I would give this business zero stars if possible. Jessica has been so unprofessional. Lacks communication quick to take your money, but can't return a phone call or an email. Has filed our taxes late due to her being behind which caused a $1500 IRS fee. Was told she was going to pay this fee and she has been ghosting not only us but the IRS and now we have been sent to collections. I wouldn't trust her to manage monopoly money. read more

I was told one price over the phone and that was not what I was charged at the end of my taxes it was $50 more. I was not impressed.

I came aboard at the wrong time--they did my accounting/bookkeeping for a brief stint from Nov 2015-May 2016. They had just moved offices from Gilbert and I was a part of an influx of clients they were sorely unprepared for. I wouldn't get a response to any emails for weeks even after multiple sends or calls. When I did receive some kind of response, I felt like I was quite the bother. Didn't feel comfortable reaching out to them except for utmost necessary tasks. Details gone over in meetings were forgotten. Going over my files since, there were a few year-end deductions that weren't taken advantage of. It was my first year of business so I didn't know. But I'm not surprised. There wasn't any kind of guidance or communication because they were just trying to get through my files as soon as possible. Hopefully, they have figured things out since then. It could be a much better experience for anyone looking to use them now. Unfortunately, it was an unnecessarily stressful relationship for my business. read more

Cant say enough good things about this place. I saw their A-Frame sign as I drove by for $99 taxes done......after paying 5X that amount the past couple of years, I had to stop. First time in 20 years I have actually gotten a refund back. Personable, and SUPER HELPFUL......they hounded me for receipts and write-offs for my business (I didn't mind). They even schooled me for next year on what to save. Im go glad I stopped in. For years I have DREADED getting my taxes done, because i have always owed......not anymore. This year I'm saving every receipt!!!!!!! read more

Being referred to Accounting Services By ACP by a family member was fantastic. Jessica has made my business accounting so much easier than I thought possible. From the basic taxes all the way through company payroll, Accounting Services By ACP has really become an asset to the company. Best three words to describe - Knowledgeable, Reasonable and Personable. Thank you Jessica and the team at Accounting Services By ACP for all you do. Not only is this a business that I refer, it is one I'm grateful to have found. read more

I have been working with Jessica and her team for several years. First for my personal tax needs and now for my business. Jessica's tax advice has saved me a lot of money over the years. Her knowledge and expertise extends beyond my own personal needs and allows me to give guidance to my clients. Of course, with a referral back to Jessica for the expert advise. I consulted another CPA, after being referred by a colleague, based on a need for my foreign investor clients. After interviewing the CPA, I felt comfortable, but in trying to follow up with additional questions, my emails and calls were never returned. Jessica always returns my emails and calls. Furthermore, she had as much, if not more, expertise as the high priced CPA! I highly recommend Jessica and her team for your business or personal tax needs. read more

I could not be more pleased! Jessica is both efficient and approachable. She took us through our cross country relocation, selling and buying of homes, and a multitude of other nuances with ease! I truly was shocked but ecstatic as well! She is obviously the expert on all things tax related. See ya next year! read more

First class service all the way! We have been going here for three years now and I wish I had found them sooner. Thank you for making things so easy. read more

Jessica ignored my instruction when I received a new bank account, she filed under my old one, resulting in my refund check being lost in the mail for weeks. This was 2018. Now that we' re in a pandemic, the IRS only has my INCORRECT bank info and address from 2018, and I've had to take several steps to correct her errors, to receive my stimulus check. When I notified Jessica of her errors, she just blamed me and said it was my fault. For an accountant, Jessica has no accountability. Take your business ANYWHERE else. 2 years later I'm still fixing her mess. read more

Jessica was referred to me by my financial coach when I noticed the other person doing my taxes wasn't doing a good job. I went in and met Jessica and within minutes she found extra money for me. She just does things the right way. I will always have Jessica as a personal CPA but I have her now for my LLC as well. She does a great job on coaching me for the quarterly taxes and what I need or can do differently to help her and myself. I've referred a few people her way and they have nothing but great things to say about her as well. She's never too busy to get things done for you but do me a favor and try not to call her last minute, it's just a courtesy thing :) Whether you're looking for your personal stuff to get done or your small business (I'm not sure if she has a size limit on businesses) Jessica should be your go to gal. read more

Jessica and the rest of the team at ACP Accounting have been my accountants for years. I'm extremely detail-oriented and picky, I go through my numbers with a fine-toothed comb and I trust Jessica completely!! When my husband & I were scheduled to close on a house and I needed some tax information in an emergency, Jessica walked me through what to do while she was sitting in the chair at the dentist's office!! She was getting her teeth cleaned & asked them to stop for a minute while she helped me. Can you believe that? What amazing service!!! What accountant do you know that would do that for you?!? I couldn't believe it. I was able to get what I needed and close on the house as scheduled. Jessica has been a great consultant for me with my business as well. During our semi-annual financial review, she asks thought-provoking questions, provides significant feedback and takes the time to answer all my questions while acting as a sounding board. I'm so impressed with ACP Accounting, I can't imagine I'll ever have another accountant. read more

It's tax day so I just thought of writing this review for my accountant and tax person. I am an attorney and personally use Jessica for both my personal and business returns. I also refer her to numerous clients who have been very pleased with her services. She has been especially helpful with clients who are handling final tax returns as personal representative of a probate. What I really appreciate about Jessica and her team is how often they communicate with us throughout the year to make sure we are taking the most advantage of our payroll, quarterly taxes, deductions, etc. If she sees we are doing something wrong in our Quickbooks we are able to quickly adjust without waiting until "tax- time." This proactive approach gives me confidence that she is truly concerned about my business and our goals. Her tax and accounting counsel and advice makes her stand out from other individuals who have merely just filed our returns at the end of the year. If you are looking for a proactive accountant/tax person for either your personal returns or business, I highly recommend Accounting Services by ACP. read more

Have to say I was very disappointed in their services. I went to establishment to get my personal taxes done and I am not sure if they deal more with businesses to complete taxes or what but when I attempted to follow up regarding something I didn't think I was informed of by them during initial session I reached out at least 5 times, maybe more, with emails and calls, I even talked to their staff and I never received a return call back. Unfortunately, I would not recommend to anyone I know. read more

My husband and I got our 2016 tax returns done with ACP Accounting services (Jessica in particular). She was very efficient and informative. Our time in the office with her was very pleasant and comfortable. If you're going to spend an hour or so with an accountant while they do your taxes, spend it with ACP. The experience is well worth it. read more

I'm not 1 to write reviews but felt I needed to here. 1st class service at a reasonable price.

I've been working with Jessica and Adam for my business and personal taxes/accounting. They have been nothing but awesome! Always very punctual, informative and will tell you exactly how it is. If you need to change anything or do something different to improve your current position, they are all over it. Highly recommend for business and/or personal services. read more

My wife and I moved from the San Francisco Bay area where we still have a home and have located to Gilbert, which we LOVE. I can't say enough about Jessica and the team at ACP handling not only our California rental tax needs but our new less stressful life in Gilbert! She and team are knowledgeable, professional and expedite in your tax filing needs. Jessica and team defiantly make life less stressful during tax time!!! AAA+ Thank you, Jessica and team! read more

I have been coming to Accounting by ACP for the last couple of years and I have always been highly satisfied with my experience. Jessica is very accommodating with scheduling appointments and she provides all of the necessary info ahead of time to be prepared for the appointments. I highly recommend them for you to see for the current tax season, you won't be disappointed! read more

Very pleasantly surprised. Jessica was very knowledgeable. She gave us lots of tips of how to improve our tax basis. We will continue using her services and happily refer her out. She's SO much better than the accountant we've used for the past decade!!! read more

We started using Jessica for our personal and business taxes and she's been great! She's answered my questions (a lot of them) and responds very quickly to emails/calls. It always feels like a friendly environment and they have helped us to figure out some confusing tax details!! read more

Sorry but I just got 2 letters from the IRS saying that I owe money and called them to set up a payment and they informed me that I need to have my taxes redone and that I have so many mistakes on my paperwork. Also I have a son that got money that was taxed and they said he's too young to do taxes well according to the IRS he is not too young and you can be 6 months old and file your taxes so I will be going to another CPA to get my taxes redone and pay more money out of my pocket to get them redone. I would not recommend this company to anyone...... Hate to give bad reviews but this one is needed if you understand where I am coming from..... read more

We needed someone to help us navigate our tax return this year with an out of state move, home office and real estate transfer. I turned to Yelp and trusted the 5 star reviews. Let me say we were not disappointed at all! What we felt was a "complicated" situation, Jessica handled with ease and confidence. She even found some deductions we overlooked and gave us advice on future withholdings. Her price was affordable, too. Will definitely return next year! read more

I have dealt with ACP for the past 4 years and it has been a great experience. Jessica, Adam and the entire staff have always gone above and beyond my expectations.
