Matcha milk tea with custard pudding
    Trinh V.

I really wanted to try this place out because I was scouting out good places that were nearby in Raleigh. I got the matcha milk tea with oat milk substitute, but I don't think that they remembered to add sugar to my drink (I asked for 100% sweetness) because it did not taste sweet in the slightest, minus the custard. I had to add brown sugar in my drink and it tasted great afterwards, but the drink was honestly a bit unpleasant without the sugar since I usually get boba drinks for the sugar. The egg custard was good and helped offset the lack of sugar in my drink but not by much. The boba shop was nice with cute decorations, and it was clean for the most part (minus some empty straw wrappers on some tables). Everyone else in my party liked their drinks (we ordered taro milk tea, thai milk tea, mango smoothie, and mango green tea). For the most part, it wasn't bad, and service was good and timely. All in all, it isn't a bad place to try out. I wasn't really happy with my drink, though, since sugar is such a big part of the drink for me (it's a pick-me-up for me). I'd be willing to give it another shot the next time I'm in town!

We knew from the reviews and photos of Bumble Tea, this would be the perfect place for our cocktail hour! My husband and I contacted Bumble Tea to cater 60 drinks for our wedding at a local venue in Raleigh. Srini, our point of contact at Bumble Tea, was friendly and easy to connect with. We ordered 4 different drinks & every single guest raved about them! He delivered them on time and even helped with setting them up! If you are looking for a catering boba place or even a small drink for yourself, I highly recommend this place! My personal favorite is the mango jasmine tea with tapioca pearl boba.

Loved their taiyaki, it is full of filling inside. You can get many different fillings beside red beans. It is fresh and hot in a bag when they hand it to you. This is the first boba tea cafe that I been, that have taiyaki fish cake. They also have ice cream too Their milk tea is ok, tea is not very strong. Other boba chain is better in my opinion. I would definitely come back and get their taiyaki and have a drink.

Bumble Tea - Interesting name Bumble Thai Tea - This tasted like chai. You can get fish shaped waffle and icecreams. Overall pricing is decent. Lots of wonderful flavors - Rainbow, lychee. See the attached menu Parking. _ This is in parking lot so it was not an issue for me Ambience - I love the bench-- cute spot for date... other than ambience is like cafe.. casual date .. jot very romantic

    Classic milk tea with Boba

Nice atmosphere, friendly service, very affordable compared to other Boba tea shops in area. The only critical points if I must- Boba maybe a bit undercooked and glass door very dirty. Otherwise very good experience, thank you.

Everything about this place is so cute! The decor, the cleanliness, the service, the big black chalkboard with handwritten menu items, the Instagram worthy backdrop - everything. Hubby and I stopped by for a couple of drinks and some waffle with vanilla ice cream before our day date and our selections were divine! He had the Hulk with boba and I opted for the Hawaiian - loved both but I personally think his was much better (flavor wise). I wanted strawberry ice cream with our waffle too, but they were out so the vanilla was just fine. We waited until the ice cream melted a little from the heat from the waffle and it was delicious! They've got lots of options to choose from, and this place is so worth a try!

If you want to find a cute boba shop with many different menu options, Bumble Tea is a great place to visit! First off, Bumble Tea has a pretty big menu with many different selections including: milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and recently added lattes! You can add various toppings to your drink, and there are so many helpful options for individuals with food intolerances/ limitations. Bumble offers the ability to customize which milk and sweetness level goes into your tea. Personally, my favorite drink I have gotten here would be the boba honey milk tea and the boba taro milk tea. Both drinks are sweet, but the quality is good, and the flavor does not overwhelm me. In addition to delicious drinks, Bumble Tea has good-tasting macarons, and they also serves taiyaki pastries. The atmosphere is very cute. They have lots of games to play at your leisure, and they even have a designated area towards the back of the store to take artsy pictures! The staff is extremely friendly, and they take their time to listen to you if something is not up to your standard. Overall, bumble tea has great drinks, yummy pastries, and a great environment. This business is definitely worth a trip!

On the streak of boba places! Bumble tea is in a shopping plaza I usually don't even think about. It's a great little space though. Plenty of parking and nice comfortable seating. They also have taiyaki which I am a huge fan of. I'm so glad that it's been a hit and I don't have to buy the frozen ones at the grocery store anymore. We enjoyed our tea and a Nutella taiyoki. Highly recommend Bumble when in the area.

Nutella taiyaki with a matcha berry macaron hat

Came here for a Yelp event and we had a great time! I tried four different boba drinks and all four were good. I think my favorite was the Jasmine or the plain Thai milk tea, but my wife also especially enjoyed the taro. Their Nutella taiyaki was doughy and delicious. We even bought a few macarons to bring home, and my favorite had to be the matcha berry. And the place itself is rather nice inside with plenty of seating. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful, even through what was clearly a stressful night for them. They were quickly taking orders and making dozens of drinks with smiles on their face the whole time. Absolutely top notch service!

Tiger Milk Tea, Dirty Milk Boba, Passionfruit FT

Good bubble tea spot. We were visiting for the long holiday weekend and I couldn't go without getting my boba fix. We ordered 3 drinks: - Tiger Milk Tea (black tea, Thai tea, milk) add boba - Dirty Milk Boba (organic whole milk, brown sugar, boba) add crystal boba - Passionfruit FT (passionfruit syrup, green tea) add rainbow popping bubbles (mix of mango, strawberry, and lychee) The drinks were good and the person taking our order was very friendly. Drinks came out accurately made and pretty quickly. Definitely would recommend this place if you're in the area.

Great bubble waffles and Taiyaki. The inside is super cute and I love the bee theme. They have a lot of flavor options for boba tea. The staff is great! I definitely recommend stopping by.

A bialy (bee-AH-lee) is a traditional Polish-Jewish bread roll, similar to a bagel but with key differences: it is baked, not boiled, has a dimpled center filled with onion bits and poppy seeds, and is generally softer and less dense. Originating in Białystok, Poland, these rolls are traditionally served plain or toasted with toppings like butter or schmear. 2. Rye shortbread. Not too sweet. Just perfection! 3. Bran biscotti. It's a mildly fermented drink that originated in Mexico. I got the ingredients from their website (drinkbuchi.com): Organic Tibicos (Water, Organic Fair Trade Certified™* Cane Sugar, Organic Kefir Culture), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Mango Puree, Organic Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Organic Whole Lemon Puree, Organic Mango Natural Flavor, Organic Pineapple Natural Flavor, Organic Monk Fruit Extract. 5. The baguette. Unlike a refined flour white bread baguette at La Farm Bakery, this one is made of a red wheat flour. Turkey Red flour is an heirloom, organic hard red winter wheat brought to Kansas in 1873 by Mennonite immigrants. Prized for its rich, nutty flavor and superior baking qualities, it is often used for artisan bread, sourdough, and pasta due to its unique, sometimes more digestible, gluten profile. It is commonly stone-ground and available from local Kansas millers. 6. The star of the show was the Everything Croissant. Like the Everything Bagel but soft and buttery. Topped with all the sesame seeds and seasonings with a cream cheese interior. So good! I do plan on returning!

I'm a big fan of lighter-roasted, funky, expressive coffees, and Black & White absolutely delivers. Their roasting style leans into vibrant, fruit-forward profiles, and they do it with confidence. The downtown Raleigh location is fantastic too. It's right in the middle of everything, making it a great stop for a date night, meeting up with friends, or just dropping in for a quick but exceptional cup. Their seasonal menu was small but mighty -- just a couple of options -- but the kind where every drink looks so good you wish they'd never rotate them off the menu. I started with the orange cardamom flat white, and it was perfect in every way. Beautifully presented and incredibly balanced. The espresso, milk, orange, and cardamom all complemented each other without any one flavor taking over. It was nuanced, aromatic, and just a joy to drink. For my second drink, I ordered a Rodrigo Sanchez pour-over, a co-fermented Colombian coffee labeled with passion fruit notes. It was everything I want from a pour-over -- bright, juicy, and expressive, with the kind of sweet stone fruit and berry notes that make light-roasted coffee so exciting. Black & White continues to prove why they're one of the most respected specialty roasters around. If you love adventurous coffee with huge flavor and careful execution, this place is an absolute must-visit.

We got 50 little neck clams, and needed some bread. Their sourdough looked good, so I got a loaf. The sourdough that we bought was literally the most dense bread I have ever eaten. Even soaking it in clam broth did not help. Tried an un-soaked piece, and it was like eating tough jerky. The dogs didn't even want it. After dinner I cut one each of the pastries in quarters to share. The lemon had a very slight taste of lemon (very very slight), and although the blueberry appears to be packed with fruit, it only tasted like soggy dough. (See pic). My last shot was the macaroon. I gave one to my daughter to split with me. She barely split it. The filling was like the mixed it with marshmallows. It stretched while the cookie crushed, and also did not taste good at all. I would like to think they got a new pastry chef that is learning, but sorry, at 42 bucks for that amount of food that was all bad, I'm not going to be another guinea pig. Oh, no one wanted the other lemon or blueberry bar, so sadly I threw them out.
