We knew from the reviews and photos of Bumble Tea, this would be the perfect place for our cocktail hour! My husband and I contacted Bumble Tea to cater 60 drinks for our wedding at a local venue in Raleigh. Srini, our point of contact at Bumble Tea, was friendly and easy to connect with. We ordered 4 different drinks & every single guest raved about them! He delivered them on time and even helped with setting them up! If you are looking for a catering boba place or even a small drink for yourself, I highly recommend this place! My personal favorite is the mango jasmine tea with tapioca pearl boba.
Came here for a Yelp event and we had a great time! I tried four different boba drinks and all four were good. I think my favorite was the Jasmine or the plain Thai milk tea, but my wife also especially enjoyed the taro. Their Nutella taiyaki was doughy and delicious. We even bought a few macarons to bring home, and my favorite had to be the matcha berry. And the place itself is rather nice inside with plenty of seating. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful, even through what was clearly a stressful night for them. They were quickly taking orders and making dozens of drinks with smiles on their face the whole time. Absolutely top notch service!
Loved their taiyaki, it is full of filling inside. You can get many different fillings beside red beans. It is fresh and hot in a bag when they hand it to you. This is the first boba tea cafe that I been, that have taiyaki fish cake. They also have ice cream too Their milk tea is ok, tea is not very strong. Other boba chain is better in my opinion. I would definitely come back and get their taiyaki and have a drink.
Bumble Tea - Interesting name Bumble Thai Tea - This tasted like chai. You can get fish shaped waffle and icecreams. Overall pricing is decent. Lots of wonderful flavors - Rainbow, lychee. Everything about this place is so cute! The decor, the cleanliness, the service, the big black chalkboard with handwritten menu items, the Instagram worthy backdrop - everything. Hubby and I stopped by for a couple of drinks and some waffle with vanilla ice cream before our day date and our selections were divine! He had the Hulk with boba and I opted for the Hawaiian - loved both but I personally think his was much better (flavor wise). I wanted strawberry ice cream with our waffle too, but they were out so the vanilla was just fine. We waited until the ice cream melted a little from the heat from the waffle and it was delicious! They've got lots of options to choose from, and this place is so worth a try!
Good bubble tea spot. We were visiting for the long holiday weekend and I couldn't go without getting my boba fix. We ordered 3 drinks: - Tiger Milk Tea (black tea, Thai tea, milk) add boba - Dirty Milk Boba (organic whole milk, brown sugar, boba) add crystal boba - Passionfruit FT (passionfruit syrup, green tea) add rainbow popping bubbles (mix of mango, strawberry, and lychee) The drinks were good and the person taking our order was very friendly. Drinks came out accurately made and pretty quickly. Definitely would recommend this place if you're in the area.
If you want to find a cute boba shop with many different menu options, Bumble Tea is a great place to visit! First off, Bumble Tea has a pretty big menu with many different selections including: milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and recently added lattes! You can add various toppings to your drink, and there are so many helpful options for individuals with food intolerances/ limitations. Bumble offers the ability to customize which milk and sweetness level goes into your tea. Personally, my favorite drink I have gotten here would be the boba honey milk tea and the boba taro milk tea. Both drinks are sweet, but the quality is good, and the flavor does not overwhelm me. In addition to delicious drinks, Bumble Tea has good-tasting macarons, and they also serves taiyaki pastries. The atmosphere is very cute. They have lots of games to play at your leisure, and they even have a designated area towards the back of the store to take artsy pictures! The staff is extremely friendly, and they take their time to listen to you if something is not up to your standard. Overall, bumble tea has great drinks, yummy pastries, and a great environment. This business is definitely worth a trip!
On the streak of boba places! Bumble tea is in a shopping plaza I usually don't even think about. It's a great little space though. Plenty of parking and nice comfortable seating. They also have taiyaki which I am a huge fan of. I'm so glad that it's been a hit and I don't have to buy the frozen ones at the grocery store anymore. We enjoyed our tea and a Nutella taiyoki. Highly recommend Bumble when in the area.

Bumble Tea is a great place to get a boba tea, waffle, or smoothie. They have a novelty "light bulb" cup that you can get as well for an additional buck. Pretty much, this place has all of the Instagrammable goodies without skipping on flavor or quality. I ended up getting their "Tiger Milk Tea" which is pretty much Thai tea with added tapioca pearls. Compared to a regular Thai iced tea, it has black tea added so it's a little bit more not as "heavy" and more balanced. It works well. Idk why they called it Tiger because there are no stripes, but still good nonetheless. Overall, a good place to get your boba fix!! Next time I'll try out their waffles. Seems pretty delish!!!
Oh my, I have been to numerous boba tea places and this one is by far my favorite. Not only do they have incredible beverages, but they also serve taiyaki. If you haven't eaten these sweet, filled fish-shaped pastries you are missing out. They offer various filling options to choose from and are ready quickly. I highly recommend making your way over to Bumble tea. You can easily find them in a large shopping plaza near NC State. There is ample parking and the establishment is colorful and welcoming. The employees are incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful. I recommend pairing a taiyaki with one of their delightful boba teas. We like the dirty milk boba and taro boba teas with Nutella taiyaki the best!
We got there almost at closing time. I got a Taro smoothie and it did not disappoint. It was very tasty.

Amazingly good bubble tea here. I got the Taro Milk Tea with Boba. I also tried my friends Rose Tea. Both were delicious and had a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and texture. Don't judge the place from the outside because inside it's a different story. The place has limited seating but the ambience is real cute. They have hexagonal tables which you can move around and make your own honeycomb (Yeah the place is bee themed and I'm loving the play). Now for the main star, I tried their milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Its 24oz and totally worth it. The taste was of actual brewed tea with perfectly balanced milk and sweetness. Now for the MAIN STAR : POPPING STRAWBERRY BOBA holy!!! It's like bursts of happiness in your mouth. I was in kid joyland with that one. I did taste the lechee fruit tea but after having the milk tea boba, can't really side with it. Definitely worth checking out. Though I should mention it was hot inside and it gets noisy pretty easy because of the open space inside. read more

Absolutely love the decor, I love the general idea of this place. Build your hive with the tables and the teas themselves are great! The only thing stopping this place from getting the full five stars from us is the simple fact that the staff seem like they don't want to be here. If anyone can understand how work is work sometimes it's me, but no greeting seems to be an effort to make it known that they are unhappy. Working minimum wage jobs can be disappointing and I hope things look up for them. Getting back to the food and drink options, I was happy to see the prices and the options for snacks and flavors of tea! Can't wait to return! Super delicious ! Our waffle was PERFECT not too sweet, even with the powdered sugar. It was crunchy & warm. Loved it. We also order a Classic Thai Tea with Boba & that was also very good. Tasted very fresh and the boba was chewy and not hard. The staff was very friendly and the space was SO clean. read more

Moving to Raleigh from the Bay Area recently, we were on a hunt for boba places. When we found Bumble, we couldn't wait to try. The wife and I both got OoLong milk tea with pearls, one with almond milk and the other with their standard Bumble cream. The almond milk one was decent. You can taste the OoLong and the pearls were cooked just right. The one with Bumble cream was overwhelmed with the cream flavor, not good at all. Felt like I just took the coffee creamer and drank it out of the carton. The cashier was super friendly though. We might come back but will not get the Bumble cream drinks. read more

This place was absolutely adorable-- this place won me over with the cups. I found this place on Yelp after looking for a spot to get boba while visiting Raleigh. My friend has never gotten boba tea and even though the place was busy for lunch rush, the sweet woman at the counter was so patient and answered all of my friend's questions and explained all options on the menu. The tea was fantastic I got honey milk tea at 75% sweetness (which seems to be the normal sweetness based on Yelp) and my friend got the matcha tea with almond milk. We loved it so much we are going back again at least once more during my trip. The cups they use are super sturdy you can actually take off the top and use them as a plastic cup after. The line was out the door on a Friday night which means that it's a popular place. I loved the atmosphere, super cool wall decor and vibes overall. I'm my go-to bubble tea is strawberry milk tea, which they didn't have on the menu, that surprised me. I opted into taro tea, as well as a red velvet, tiramisu and cookies and cream macaron. All of it was really satisfying and I'll definitely be back. read more

This was the first time I tried boba tea. It was good. It's different but good. My order was ready when I arrived. I love that they have pickup. I like how they secured my drinks in a bag. You should try out this place. I will be back again very soon. read more

I wasn't overly impressed with the bubble tea but the customer service was really good and the place was cute and conveniently located. The bubble tea is average and there are probably better spots around the area even though there isn't a lot of choices compared to NY. The egg waffle was okay too. read more

Updating my review, they do have free Wi-Fi! Also, I went in to get my boba fix. They have a new drink flavor, it's called coco coffee. See my pics if you're interested in what's in it. This drink is definitely for coffee lovers. My first taste and I was like WOAH! This is a "first thing in the morning", and "I gotta cram for a test" kind of drink. I love it! read more

I am a certified milk tea lover and let's just say, Bumble does it right! I got the Rose milk tea with lychee jelly which had a pleasant floral taste with just the right amount of sweet and creaminess. I also ordered the Bumble waffle, which I really enjoyed also. The waffle is made to order so it was served warm with the outside being crispy and the inside, soft and chewy - just how I like it! The shop interior is colorful and artistic which is pretty neat with limited seating but I'm totally digging the vibe. I didn't have any issues with service either, everyone was very friendly and the whole transaction was quick and smooth. I will definitely bee back if I am ever in the area again. read more

Was really excited to try this place, since I've seen their "coming soon" banner for quite sometime. I had the Matcha Milk Tea with Boba, and it was as good as I expected it to be. I was excited to try bubble waffles after seeing travel vids in China eating these. I was expecting crispy, airy and light waffles...what we got was heavy and soggy. We order 1 plain and 1 with coconut ice cream. The ice cream was good (1 star) We also had the fruit punch boba tea and traditional milk tea boba. The fruit punch was just sweet not fruity. We didn't finish it. The milk tea was fine (1 star) Total bill for a snack =$23. Will not be back. read more
This was my first time here and it won't be the last. I even decided to get my kids their first taste of boba tea, maybe I should have thought that through a little more, they are now addicted lol. There were so many options and toppings to choose from though I stuck with more of a traditional version, I can admit I helped my husband drink his tea because he had popping boba which was so good. We discovered this place by accident when having dinner at the Indian restaurant in the same shopping center. This is our favorite pace for bubble tea and it's probably the best in a Raleigh- lots of flavor, milk, and topping options. The fresh waffles are a nice touch and they've just added cakes as well!
