They called and postponed for a couple of hours and then called back and canceled completely. Said it was due to the sanitation machine. I will commend them for safety first!!! The problem is when the lady told us to be there today we went and where told that they could not "accommodate us today" and only for the fact that she was under 18. They told us we could come back any other day. The problem I have is we had two appointments, and when we show up get turned away,,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! You can tell right away that the artists here take pride in both their craft and the experience they create for their clients. We were lucky enough to work with Homer, and he absolutely made the experience. He brought such a fun, lively spirit to the whole process and immediately made us feel comfortable. The conversation flowed easily, the energy was light, and he somehow balanced being entertaining while still being completely focused and professional with his work. Most importantly, his talent speaks for itself. The lines are crisp, the detail is clean, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of what he puts on someone's skin. The woman at the front desk was kind and attentive and promptly introduced us to a tattoo artist "Ricky." Ricky provided examples of his work and addressed every question professionally. His work is A+ and he quoted a reasonable ballpark on the work to be performed. During the session Ricky was fun and knowledgeable and his work was even better than hoped. I came in Looking to purchase new Jewelry for my helix piercing. Selected a piece but The advice I got was golden. The person who did my piercing basically used a gun & placed the wrong type of jewelry in it. The piercing guy wasn't in shop this day so ....I purchased my new joint & some solution & left. I went home with an earring that was advised based on our convo & kinda what he saw. He didn't advise me to touch my ear nor was he able to. Got home & realized my hole was smaller than the new jewelry. So that didn't get changed out. Went back to the shop to see what was my next option. It was really not a planned trip. Luckily for me Jeff was nice & remembered our previous convo. I just asked if the person who does piercing was available. He was preparing for a client. But moral of the story is Jeff went to speak to Tony. Tony came out with a smile. He also accommodated me & changed out the new earring. I purchased it that day b/c I left my other earring @ home. Tony & I chatted, he made me super comfortable & before I knew it was over! I told both guys their shop is super clean & I was impressed. Service was too notch too! Never got tatted here but they are def on the list for if I get anymore. Come to find out Tony is the owner & was the piercing guy who helped me, he is as humble as ever. Seeing as this was my first facial piercing, I was meticulous about everything from placement to jewelry, however, Jesse never rushed or pressured me to make a a decision. No funny business- just friendly conversation, a few belly laughs, and coaching through the experience (remember it's my first face modification).
