Well well I guess this place is thinking they are the upper crust of shops at the outlet mall, well let me tell you something! NOT ! First off I spotted something in the window looking very regal for the causal wear style I enjoy. I open the front door and a Golden Rope was strung across the front door to barricade it so I cannot freely enter. Why does a store post CV19 need to monitor people entering store? So after I almost fall over this I must then wait for a person to release the rope from me to browse. However once I enter I'm suffocated by a smothering sales associate asking more questions than an IRS audit. 5 questions in 30 seconds is 4 to many unless I have a question. Look when FRANK shops he wants to be able to shop in tranquility till an item is spotted I want. Due to the gum on thong approach by the sales team I quickly left store. Nothing I need in life is worth being subjected to this type of treatment. See ya read more

I recently visited this store and was so disgusted how the store staff did not allow every customers to enter when one customer left the store encouraging a line up. This is such a disgusting practice and it was so obvious what they were doing. When I did eventually get in , I did not even wanted to shop there and left. read more

Two stars because of the selection. The prices were not that much different from the regular retail store. Don't expect a crazy deal. It's still quite pricey. Granted, it was cheaper, but ther selection was very limited for men. Is it worth the 2 hour dirve for a spin of the roulette wheel to see if there is anything you like and to fight potential crowds? That depends on you. Lots of the merchandise were picked over, and the store is a bit messy. read more

They make you wait in line for literally 20-30 minutes even with only 3-4 customers in the entire store. What a terrible strategy. store is virtually empty but they make customers stand outside in the rain. COVID's been over for a year. trying a bit TOO HARD to project some semblance of exclusivity? that's laughable (it's Marysville not Tokyo). meanwhile your potential customers are waiting in the rain. if it's security you are worried about hire more security (I for one won't be back to purchase my $1500 shirts). my purchases would likely pay a security employee for for an entire weekend. read more

A few good deals, but I use the term "outlet" loosely. Basically this store is just piles of stuff that have been picked through by you, your family, your friends, pretty much everyone you will ever meet in your entire life has had their paws on this gear. I purchased a sweater, but not sure I got that much of a deal, but I looked good in it, and needed it, so I picked it up. It wasn't until my AMEX came out though, that I got any sort of service. Once they knew I was going to spend money, I couldn't get them to leave me alone. Oh well, over compensation is good for some things I guess... I'm probably not coming back unless I'm up this way. There are entries for both cities for this Burberry store. Same street address, but different cities. Walked in, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. We were just totally ignored the entire time we were there. Probably a good thing because their products are pricey. There's a lady here with short blonde hair who is literally racist. She followed my friend (tall black dude) around so closely and myself and wouldn't stop leaving us alone. She obviously thought we were gonna shoplift!! We may be young looking, but trust me we could both afford kt if we wanted to buy something. Then she pointed at the signs in Chinese when we mentioned we couldn't find the prices in English and she said that's the price for "those other people," not you .... I am Chinese. I love Burberry! However, this is not an "outlet store". Items that are in the boutique are the same price on sale as they are at the outlet store. I dont even waste my time anymore and just buy it at Nordstrom or at an actual boutique as the boutique actually has better deals than the outlet store!! At least the ones in the greater Seattle area that is. Burberry does NOT have FACTORY outlets! This is a luxury store, and everything in outlets is still high end Porsum, London, Brit, and Sport, and all from the previous season. You can often find runway bags from 1 or 2 years ago on sale at the outlets that were once $2000 items, down to $200-$300 after a sale and outlet price. The great thing about Burberry is the brand has mastered the word "classic" and Burberry items, no matter what season, will ALWAYS be in style! read more

The store feels so cold and stale. There is nothing inviting about it. And the prices are relatively cheap compared to the full price, but the styles are a bit older and the quality doesn't seem as good. I don't know if their coats are still worth a nearly thousand dollars. read more

Looking for Burberry Prorsum aka their designer line? You will find it here and surprisingly a much larger selection than the Vacaville, CA store. Not inexpensive but great value for the money. My modus operandi is try on the 50% off markdowns, make preferential mental notes, keep fingers crossed and return 3 to 4 months later for 75 to 80% discounts. It works about 99% of the time. For years post purchases, I still receive covetous glances and compliments. Be sure to check out the amazing runway bag collection. My only criticism is that they need to lose some lbs, they are heavy when they are empty. read more

I couldn't disagree more with the first poster. Even though the outlet is not as nice as the actual Burberry boutiques you can find substantial deals on Burberry items which is readily welcomed. It is rare to find designer items on sale yet alone at outlet prices. While I agree the store could use slightly better organization I give them a break because they don't actually get set seasonal shipments. I purchased a purse for my sisters birthday and got a great deal on it and was very satisfied with it. I found the sales people very helpful and engaging. While I did not have to flash my "AMEX" to get service, they were plenty cordial as I paid with my regular bank card. Also another nice thing about this particular outlet is that it has a large mens section which is always good. The only thing to keep in mind is that most of the stuff found in this store is one season behind or more which as long as you know how to keep up with current fashion trends you'll be fine. read more

Ashley!!! super nice and helpful. I hate going to a luxury store and having the employees be rude and snobby. Everyone there was really helpful. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to buy for Mother's Day. I went in the store two separate times because I couldn't decided what would be good. The second time I went in and I was ready to make my decision. I got a black wallet for a little less then $400. That is a really good deal compared to the retail price. CONS: After an $800+ purchase, the alarm went off as I was leaving the store with my family. The security guard let a swarm of people leave behind us and the customer rep looked through my shopping bag for any missed sensors. The door man/ security person assumed we were guilty first being that they damn near patted down my husband and frightened my 7 year old child. Apparently their sensors are way too sensitive because even a phone can set it off (what the guard said). We were so embarrassed and felt racially profiled. This is why I shop online and rarely go to the store. I mean seriously!? Get your alarm system fixed, customers come to spend a lot of money and deserve to not feel like criminals. PROS: The staff let me try on every coat in the store and were helpful. The selection of coats was okay but smaller sizes were hard to find. read more

They had a wide variety but the customer service was disgusting. Two sales associates stood in the middle of the store and talked the whole time. And I'm not talking two minutes. I'm talking at least 15 minutes where they literally managed to ignore a store with several customers. Like we we were all invisible people. I don't expect you to shower me with attention but not even a quick "hi" I would have considered buying except for the fact I didn't want to have to send flares into the air to get them to ring me up. I'm actually quite impressed with them. How do you manage to go incredibly out of your way to ignore every customer even if one comes right up to you? The Chinese sales by the name "Li" is horrible sales. Rushing to get her sales quota, Li had me bought a jacket (slim size) that is 4 sizes smaller than what would fit me, and another jacket 2 size smaller (Burberry jacket size come in odd number: 0, 2, 4, 6 etc.). Even though both styles of jacket had both 2 & 4 sizes bigger than what she advice me to buy; I asked to try them on but she declined and pushed me to quickly finish my purchase at the teller. Li strikes me strongly and uncomfortably as a sales who wants you in and out the store. It is not her interest to make sure you get the right size cloth fit for your body. Horrible customer service. My advice is stay away from Chinese sales in this store. I took both jackets back a week for size exchange for both unfitting jacket. I was very fortunate this time to have the another sales Edwin Correa Jr. to help me. Edwin's service is A+++. Although a new sales at Burberry, Edwin took the time to explain to me how to see if a jacket fit. He was extremely patient to make sure I got a fitting jacket for my investment. He even explained to me the history of Burberry Trench jacket features. Definately go to Edwin if you want buy something in the store. You will be happy with his service. Very genuine, professional, caring and patient. Burberry is an expensive brand, you definitely want to make sure jacket you buy fits you and you can wear for a good duration. If you're shopping at a Burberry Outlet you're probably like me and just wanting to save a couple bucks for the same ish you'd find at The Bravern. Right? For some reason there seems to be this unspoken aura of "you guys are in here cus you guys can't afford the 'legit full-priced items' vibe i get from the staff here. Maybe it's me being sensitive, but then again I think the lack of interest in helping me out speaks for itself. I walked in, not a single greeting, which is fine since the staff can be busy. I walk around looking at shirts and find one that I like, tough luck for me it's a size medium and i need a large. I look around for someone to help me, no one around so I go to the cashier. They help me find my size and a few other jackets that I wanted, woot finally some service! I try on the jacket in front of the mirror with the burberry staff watching me, I look at the mirror don't really like it and give it to my girlfriend to hold on to but the staff member literally snatches it out of my girlfriend's hands, puts it on a hanger and rehangs it and continues to watch me. At that point, I'm pissed off cus it's obvious she thinks i'm going to shop lift and I absolutely did not appreciate the disrespect shown to my girlfriend. I don't think these people realize that they shouldn't be fooled by appearances. She lost out on a $1,000 sale by assuming I was going to shop lift. Maybe it's because I'm younger than the usual demographic of people that shop at Burberry, maybe it's because I wasn't "dressed up" (i was wearing a zip up hoodie and some Nudie jeans). I did end up buying one out of the 10+ items I had in mind just because I didn't want my treck up to Tulalip to be a waste. Either way, I'll just dish out for full priced items going forward because this place absolutely sucks. They don't train their staff at all. It's pretty obvious the people who work here are doing so just to get the employee discount or something and have absolutely no interest in helping out their customers. read more

Great Service! Great discounts compare to normal stores. Lost a star due to most of the items my wife liked or wanted they didn't have her size so unfortunately she couldn't get anything she really loved. I came here late Sun 11/25 after thanksgiving expecting most of their items woukd be gone due to the $200 off from $750+ deal. i was suprised that their purse inventory was way more than i ever remember,( i shopped here once or twice per year) . I came in with my son in a stroller, one of the staff opened the door for us and gave us the discount flyer. I dived right into the bag and scaft section, picked out a few ones that caught my eyes. By that time my son started acting up, wanted to get down from the stroller, shopping was a stress at this point. Staff came over to see if i need anything, i asked her about one of the wallet that has a glue residual and apoligize for big stroller taking over the purse corner section, she said not too worried and went back and got me a new one. I tried to go through my selection quickly while controling my baby from touching the merchandise, couldnt shop any more at this point. Staff came over again, and this time my sister arrived to push my baby around the burberry store while i shop. I ended up purchasing a big bag but not the wallet (wallet has a darker leather trim than the bag. While ringing up my bag, the cashier, the same staff helped me with the wallet, ran out and grabbed the dust cover for me which i didnt expected. Overall, my shopping experience at burberry outlet was excellence, i was in and out with a purchase less than 30 mins. i considered that was a success especially with a 15months toddler. While i was there i noticed there were about 10 customers, 8 were asian, only 2 people, a mother and seemed to be a daughter, were caucasian. This outlet is a "true" outlet. That is, the merchandise doesn't appear to be made specifically for outlets (a la Banana Republic or Coach). Rather, it truly is hit or miss what off-season stuff you might find. Being a white woman, I was definitely in the minority here (the sale signs were translated into Chinese). I hit it on an acutal sale day where they gave an additional percentage off. This made my black trench coat comparable in price to Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale. Without the extra bucks off, it would not have been a "deal". My advice? Unless price is no object, wait for a weekend holiday sale, but get up there early (before 10:30) because it gets crazy with all those Canadians. read more

I did recently purchase a beautiful wallet here, but it's a hit or a miss. 90% of the time, it's a miss. I know it's an outlet, but the stuff they usually carry is pretty off- covered in studs or weird trench coats etc. Sometimes you get lucky with a couple handbags and whatnot. My friends have purchased scarves, headbands, handbags, wallets and ties here and I purchased my wallet here but it was only after many many visits. The entire store looks empty and picked over. It's really messy and the service leaves to be desired. If you really want something from Burberry, it's not impossible. Just come often and with a lot of patience- that's what we had to do before it finally paid off! read more

Their current location is under renovations so there is a temporary store. Their store is huge and do have lots of selections to choose from. They have men, women and kids, shoes and accessories available. However their kids, shoes style and sizes are quite limited. They have anything from shirts, dresses, trench coats to leather jackets. Their stock is usually from off season so prices are usually 20-50% off original price. Deals are great when they have an addition 20-50-% off already reduced items. Sales representatives are readily available and friendly with service. Parking available at outlet. read more

I had bought a scarf from here and the sales associates didn't really look at it for damage, it's sort of my fault but at the same time too they should have looked at it. So basically I came home and saw there was some damage. I came back like 2 weeks later to do an exchange, in which they didn't give me any trouble. However, this event could have been prevented, if they would have examined the material for damage. read more
