They called an hour later saying that my muffler was so rusty that it needed to be replaced as well. He quoted me 400 for everything. A few hours later they called to let me know it was done. I went in to pay for it and it was only 103. I asked why it wasn't the quoted price and they said that after reviewing it again the muffler was rusty, but not to the point of replacement. It's small things like this that make customers happy. I will definitely send others their way.

The salesman Jesse Nordin and the sales manager Ryan Couture took immediate action to help correct the situation and the process was smooth and efficient. I am now driving the vehicle that fully meets my expectations and Jesse and Ryan were extremely helpful to assist me in correcting what essentially was a situation of my own making. Thank you and a big shout out to these guys for going over and above to truly get me satisfied. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new vehicle to give this dealership an opprtunity for them to show you what customer service is really about. Looking after the customer!! Thank you Dunlop Ford

Purchased a new car in August 2018. It went back 3 months later for repairs. we have been taking it…read moreback every 3 months with a misfire problem. Dunlop staff tell me its repaired but return 3 months later with the same Misfire. this goes on for a couple of years. After telling them I don't want it back unless they repair it they find out the block is leaking coolant into the block and change the block. 3 months later it misfired again. They then said it was the wiring harness on the ignition. 3 months later it misfired. then they said they don't know what's wrong and cant fix it. Ford Canada said the same. I wrote to the owner of Dunlop who came up with a solution to put a monitor device in the car to detect the problem. This monitoring device failed also. After about 6 months it finally recorded the problem. They brought it in and changed out the fuel injector. First trip on the highway it misfired twice with smoke out the exhaust. Only if I knew how back their customer service was and that they didn't stand behind the products they sold I would never have bought a car from them.

Replace an alternator in a 2007 Dodge Caliber- $899.00…read more Refurbished alternator ..not brand new..or OEM I dare anyone to find anywhere in Lethbridge, INCLUDING DEALERSHIPS, that would charge that much for this repair. I was/ am so angry that I sent someone else in to pay my bill for me, because although I am not prone to violence in any way, I was afraid I was just going to just lose it on them verbally at the very least if I went in there myself to pay the bill. I wondered if they hand out referral slips for the rape crisis center, because that's how utterly violated I felt upon learning what they charged me for this. Too bad there's not a negative star rating on this sight...Yikes..me thinks anyone who takes their vehicle here is just asking for it. Enjoy your Hawaiian vacations boys. Your Welcome. Fool me once..shame on you...but believe me..you will not fool me twice. Never again. Never mind Yelp//I'll be telling everyone I possibly can about my experience. Last but not least...$899.00 later, and the idiot light in the instrument cluster is still lit up. Uh..yeah....

These blood-sucking dirt bags will milk you for everything you're worth…read more My keys were stolen a little while ago, so I called the dealership to see if I could get a new key cut and get it coded. At first, I had no issues with their service other than that the service department never really got back to me after multiple times calling. My actual reason for giving them one star is because they charged me 30 minutes of labour time to temporarily install a battery, as I had forgotten to put mine back in. Now for some very niche cases, I understand it taking that time to install, but mine literally takes 4 minutes to put in and take out. There's no stabilizers or anything (despite them claiming there was), just a positive and negative terminal that you ratchet on. They would not budge on this, despite having no real grounds to justify charging me. They removed a 1/2 hour of diagnosing because they didn't consult me before doing it, but for some reason installing a battery is different. They consulted me before doing diagnosis, and they should've consulted me before charging me $75 for doing a 5 minute job that I could've easily done myself. Why their flat rate for battery installation and removal is 30-minutes of labour time when the vast majority of batteries take 5-10 minutes max, I have no clue. Maybe they only hire 8-year olds in their shop.

A month after my purchase the back hatch stopped working. They attempted to fix it for a year, starting with all the small things which clearly were not the correct fix. By the time they got to the REAL problem, I was told I was shit outta luck and they were no longer going to fix my backhatch issue. I have been playing phone tag with the managers who still refuse to fix my vehicle. The back hatch was the number one reason I chose this vehicle and I havnt been able to use it basically since I bought it. I am not happy at all with this dealership and have stated so to the managers. They clearly are just trying to brush me off and not deal with the problem at hand. I will NEVER do business with them again nor will I ever recommend them.
