The inventory always changes, so you don't really go in with a shopping list necessarily. NPS sells groceries, clothing, household wares-pretty much anything. I found some bath & body works lotion for $2.99 a bottle. There are designer items as well as overstocked or damaged goods. If you have the patience and the time, you can wander around and find all sorts of goodies.

I asked a customer to please move away from me and she called me a racist but nothing racist was said to her. She had security called. This dickhead with fucked up eye told me to calm down but I wasn't really pissed or excited so I told him I didn't need to calm down because I was. He told to leave, I asked to pay for the thing I wanted to buy and he told me no. We argued and he repeatedly called me stupid while walking behind me. I told him fuck you, I will defend myself. He kept repeatedly saying get out, I asked to speak to the store manager, he refused. As I got outside I turned to face him and told him not to follow me to my car. He kept getting in my face I spit on him, I felt threatened. I was wrong for spitting. He proceeded to grab my left and twist it super hard while bent over the cart return. I was trying to grab my bracelet from falling and when I tried to keep in it my grasp he kept tightening his sweaty hand on my wrist. I called the police but he was trying not to let that happen either so I screamed. He claimed I hit him 3 times, that didn't happen. The police reviewed the video and found no evidence of me hitting him 3 times. He had his hand on me for over 10 minutes. This idiot should've just taken my license plate and description and let me leave. I guarantee the cops would've showed up at my door. Prepare for a lawsuit security guy and NPS.

The item is required to be what they say it is in the condition they say it is and undisclosed condition issues count as not receiving what you bid on. It doesn't matter if their terms say as-is. It still has to be what they say it is. If it's not as advertised, just file a chargeback. You won't get anywhere going through them.

You've now wasted a trip and the 30+ minutes you sat in your car waiting for someone to come out to help you. (There's no counter. Only stock people running back and forth from their warehouse.) They offer to give you credit and will NEVER simply refund your card. It's impossible to actually use said credit because your card is automatically charged during the online bidding process. If you do get your item, there's less than a 50/50 chance it actually works or isn't irreparably damaged. Bought a "new" popcorn machine and it had obviously been used. Greasy inside, cracked plastic and missing parts. TA did refund my money on that one but I shouldn't have had to waste my time getting this box home. It was nowhere near the description. Check it before getting home and reject the sale then and there as you will be going back and forth through texts if you don't. You will get a refund if the item is not as described, however, read the fine print: even if they claim this item is new, if they write that it's "not tested", you will not be able to return the item and they keep your money, including the taxes and fees.Another way they keep your money and fail to provide what you purchased:The auctions are usually on the weekend. If you don't get your item during their very tiny window - the following tues-sun, 2-6p- you lose your money and the item. How can they legally be allowed to keep your money without providing the item? They claim it's "abandoned". If you can't make it, you must text them by that Thursday and let them know. Even then, when you do come to get your item, it won't be there as they will have put it back on their auction site and sold it to someone else; they will keep your money and their fees and taxes. Which, by the way, is 20%! Hmmmm, sell the same item two or three times? Shady.

After winning an auction item and paying my invoice, I received an email stating pickups were available by appointment only from Friday, May 22nd through Monday, May 25th. The email instructed customers to either schedule through a SignupGenius link or text (801) 503-4014 to arrange pickup. The SignupGenius link did not work properly and would not allow me to schedule an appointment. There was no indication that creating an account might be required. I followed the alternative instructions and texted the provided number on Saturday, May 24th at 9:54 AM: "I need to set up a time to pick up Invoice #595586." I received no response. Because auction companies often charge storage fees or dispose of items not picked up on time, the lack of communication created unnecessary stress, especially since my credit card information was already on file. After still hearing nothing, I sent another message Sunday at 12:38 PM: "Your email told me to text this number to set a time to come pick up my order please respond!" This time I received a response within three minutes: "We are here until 3 come get your stuff." I had already made plans for Sunday because I intended to pick up my items either Saturday or Monday, both of which were listed as available pickup days in the original email. I replied asking whether Monday pickup was still available since the email specifically referenced Monday appointments. The response was: "We are not available after 3 today." With limited time remaining and the location being about 20 minutes away, I felt pressured to immediately change my plans and rush over to avoid risking fees or losing my items. Unfortunately, the experience worsened once I arrived. There was no signage, organization, or indication of who customers should speak with for pickups. I approached a woman later identified as Kathy, who was assisting another customer. I respectfully waited several feet back until they finished. We made eye contact multiple times, so I reasonably assumed she would assist me next. Instead, she began walking away without acknowledging me. I had to stop her and say I was there to pick up my items. At that point, another individual, later identified as Lou, stopped what he was doing, and both appeared visibly irritated by my presence. I provided my invoice number and item information and was curtly told, "It's over there." After retrieving my item, I calmly suggested they revise the wording in their pickup emails because customers may not receive responses when texting for appointments. The response was dismissive and unprofessional. The overall impression I left with was that Lou and Kathy either dislike dealing with customers or are overwhelmed and taking that frustration out on paying customers. If they do not want to manage weekend or holiday pickups, that is entirely within their control as business owners. However, if they offer appointment-based pickups and instruct customers to text for scheduling assistance, those communications should be monitored and customers should be treated professionally. Good customer service requires basic communication, organization, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with BTeam Liquidators lacked all three.

I've already purchased something from this site (www.BuyWander.com), a never opened vinyl LP of an early, highly rated Herbie Hancock album for only $5. Bargain. You definitely can get some good bargains. The process is that after you win the auction, you pick it up at this warehouse. So unless you want to pick up your items from Spokane or Portland, you make your bids at the Salt Lake auction. The people here were very friendly. This is an easy place to come and park. I think there's going to be a good future for us shoppers and their business. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
