Called to seek a consultation and the woman who I spoke to was incredibly short and not helpful. Immediately being rude and saying "we are full up" is just bad manners. Tyler is very detailed. I came prepared with my tax docs and questions and paperwork filled out but Im not a tax expert and he guided us through one of the most complex tax filing we've had to do. As a background, I had to file taxes to 2 states plus federal that has a lot of moving parts with our rental property in CA.
