They said there were lots of metal shavings in my fluid and that if I didn't change the transmission I'd break down within the next 2 days. I spent way too much money listening to them and I 100% believe they took advantage of me. I did not get my transmission done only because of lack of money (I spent almost $400), but I went elsewhere for my next oil change and they said my transmission fluid was completely fine and not dirty. During a trip through Montana, we experienced a slide-out equipment problem. I called 4 RV service companies in Lethbridge, AB, on Canada Day, 2025, because we were heading into Alberta, Can. on July 3. Tiffany was the only person who answered my call, and she was incredibly helpful. She talked about our problem, and told me, "when you get here in 2 days we can help you."
