They fixed the sink/garbage disposal within the hour and talked me through what I should know if the issue comes up again, options to replace the sink, etc. From a service perspective, it was the best experience I've had. They didn't charge us saying we were in the neighborhood and it was an easy job for them. (Even though my wife and I had spent half the night trying to fix it earlier in the week...thank god for professionals!) I really couldn't recommend MPP highly enough. I would 100% work with them again and recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber!

There were a few bumps in the road, mostly from my side of things (insurance, dry rot, the holidays) He was out to my house several times as we navigated the situation. The construction side came out as well. But fortunately, the dry rot was not nearly as bad as it looked to be, so I didn't need to utilize them. I saw another review that stated they couldn't use the fixture they wanted. Zach was VERY specific on which valve he preferred and why. You have to get specific trim kits to fit specific valves. Take notes and ask questions. I would definitely use Zach and Mad Piper plumbing in the future. I did comment to Zach on communication. That being said, call and your responses will be much quicker than the text option or email.

I have been shopping around for a major plumbing project in my basement. I needed to replace an…read moreejector or sewage pump in my basement and also replace my end of life water tank. I reached out to a few big name local companies and got ghosted by Seatown services after putting down a deposit with them. I reached out to JV Plumbing and immediately got in touch with Jose the owner. He came out the next day to give me a bid and it was reasonable. He shared past projects of ejector pump installs that gave me confidence. I read many of the positive reviews and decided to go with JV plumbing. Jose and his sons were on time each day, delivered what was agreed upon, and stayed within the pricing scope. It was a pleasure to work with Jose and I highly recommend them for plumbing and especially ejector pump installs. I also had them replace my water tank with a tankless.

They were professional, kind, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. They completed a major amount of work at my home, including installing two new toilets, repairing leaks at my hot water heater, washing machine, and second bathroom, completing a full home water repipe, installing a new main water shut-off valve, and replacing my shower heads and shower knobs. Every job was done with great attention to detail and quality workmanship. What really stood out to me was how honest, hardworking, and respectful everyone was. Jose took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was done right. It's not easy to find a plumbing company you can truly trust, but Jose and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for reliable, experienced plumbers who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend JV Plumbing. Thank you, Jose and your team, for the excellent work!

It ended up being a long process and my parents had to move out for over two weeks (water mitigation and construction involved). He made sure we could move back in ASAP even though he couldn't come himself, so we didn't have to wait through another weekend. He always responded quickly.. He also gave us a very reasonable price. Gavin and his coworker came out at 8pm on a Friday to install. Heroes. The office people were also nice and helpful.

Their pricing bid kept getting beat by their competitor and when I shared why the sales person did not understand and thought I didn't like him. Second experience was I got a bid from their plumbing project for an ejector pump relocation and heat pump water tank. They gave me a great bid so I accepted and put down a deposit. 2 weeks later on the day the plumber was suppose to install he calls and said he forgot to order the parts. I said okay no worries let's reschedule. Another 2 weeks pass by and the day of the appointment two new plumbers showed up that had no idea of the scope of the work nor did they have the parts for install. At this point I was frustrated as I paid a deposit and took time off work. They said the plumber who gave me the bid will come tomorrow. Well here comes tomorrow and nobody shows up. I call Seatown services and they kept saying plumber is on his way. He never shows up and I call asking for a refund. They don't call me back!! What a joke and extremely poor communication. Do not waste your time with Seatown services. Also when you call them you're talking to AI and not a real person.

I bought a new home(new to me) and on the third night my pipes clogged. I went down into crawl…read morespace and could feel all my waste pipes full until it goes down into the ground and septic. I called multiple places and non of them answered except Mr. Rooter. I had Mr. Rooter come out the next day since it was 9pm when this happened. Mark came out and unclogged it and notice the inlet baffle to my septic was loose and had a permanent tilt upwards. Mark pointed out he saw a glob of cooking grease come out when unclogging it. He also pointed out a sheen of oil mixed in with the solids. So the previous owners were just dumping whatever down the drain. Mark scheduled me for the Field coordinator come out the next day to camera the pipes (no extra charge to camera the pipes). Vinnie showed up with the camera and found that the pipe between my clean out and septic was bowing down for for about two feet long(I was there and saw it on camera as he did it) So there was standing water filling up the pipe half way and slowing the solids down where it was easy to clog up. Vinnie was very nice and professional and explaining what they needed to do to fix it. He gave me an estimate to fix it and encouraged me to get another estimate from another company and that if they beat Mr. Rooters estimate let them know and they'll try match. I did get another estimate and it was a little bit lower but they didn't have the 2 year labor warranty or 2 part warranty, like Mr. Rooter. So I called Vinnie back and sent him the estimate from another company and they matched their estimate. I didn't get the name of the plumber that came out and dug the hole and fixed the pipe but I got to talk to him and he notice pipe was cracked and broke when he uncovered it. He also notice when they built the house in 2006 they never put crushed rock under/around the waste pipe to keep it from settling(is what had happened to the pipe and made it bow downwards). So he replace the pipe and put crushed rock around it. When he dug the hole, he put plastic down on the grass then put the dirt he was digging out, on the plastic. So when he fixed the pipe, he covered all the dirt up and the hole up with more plastic and put caution cones and fence around it all. We had to wait couple days for the inspector come out and make sure everything was installed correctly(Mr. Rooter dealt with the inspector and it was part of the estimate they gave me). Couple days later I notice the hole filled back in and everything cleaned up. This was back in November when all this happened and it's end of December and no clogs. Thank you employees of Mr. Rooter, they were nice, professional and explained everything. Side note for people reading, DO NOT USE AQUA TEST for any septic or plumbing. (MVL INC DBA Aqua Test Inc) located in Maple Valley. Our HOA has them do a yearly inspection and it turns out they were reporting that there was this same problem with the septic from 2007-2013. After 2013 they stopped reporting it. The person I bought the house from has lived in it from 2006 - - 2021. It was never fixed by the previous owner, she doesn't deny not fixing it or couldn't provide any receipt. But since Aqua test for some reason stopped reporting it and our realtors didn't put an addendum 22S in our house buying contract, we got hosed and had to pay for this out of our pockets. Again don't use Aqua test in maple valley.

I…read moreended up calling Bee's Plumbing as U had chatted with one of their employees in the recent past. As this wasn't an emergency, the dispslatcher said it would be today or tomorrow before a plumber would be sent. He was sent today. Sean called and arrived early afternoon and looked at the repair. He presented us three options and solid estimates. We chose the middle one and then decided to also ask about a toilet replacement. Again, Sean presented us options and we agreed to one He gave us. As he didn't have the toilet on his repair truck, Bee's dispatched an employee with a new toilet. Sean was very professional in his work, answering questions as he proceeded with the work. He mentioned a couple of things that needed replacing due to their aging. We agreed to have them replaced. When Sean presented the invoice, it was exactly as he stated. At no time did he try to "upsell" items were didn't need, unlike other plumbing firms in this area that are heavy TV advertisers. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to anyone that ask! Thank you, Sean! And, thanks to your employer for all they have taught you, in not only the aspects of plumbing but also in customer service!

He installed a kitchen…read morefaucet we supplied, replaced a tub spout, and replaced a dual-outlet emergency shutoff valve, all in under an hour and a half. The work was clean and everything works. Pricing is where I'd caution others. Bee's uses flat-rate price book pricing, quoted on an iPad before work starts. We paid $475 to install our own faucet, $489 for the tub spout, and $309 for the valve: $1,324 total after a $75 discount. Afterward I asked what their standard rates were, and it took about a week of texts and emails to get an answer. The team that handles texts said they have no access to pricing and kept referring me back to the plumber. When I got an answer, the plumber had discounted both items below the company's price book. The rates themselves are steep for quick jobs. One more thing worth knowing: their invoices include a clause saying customers may not post about the contract or its specifics on review sites. The federal Consumer Review Fairness Act makes clauses like that void in consumer contracts, so I'm sharing my honest experience. Good, fast service if you're in a pinch. If you have time, get a second quote first.
