meat was good but not combined with american cheese. it's prepared like a cheeseburger. Paneer burger: I'm so happy I ordered this, it was really good. On my second trip I ordered two mild paneer burgers w/ no onions, and they were so good (if not a bit salty) but sadly a bit over cooked on the edges. This spot is for true desis who like everything with insane amounts of masala. You'd see throngs of Indians lined up here to get some unique Indian burger flavors. It's a very street food feeling here. The one thing I did notice was that the cooking conditions weren't super clean and no gloves were used while touching my food. Also, meat and veggies were being handled with the same utensils at the same time. I could even see some pieces mixed together due to the hurry in which they were being prepared.
