They sold me a $600 piece of trash and won't even refund the money I paid for it or give me a credit or do anything really. I feel completely lied to and taken advantage of. You can't trust that the gear this company is giving you is actually in the condition they say it's in, or that if you order something that they will even get you the whole order. I think with mine they missed a whole box. When I picked it up though, their staff would not let me go into the facility to make sure that had everything we need. They said they loaded everything and made me sign for it. I spent hundreds more dollars building a custom-made platform for this shed to go on, only to find once I unboxed the thing that it was completely useless. It took me months just to build the platform, unpack everything and find out how much was missing. They didn't even include an instruction manual and it took me weeks to find that as well.

We have been purchasing pallets from here for over a few years, and it has been a very positive…read moreexperience. However, I will note that since the pandemic and the whole process switching to online (permanently now, for some reason) it has been harder to be successful. It is now not possible to go in person and look at the pallets, the online photos are not sufficient to really tell what there is. And it seems that Erkelens and Olson are starting to "present" some items in a misleading way. For example, they presented some Pokemon cards as if they were vetted as a collection that could have been very valuable; however, they turned out to be not authentic. Buyer beware is totally acceptable and understandable; however, when you start presenting things as something they are not, I have a problem with that. Another example of this was some vinyl albums they presented in the photos in a way to completely obscure the severely damaged ones, which happened to be the majority of them. It would be better if they would return to the old method of allowing live auctions and not doing everything online.

We have been a new customer for this auction site. The experience has been EXTREMLY NEGATIVE!!!…read more First issue is their pictures don't give enough information like part #, Brand or any clue on condition. We purchased a pallet of EXO drones #113 for $800 with the fees. The disclaimer was bad batteries. After the pickup we charged the batteries and found they were all good. The issue is the company that produces the drones are in China and are out of business and the manufacture of the drones cant give us a way to link up. I also saw the EXACT same item on the auction TODAY. I emailed the company a warning and a comment to not continue listing this item......and of course have heard no response and they are still listing this item for sale with no updated disclaimer. This in not a company that has integrity or compassion for the people who are getting bad information and the company has NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!!! ZERO STARS. I am sure they will not respond but maybe a future buyer will look into ATX auction. Great pictures and actually test everything and have guarantee for issues. Owner operated and several locations.

They auction state and county government vehicles ranging from passenger cars, AWD, 4x4, motorcycles, heavy commercial equipment, etc. I could see this as a great opportunity for a smaller commercial business. The items are put on their website in advance so you are able to determine what you are interested in before the day of the sale. You also have the ability to bid online as well. We arrived about 8 am and registered. The auction started promptly at 9 and seemed to run very efficiently. The items we were interested in ended up going for more than we were willing to pay but it was a good and interesting experience!

If you expect to just show up and bid without looking at the item, then its on you. If you won an item that you didn't want, then too bad it's your own fault. If you feel like you didn't get a fair introduction to the auction then again it is your own fault for not asking. Every time I have been to the auction, the staff has been extremely helpful and even over the top on occasion. My ONLY complaint is that the store is awful!! It either a) needs to be bigger or b) limit the number of people in their. It gets frustrating trying to look at items when you have a guy literally grab an item you are going for and tossing it on his cart so he can look at it later and decide if he wants it or not.... thankfully I don't go to Bulward for their store because it is kind of a madhouse and not well organized, well staffed, or well controlled. I go for the auctions which are pretty great.

He said he would deliver it within 2 days to Sandy so I wouldn't have to make another trip all the way to Ogden. We had a verbal contract. Then just before he delivered the car he got a better offer for it and told me he was breaking our deal. Despicable for a dealer to do something like that.
