The other shops either had no idea what I was talking about or had some outrageous offers like doing a transmission maintenance without changing the filter. Additional work done included spark plug change and oil change. JA Autowerks is about 100 miles from me. But after speaking with the crew there I knew it was the right place for my 2016 Audi RS7. From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. I'm meticulous when it comes how I work on my car, and it looks like Jason is also. Since I was so far, Nick took time out of his DAY OFF to meet me to pick up the car. Will I drive 200 miles round trip again for work on my Audi RS7? You're damn right.

The last time I had an oil change they ran the codes and told me that I would have to get my entire catalytic converter and leaky radiator replaced or I would fail my next inspection, and quoted me $2300. So when the check engine light popped at EXACTLY the right time to cause my inspection to fail, I panicked and assumed that I would have to throw a ton of money at my poor little car to keep it street legal... ...enter Bradley's Auto Service, who diagnosed it as a simple exhaust leak. For less than the price of what AAA quoted me for the radiator alone they repaired the leak, replaced the radiator, and re-inspected the car (it passed this time, wooohooo!) in one afternoon. Now I don't have to worry about being pulled over, having poor commuters get stuck behind me while merging on the parkway because it takes fifteen minutes to get up enough inertia to go the speed limit, or waking up the whole neighborhood while driving down the street. Repairs…read moreare always completed promptly in a reasonable time frame (usually same day or next day unless parts are unavailable). Convenient hours. Very reasonable prices. They stand behind their work with lifetime warranty on many parts. I would imagine this warranty would be honored at any Firestone store nationwide. The parts are generally very good quality. I had a full brake restoration done (new calipers, rotors, and pads on all 4 wheels). About a year later, i suspected one of the calipers was sticking. They inspected and replaced both front calipers, plus the pads and rotors, no questions asked, no hassle, no charge. It's been a couple years and the brakes have worked perfectly since. I switch my tires between summer and winter on the same rims. Between the price (far better than other local shops) and the turnaround time, Firestone is the only shop I will use for this service. There is a VIP club I was automatically enrolled in due to my services and purchases, which entitles me to free flat repairs, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more, which is nice.

A verbal altercation occurred between a customer and another individual after an allegation of tailgating. During the exchange, the woman involved allegedly made a comment regarding the other individual being deported by President Trump. The comment was perceived by those present as racially offensive and inappropriate. Shortly afterward, the woman's son became involved in the situation. According to what I personally witnessed, the individual approached the other person while they were seated in their vehicle and struck them. When the individual subsequently exited the vehicle, the son retreated toward his mother's vehicle. The most concerning part of the incident, however, was the response from management. When an attempt was made to have the establishment's security footage preserved and reviewed, management appeared unwilling to assist and seemed to favor one side of the dispute. The woman involved stated that she had reviewed the footage and claimed that it did not show her son striking the other individual. Given that security footage may have provided an objective account of what occurred, I believe management should have taken reasonable steps to preserve the footage and remain neutral while the situation was being addressed. I am disappointed with the way this matter was handled and believe customers should be able to expect management to take incidents of this nature seriously, investigate them objectively, and preserve potentially relevant security footage when requested.
