I previously came to the outlet . I don't live in the State. I was recently contacted by my SA regarding items for purchase. I purchased an item and the day it arrived the price dropped $150. I was refused a price adjustment. There is no way they didn't know the item wasn't up for a another reduction. A Gucci SA would never not warn you and you would be given the option of risking the item not being available. Obviously there were multiple items available. Very poor customer care. The customer service said it was the Store's option to give the adjustment and they still refused. Necer again! read more

I was in Orlando for vacation with my dad and where I am from we don't have the designer stores so when I walked in I was excited. I walked in to be immediately greeted by and employee of the store I don't remember her name but this employee literally followed my father and I around the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and alarming. It is almost as if she though we were going to steal which was quite insulting. I was looking at a nice Burberry flannel that I was thinking about purchasing but as I was getting ready to touch the item she interrupted asking if I needed assistance. It was just a nuisance being followed as it felt that I was being profiled. The prices here are nice but the experience just was not it. I visited this store (Burberry Factor Outlet) and was quite surprised to be treated unfairly. Upon entering the store I was told to leave my bags at the door because customers could have enter the store with bags. My nephew waited in the front with my bags while I visited the store. However, I viewed several people in the store with bags. I am an African American female; however several White females and males entered the store with bags. I also witnessed on lady stealing (she placed a sweater in her purse). I informed employees, the supervisor, and store manager about my experience and was told I misunderstood. No, I did not miss understand. I was not allowed to enter the store with bags, but others were. Being the only African American person in the store at the time, this treatment was discriminatory. I will utilized all available platforms to share my story. It should also be noted that while I was speaking to the manager the theft alarm was constantly sounding. The manger did not flinch when I reported that theft was occurring in the store. I am tired of being singled out because of the color of my skin, while others who are treated fairly steal. read more

!! RACIST - they literally called security/law enforcement because I'm black and complained about how poorly they run the location !! If I could give 0 stars I would. Will definitely be filing a complaint with corporate because this location either needs to be SHUTDOWN or they need to have some SERIOUS customer service training specialized to luxury goods and clientele (after all I'm literally spending HUNDREDS TO THOUSANDS). This week I had not one but TWO HORRIBLE experiences visiting this Burberry Outlet location and will NEVER be returning after driving over an hour from Tampa to Orlando. This past week I went on Tuesday and literally waited in a 3 person line for 45 minutes as they seemed to only have 2 associates working and would only let you shop along side an associate. Once we finally got in and spoke to her about the experience so far she was SOOOOO RUDE and basically said it was their covid policy and if I didn't like it then I shouldn't be shopping there. I asked to speak to her manager and her manager was apologetic because even she agreed and mentioned that they were going to be hiring more associates to help with the wait. I got everything I went for and then the manager had that same associate (the rude one) ring up all the items. I moved on and just mentally told myself I wasn't gonna go back. Ended up getting the wrong sizes so I took yet another drive to exchange sizes. I knew I didn't wanna go through that WHOLE experience all over again so I decided I was gonna make an appointment over the phone for Friday at 11am by calling in so that it would be much quicker since it should be a simple size switch for two items. I so happen to get the same manager who helped out on the Tuesday and she even remembered me. She said she was gonna be coming in at like 1pm but she would let the associates/manager there know that my appointment is set for 11 so I can be assisted without issues. Today I went to Burberry at 11am per the conversation with the manager, they couldn't find record of an appointment and they had no one to help me. The associate who opened the door literally was again rude and even my sister who I was on the phone with was asking why she was giving so much of an attitude. After trying to explain why I was there, she continued to try to take walk-ins. That's when I started to get upset because then having an appointment was pointless. Once again, had to ask to speak to a manager and she went to get her. The manager came and was telling me that I needed a name for the other manager I spoke to but if they were actually listening they would know that she wasn't even the one that was supposed to be helping. I'm not sure and don't really care who dropped the ball but this whole thing was a mess. THEN, SECURITY/law enforcement shows up and is now watching me INSIDE THE STORE because they literally called them because I'm black and they're racist and suck at customer service. What I found very interesting was that on Tuesday I was with my partner who looks Caucasian and we voiced concerns then but no cop shows up or gets called? It's very coincidental that law enforcement gets called in when I'm by myself being the only black one there simply making a complaint about the poor experience. I'm honestly never the type to expect a lot out of experience shopping but I've literally had better experiences shopping at H&M. read more

The new Burberry outlet store is brighter and bigger. Selection is much improved since our last visit. Burberry Sport. Burberry Brit. Burberry London. Keep the inventory coming! Kudos to the new layout. Love that cash register + customer service counter is right in the middle of the store. The large, but tasteful, Burberry logo behind the counter is also a nice touch! The new redesign of the store showcases merchandise better. Making my shopping experience much more pleasant. Came in here with my significant other to get a new wallet, the assistant manager took our sale. He was amazing, very personable and was on point with his Burberry knowledge. He went above and beyond to help us look for a Burberry trench coat, unfortunately due to time constraints didn't work out as planned, but he gets 5 stars for the effort. Knowing that this is an outlet, Not really impressed with the inventory they have. And also with the service. There were alot of staff but there was only 1 staff at the check out counter who was attending to a customer who was exchanging many items. Its fun to shop for sure but why did I feel like I have the same usual experience when checking out at Walmart ? LOL. Maybe I picked a wrong day to shop and also it was the Holiday season. While I got what I needed and I'm really a big fan of Burberry. I wish they also have more inventories for toddlers. When it comes to purses, they also have whatever you can find online. The nice thing about going here is that you may get extra discount and you can feel the actual item you want to purchase. But if you are very familiar with Burberry you may just want to shop online and if you don't like it you can still return it for free. I honestly don't think I will return here very soon. read more

Excellent Customer service! I purchased a purse at this store today. When I got home I noticed the long strap included with purse was missing. I immediately called the store. The manager Peter was put on the phone. Without challenge or questioning, he took care of me by asking if I would like the strap delivered so I wouldn't have to go back out in the storm. Just visited this location on vacation and I have to say the staff isn't very friendly. Pretty sad considering its an outlet location and they are still "working together" on commission. We made 2 stops in this location. My boyfriend and his brother spent some good money in there the first night. We went back about 10 minutes before close to check out a shirt one last time before we headed back home and my boyfriend asked to try on this shirt real quick. One of the sales associates said "You know we are closing right." I get that you are closing, but if the store is still open there should be no reason that quickly trying on a t-shirt would be an inconvenience. We have had much better service at all full priced Burberry locations, whether or not we were spending money or just browsing. I doubt I'd ever got back, I'd rather pay full price and give commissions to better deserving staff. read more

I was surprised at the current styles that were available at a fraction of the full line store. The sales associates hustle to help everyone. My sales person was awesome and she even steam my coat before I left. Out of all the Burberry outlets that I have visited over the years, this one has the best selection in merchandise. I last visited Memorial Day week. The sale was outstanding and choices of handbags and wallets were great. The Williamsburg outlet is terrible. I visited that outlet in January. The selection was poor. read more

It is difficult for me to write this review, as I have had excellent experience at the full priced retailers. To be honest, this was probably the most awkward shopping experience of my life. I came to this location with my husband while on vacation; going in, I had the intention of buying a scarf or a wallet. Immediately, we were approached by a guy (I wish I remembered his name) who asked us if we needed help. I'm the type of shopper who likes to do her own thing, and when necessary, I'll ask someone if I have questions. I replied, "Just looking," While I was walking throughout the store, this particular employee not only followed us throughout the entire store, but asked us again and again, if we needed help, and butted in while we were having a conversation. He was really invading our privacy, making the situation so awkward! I felt like he thought we were going to steal, which was very insulting. We finally just left, because we couldn't deal with him hovering over us. Mind you, I came in with every intention of purchasing something. I love burberry, but this experience has prevented me to ever shopping at this outlet again. I hope that this particular employee gets coached on how to deliver better customer service rather than scaring off his clients. read more
