I ordered a Kamala Harris campaign shirt and was disappointed by the entire process. On August 29th, I received what was clearly a generic, template email from Bright Blue Ink (aka Bumperactive), stating that my order would take 10 business days to ship. To make matters worse, I later received another email that seemed to be a "personalized" message from the Harris-Walz campaign's merch team. After seeing other reviews, it became obvious that this, too, was just a generic response sent to upset donors who likely reached out to the campaign after receiving no updates from Bright Blue Ink. I finally received my "Madam President" shirt on September 11th--over a month after placing my order on July 31st. The shirt itself is great quality, and I'm proud to wear a union-made, USA-produced product. But the experience left a bad taste. Bright Blue Ink's customer service felt hollow and insincere. They seemed content to ignore reasonable requests for updates on orders, which isn't acceptable when most of the campaign merchandise starts at $30 or more. What frustrates me most is the feeling that both Bright Blue Ink and the campaign don't seem to truly appreciate their customers, who are spending more to support union-made goods. Instead, it reinforces negative stereotypes that unions protect their own while neglecting customer satisfaction. As a supporter of union-made products, I can't help but feel this situation gives union goods an undeserved bad look. For comparison, I recently ordered a shirt from another cause I support (DSA) that also uses union-made materials. They provided tracking the next day, and I never had to reach out to customer support. The shirt arrived quickly, without any hassle. After this experience, I'm hesitant to place another order with Bright Blue Ink or the Harris campaign. I had been eyeing the "Childless Dog Lady" shirt but decided against it because of this. It's important to remember that each purchase isn't just a transaction--it's a donation, a sign of support. I just hope that someday both Bright Blue Ink and the campaign come to truly appreciate that. But I will update my review with one more additional star for finally having received my order. read more

I ordered for 3 Biden/Harris yard signs on August 11, 2020 from the Team Joe Store they run and have not received them. I left bumperactive.com three emails and a voice message and never got any response. I've never dealt with such poor customer service worse than this. Biden's campaign needs to fire them. Update: Order shipped on September 3. I still would have appreciated if they communicated at all. I would have understood if they explained the situation. Three stars for finally shipping the merchandise and lack of customer service. Update 2: Ridiculous how bad they are at this. A shipping label was created by them on September 3 and USPS still haven't received it yet. The merchandise still is sitting in their shop waiting to be handed off for delivery all weekend and Labor Day. Who knows when they actually will ship it out. Update 3: I filed a complaint with the BBB and strongly urge others to do the same. Update 4 (final?): As of September 9 shipment is in transit now. Update 5: Signs finally arrived today September 10. Missing one of the metal rods because of terrible packaging. It was ripped during shipping and USPS had to retape it. read more

Why? From what I was told, since my website (www.sharingthetruthislove.com) has a video in which I talk about my experience as a wild homosexual drug-addict before I became a true Christian I was told they would not print me a sticker that simply had my website name on it, even thought I agreed to pay nearly $200 for what was basically a custom giant bumper sticker. And it's not a hateful video at all, quite the opposite, just speaks the truth. Don't people appreciate the truth anymore? I thought the main complaint from the LGBT community was about "intolerance", and yet I get discriminated against while my intention is to be helpful. This is very anti-Christian and is just plain wrong and unfair. There are literally millions if not billions of people in this world whom literally hate homosexuals and I'm not one of them but they shut the door in my face for being Christian. I am the co-owner of 3DBLUES.US, an Austin-based apparel company, and I needed some promotional stickers to hand out during SXSW. In addition, their staff was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and super nice. I received My Rep. Cori Bush Coffee Mug and for some reason the coffee taste better now that I know that some of the funds where used to support the "Legislator of Love!" At a time when wealth disparity is at its highest, predatory capitalism is unbridled and, poverty among most of the population continues to grow, I thank God that we have Representative Cori Bush in The House. She is relentless in her effort to remind the economic elites how their actions can negatively impact the communities that we reside in. Rep. Bush no longer accepts the Status Quo definition of Justice being interpreted as "JUST-US". In my house we call this "Cori Courage" and we could all use a suitcase full it these days. read more

Fantastic! We order custom shirts and stickers from here every year for our UT campus organization. We order the Canvas brand t-shirts with the direct to garment press and they're really nice quality...they're soft and our logo feels like it's naturally a part of the shirt and not pressed on with a hot iron like the DIY ones I used to make at home as a kid. Turnaround time was also great. I approved the design on a Wed and was able to pick up the shirts the following Wed. Overall a really great experience. Highly recommended! read more

I placed an order for a couple of coffee mugs which came in faster than expected. When I opened one of the packages which were fully intact, I discovered a chip in one of the mugs. I sent a message to the vendor and they took care of the issue immediately, quickly shipping me a replacement and allowing me to keep the slightly damaged, but still usable mug. Not everything turns out perfect every time but this company knows how to make it right when minor speed bumps happen. I would definitely do business with them again. read more

Samantha Woolverton, one of Bumperactive's alleged employees as seen on Facebook, is engaged in dilatory practices designed to con people into believing their order is "being processed" by a "fulfillment center" known as "CTCF." I've ordered stickers from Bumperactive twice now. Once three years ago, and again earlier this month. Both times the customer service was excellent, the turnaround was quick, and the quality was awesome. This most recent order had a minor issue (which was my fault), and Seth and Dan worked quickly to rectify it and reprint my stickers. This place is a disaster. Ordered yard sign on Sep 2, got email saying the order had shipped via USPS on Sep 5, used the tracking number provided and USPS says they are yet to even receive the item. I have tried to call two numbers provided but they are not taking calls, only messages, on one number, the other number is not even active. Would give zero stars if possible.
