When we first connected, she made many promises and explained she would set up a plan for our revenue / expenses. To the contrary, she made many, many errors and mistakes and we were completely dissatisfied with her services. She was unprepared, unprofessional and simply did not do a good job. When told about her performance in the last meeting, she did not try to reconcile or work with us and simply ignored our emails. We asked for the month of June to be reimbursed but was denied. We will keep spreading the work on how awful this experience was and let others know that she takes money without rendering services correctly. We are now left with books with multiple errors and using our time and money to fix the mess she left behind.

After many years of my in-laws using the same tax preparer, they needed a new one, and Philip was their choice. In summary, my mother-in-law has worked with Philip for a long time, both professionally and personally. After a while, my husband needed a tax preparer and my in-laws referred him to Philip. Philip is honest, efficient in preparing in returns, and he and his staff are friendly. I would recommend Philip and this business to anyone who needs accounting work. Philip even provided guidance for our taxes next year, so we could be prepared financially. As you can tell by the website, Philip possesses the education and credentials to help assist with your taxes or other accounting needs. I am not a math person, and this business makes it simple for me! Looking for someone to trust with your confidential information, this is your place! I highly recommend Philip and his team to help you with your tax needs! Thank you, Philip!

They refused to consider feedback and showed no accountability at any stage. Much of the work was outsourced anyway, and the overall professionalism was extremely poor. I do not recommend this company.

It's been a month and this firm has not done anything to reconcile my issue or paid the $3,000 in IRS fees for never filing my returns in 2021 but taking my money for doing my personal and business taxes( which they didn't even ask 1 question on). They claim they will try to fight the IRS fees but it's been a month and they've done nothing while my IRS account accrues more fees. They also totally messed up a year of QuickBooks costing me personally over 30 hours of work. Yes they want to put blame on a main player in the company , who recently died in 2022 but these things were done in early 2021. There is no excuse for this negligent work. Run away fast....their reduced fees must be due to their inexperience, minimal time working on your account records, and totally not worth this huge amount of stress!!! Waiting for my money to be returned and my fees paid by May 1 before escalating this to the next step....HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
