My son wanted his ears, my gf wanted her lip and I wanted my nose pierced. The piercer was very professional, clean experienced, informative, and best of all PATIENT. Was very descriptive on how to care for our piercings. He made sure to let my teenager know how important it was to keep his ears cleaned so they don't get infected. I really appreciated that because I'm just a mom, what do I know? My teenager would NEVER believe I was qualified to give any instructions on cleaning a new piercing.. ::eye roll:: So I really appreciate the guy helping a momma out.. The entire process took about an hour for all 3 of us, including prep time. I feel as though this is completely unprofessional and it is discrimination. My dog and I have been in there a few different times over the years and not once have we ever had a problem. All I did today was walk in the door and one of the employees walked up to me and told me my service dog was not allowed and when I let him know that he could not legally deny my service dog he completely denied me service. My dog and I were not being disruptive in any way and the employee didn't even know what I had come in for before these events took place.
