Burnt onions with no sauce or pickles. I have to add sauce to the hamburger just without the pickle, the sauce is just a plain patty . They got my order wrong and soggy fries. Menus look great , but it's missing the price. The taste of the burger was ok. It didn't taste any better than jack n the box's smash burger (that one is fire) The bread seamed a little hard to bite into and the more I let it sit, the harder it got. Great service, friendly staff, laid back ambiance. Burgers tasted fresh, home made. I thought a double would be too big but the patty is thin when smashed it was the perfect amount. I got a side of onion rings, appreciated the plentiful amount of onion rings too. Some places only give like 5 onion rings lol. How they serve your burger and side is in a box like a happy meal and I really love that it made me feel like a kid again getting a Happy Meal . I also liked that the burger wasn't dripping and oozing oil like some burger places which would make me feel like absolute garbage afterwards. Okay... I didn't expect a burger joint to emotionally change my Tuesday, but Burger 3000 really said "hold my spatula." First bite and I legit paused like I was in a food commercial. The patty was juicy, the bun somehow soft and toasted at the same time (how??), and whatever wizardry they're doing with the sauce should probably be studied by science. Also shoutout to the staff who were ridiculously nice without doing that fake-over-the-top thing. Felt more like pulling up to a friend's cookout than ordering at a counter. Omg.. wow. This place was so damn good! First off, the gentleman who took our order Greg, was so welcoming and helpful! He recommended we try the space jam burger and the oklahoma jalapeno. I've had it thrice. Twice in 2024 and again in 2025 and it's very consistent. The flavor is 10/10 (burgers) I do think they covered the burger with tooooo much sauce and don't let the layers of burger show. I was amazed at the gentleman who usually greets customers and takes their orders was flipping burgers on the grill. He seemed focused and he's able to juggle different task. The dining area provides little shade and hope they improve their eating area. Parking lot has spaces so even if it's parked you'll get a spot in no time. My fries were extremely salty. I'm in a chatgroup with a BUNCH of my neighbors (300+ women) here in Porter Ranch (shout to "Ladies of Porter Ranch" for always giving the best recommendations!!) and they were all raving about burger 3000. I LOVEEE burgers, and so I wanted to try it out! I'm so glad i did! I used to ONLY EVER eat burgers at in-n-out and finney's, and im honestly never going back there after having tried burger 3000. It's life altering, haha! The bread..the patties..the in-house made sauce..everything!!! I love their onion rings and seasoned fries too! I'm weird and i like my onions raw, so I get my burger with raw onions heehee. One day i'll it with grilled onions, but i am a big fan of burgers with fresh onions. The first time I tried burger 3000 was yesterday with my husband, and then omg....i'm not going to lie. The next day--today--I had it for lunch, and then I came back later today and got it for dinner. I am sooo hooked and so addicted. This is such a hidden gem, you guys will love it! What a horrible dinner!!! We've been coming to this location since they opened. Even visited the stand on Saticoy/Tampa. And have always been throughly impressed with their food and service. That all changed this evening. We placed our order at the window. Three cosmos kids packs and a double w/onion rings. We tried to order 2 bottled Cokes, but were told they were online orders only. Even though we have ordered them in the past from the window. Here is the breakdown of the cosmos packs: 1. Pickles and cheese 2. Cheese, pickles, onion, and mustard and 3. Pickles, cheese, and secret sauce. We ended up with (in the same order as before): 1. Cheese, pickles, secret sauce, raw French fries on a toasted ice cold bun 2. Cheese, onion, pickles on a toasted ice cold bun (don't have mustard) 3. As ordered on a toasted ice cold bun. The double came with 5, I repeat 5 onion rings for $7.59!!!!! And the advertised toy in the cosmos pack were all gone, but no discount or anything. And to top the whole thing off, we had $15 rewards from our points. Told the lady taking the order, she stated we could add it at the end. But no, we didn't get to use them because you have to do it through the app. Nothing is stated on their menu board, nothing on the app. How is a customer supposed to know this!!! So I had to wait to pay until pick up. They need a better system in regard to getting food. Out. I was the first person to place an order however, when my order came out I was 2nd to be called out..not a big deal but I think that should be improved on. Specially since they do DoorDash orders. We had: 1 double burger: two wagyu patties and cheese. 1 Oklahoma burger: two wagyu patties, grilled onions, pickles and cheese. 2 season fries and they top it off with a special house sauce. 1 coke soda can Total $35 and some change Taste was spot on. Well cooked and just the right size. Fries were crunch and delicious. Nice and skinny. (personal preference) There is a lot of traffic so it makes it for a not so pleasant eating experience. The food is very unassuming yet SUPER delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. They were having a Yelp Elite event, that I didn't get into, but went along for the ride with my sister who did. Decided to buy a burger and fries and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the double burger without cheese and added kimchi, and seasoned fries. ‍ I usually don't like sauce on my fries (didn't know they came that way) but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside is that it takes awhile for them to take your order and to make your food. Its super fresh and tasty though, so I'd probably go back. This is a burger stand on the sidewalk, so there are no tables or chairs. This is a truly to-go situation. The staff is very nice and pleasant. I truly appreciate that. There's a large parking lot. My rating is really more like a 3.5. My first smash style burger in LA. It was decent, but why a 3.5? I felt like the meat was too salty. My wife agreed with me. The beast fries would have been better if the meat was mixed with the cheese like a chopped cheese. Also, since seating is only outside, and maybe the fries were finished being made way before the burger, the cheese on top was not melted anymore that it tasted like a cold slice of cheese on top of the meat.
