Selection: I feel like the big problem with a lot of these little boutiques is they run out of smalls quickly. I never have that problem here. Everything is cute and reasonably priced. My favorite part though is THE SALE RACK. Today I got a skirt for $10, and once I got a dress for $4! If I want to treat myself but not spend a lot. I head straight for that rack. Overall a more affordable but still quality boutique in Dallas (and in Uptown no less)!

For some reason, when the package arrived in Memphis, it was sent to Florida! I live about an hour from Memphis! when I contacted Avara, I was pretty much told to wait & hope it arrives. I paid extra for shipping protection. I was told that was to insure my package against loss or damage. Well isn't it lost? I called ahead to warn her I'd be running in with my hair on fire, and she was completely ready for me. Within seconds of arriving, she had three dresses pulled - catering to my existing style and build. I was able to try one on, check out, and make my dinner on time looking and feeling great. The Y&I selection is always strong, but Angela went above and beyond. Turns out she's also a personal stylist, and it absolutely shows. I'm so grateful for her help - this is customer service done right.

We have been to nine of the top bridal shops, as recommended by The Knot, in Dallas and Houston. We had our hearts set on one from an Italian Designer who is new in the USA. We had one place offer to order the dress, but we would have to buy it unseen. At Korshak on our first trip, we were waited on by Laura and she showed us several beautiful dresses, one of which we loved. The next week we went back to several stores with the Maid of Honor, a bridesmaid, the future mother-in-law and sister-in-law, the mother of the bride, a lifetime friend of the mother, and myself. Once again we were treated like we were all very special and we found the dress that caused everyone to say, "That is it!" However, being a once in a lifetime choice, we wanted to think about it. The next week, the bride and I went by to have her measured and the designer for the dress we all loved, was there. The bride is tiny and so the designer himself measured her and told her how he would make the dress to match her small frame and height. She then told him that she was hoping to find the Italian dress and he showed her how he would remake one to look very similar to that dress. Each time we went, they treated us just as they did the first time. If they were tired of our indecision, it never showed. Laura showed us a new dress the designer had brought with him and we decided it was even more perfect than the first dress we decided on. Again, we left to ponder our decision. We will be calling Laura tomorrow to have her order the last dress. We will recommend Stanley Korshak Bridal to everyone. They made wedding dress shopping the special and fun time it should be.
