During a trip through Montana, we experienced a slide-out equipment problem. I called 4 RV service companies in Lethbridge, AB, on Canada Day, 2025, because we were heading into Alberta, Can. on July 3. Tiffany was the only person who answered my call, and she was incredibly helpful. She talked about our problem, and told me, "when you get here in 2 days we can help you." We got to Back Country RV and they were waiting for us, I had a "show-and-tell" session with the service guy and within minutes we had the problem solved. I can say, without question, best support we have had on the road in 4+ years. NO QUESTION !!

We had a major problem with the slide out - one of the motors shut down while we were in Many Glacier and we had to push the slide out in manually, which is not an easy job! We were heading for Canada and Centerline RV at Lethbridge was the closest dealer so we went there hoping they would be able to help us - we were not optimistic about same day service though (we didn't purchase the Lance from them and we were from out of country). They not only helped us but they were AMAZING to deal with!! They got us in quickly and diagnosed the problem (kudos to the service technician and the mechanic!) - unfortunately there was a hiccup in that they didn't have the part and it takes 2-3 weeks to order from U.S. Disappointed, we thought we were going to have to end our vacation and head for home but Brad stepped in and made some creative executive decisions resulting in our TT being repaired and getting us back on the road same day. While we were hanging out, Dale Kruse spent some time showing us other TTs and 5th wheels - seriously, if I was in the market to buy a trailer I would absolutely buy from him. So knowledgeable and just generally a nice guy to deal with! We were so impressed with everyone at Centerline - highly recommend doing business with them!!

How this place is still in business is mind boggling. Do not, I repeat DO NOT deal with this place. Stay far, FAR AWAY. They will steal your money, your time and your sanity. I wish I had listened to the warnings of other's and done the same. Trust me this place is a nightmare, go somewhere else. I PROMISE you will regret it if you don't. After buying our trailer it leaked the first trip we had it on. Brought it back multiple times for them to fix the leak. Right before we stored it for the winter they assured us it was fixed only for us to find out this spring it was still leaking. Brought in again and they told us they would fix it. After over 6 weeks of being given the runaround and told parts were on order. Called the owner to express my concern and he literally hung up on me in the middle of our call. We were then told it was finally fixed and to come pick it up. Picked up the trailer today after the most recent rainfall only to find it had leaked again. Immediately brought the trailer back to show the owner and he said basically we were SOL and that the parts were never even available. He then told me because I left a not so favorable review of them that I was no longer a valued customer and no longer welcome to store the trailer there and refused to fix it. If you want the absolute worst customer service of your life go check them out.
