We learned that one of my friends has a slightly deviated septum, while another has one ear that would best fit a rook piercing, but all three of us agreed that this experience with Meagan was a 10/10 experience. After experiencing the aftercare from my septum with another piercing, I'll definitely be back if I'm looking for any other piercings. Their customer service was really great, and the actual piercer was really cool. It was a very quick and efficient experience. They also have really beautiful jewelry options that are high quality. My friend often has really bad reactions to piercing jewelry and has had no issue with the jewelry at 713. They're pricing is very good too. I'd highly recommend. Also note, the girl who checked us in let us know that the best time to get piercings with shorter wait times is around noon. But either way, I'd recommend coming here even if you have to wait because it's just a pleasant experience.

If I didn't send a message first, I wouldn't hear anything. Every response required me to follow up, sometimes multiple times. My appointment was rescheduled over and over, and then canceled the day before after I had already rearranged my schedule around it. This became a pattern of poor communication and last-minute changes. Meanwhile, I was never sent my tattoo design or kept updated throughout the process. Clients shouldn't have to beg for basic communication or wonder if their appointment is actually happening. There may be talented artists out there, but professionalism and reliability matter just as much. Unfortunately, this experience had neither. After wasting weeks trying to make it work, I requested my deposit back and took my business elsewhere.

My son wanted his ears, my gf wanted her lip and I wanted my nose pierced. The piercer was very professional, clean experienced, informative, and best of all PATIENT. Was very descriptive on how to care for our piercings. He made sure to let my teenager know how important it was to keep his ears cleaned so they don't get infected. I really appreciated that because I'm just a mom, what do I know? My teenager would NEVER believe I was qualified to give any instructions on cleaning a new piercing.. ::eye roll:: So I really appreciate the guy helping a momma out.. The entire process took about an hour for all 3 of us, including prep time. I decided to stay for 30 minutes past my appt time to see if I'd be able to get in quick, but she wasn't even done with the first person, so I decided to leave. My friend, who was a walk in and was one spot in front of me, didn't get her tattoo until like 11pm at night which is crazy because it was a mini tattoo deal.
