Placed an order June 11 and was told 4 week lead time. Called July 11 to get an estimate and was told another couple weeks. Called July 25 and was told that Brian would call me back. Called Aug 13 and was told Brian would have to call me back. Called Aug 16 and was told Brian would call me back. I told whoever answered the phone that I just want to cancel the order and he hung up. Now my number is blocked. Stay away from this business. Time to dispute credit card charge for over $7,000. Edit: finally got ahold of Brian on Aug 16 by using a different phone number. He said he would refund the purchase due to some misunderstandings. But couldn't process the refund until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week (Aug 20 or 21). Called him back Aug 30 and he said that there was another misunderstanding and he said he would process the refund in a few weeks and not the following week. He now says the refund will be processed next Tuesday or Wednesday but will charge between 35% and 20% restocking fee. I recorded the phone call on the 16th and he explicitly said "no later than Wednesday next week". It is impossible to get your money back from this company. Terrible business. read more

Got a 2023 ford f250 diesel, they said they had a lift for it, turns out they didn't. Brought the truck to our guy to lift and as it turns out they were learning the measurements and everything from our guy. After 3 months the truck is done. I warn everyone buying from bulletproof, if you have a new truck don't lift it through them. Run arounds on the wide. read more

I purchased an $8K lift kit and had to ship everything internationally through a 3rd party. I spent a lot of money and needed a part to repair the lift, but I have not gotten any help let alone a response from the company for the replacement part needed. My car has been out of commission for over a year now. SMH. read more

Worse lift kit I've ever owned. Haven't even taken it off pavement due to it constantly breaking lower control arms and shock hoops jus driving down the road. They have sent me replacement parts several times making me wait about 3-6 months each time. Truck broke again in feb or 2020 and to this day I'm still waiting on parts. I would not recommend this kit to anyone unless you want your truck to become Lawn Art. read more

I have had my setup from Bulletproof Suspensions for about 3 years now, and I could not be happier with the choice I made. I took time to research all available kits for my truck, looked at reviews photos, and read forums about which kits were best. I also wanted a direct bolt on kit, just in case I wanted to restore the truck back to stock. Since day one they were always wiling to answer questions and assured me they would back their kit up to whatever I put my truck through, and not have they ever. I have a full 12" inch kit and I drive it truck everyday, I run it hard on and off-road. From going 70-90 on the highways and then testing it's limits on some of the craziest off-road courses there are ( Even appeared on The History channel for Truck Night In America) and the only parts that broke came from the factory. Been here a couple times. Bryan is always helpful. He runs the show. I had my lift shipped to Kansas and when I moved back to CA they re torqued and regreased everything as well as switching out some original parts with newer/better versions. Didn't pay a dime. What shop does that just for the customer? Also had an alignment done, a computer scan to check my diagnostic lights, tie rods replaced, and fox shox adjusted to lift the truck a few more inches for $100. You can bring your Bulletproof Suspension by anytime during the week for a re torque and inspection free of charge. I love my Bulletproof Suspension and feel comfortable knowing the same mechanics who build and install these parts will double check everything anytime I need them too. Thanks Guys! These guys at Bulletproof Suspension really helped me out, I called for a lift kit for my Ford truck and they were very open, letting me know about the kit before making a purchase. They've explained everthing about the lift kit that their kit is entirely bolt on, no extra modification is needed to use their kit and colors i can pick. They also installed it for me so I didn't have to go through any trouble at all. Now my truck looks better than ever and I am glad I went to Bulletproof Suspension for a lift kit. Bought a 12" lift for my 2020 ram . Sat on dealership hoist for 10 weeks occurred $9000+ in extra cost to fix lift kit problems. Bryan not willing to pay anything for the problems with the lift. Asked for instructions 5 times and never got any . Once he has your money he won't reply back to emails, phone calls .. nothing!! My truck still doesn't have front driveshaft in it , supposedly he was going to resolve that too but.. he won't even return calls! Been putting lift kits in all my trucks for 20 years , never have i had such terrible customer service and support from any company.. EVER! read more

Terrible customer service. Bought the lift for my 2020 toyota tundra with less than 200 miles on it and after the shop installed it, ( minco auto and truck, the most respected off road shop in my area) they were unable to get it aligned. The owner called Brian and told him the truck was unsafe to drive but was told that he didn't understand and that it was within specs and requested photos. The shop owner sent photos and we didn't hear back and couldn't get an answer for a week. Finally after due diligence I got ahold of Brian and he agreed to make new ucas one inch shorter (after questioning the honesty of the shop) to allow for adjustment. Didn't hear anything for another week, called and was told they were working on it. After three weeks I got my lift installed but had to pay for 3 alignments and all ther labor involved in changing out the faulty parts. After Brian and the shop owner finally talked Brian told the owner he would reimburse me for the excess labor. I paid over $700 in excess labor and contacted Brian to discuss it. During the ordeal I posted the scenario in a few groups looking for advice because my 50k truck with 200 miles on it was undriveable. When I talked to Brian I was immediately met with hostility, I summarized everything to him and he replied " yeah I saw your post and I'm not inclined to do anything for you". We talked some more and he eventually agreed to send me a check for the excess labor but not the alignments, BUT IT NEVER CAME! read more

Bad bad should just get a rancho are a brand name lift. It is mounted on a h2 with 50,000 miles and has had all services done but the bolt holding the diff broke tried to use the lifetime warrenty and Brian there tells me to drill and bolt like that is the way to fix it are I can the 3 parts that are broke on this lift send it to him at my exspense and the exspence of my customer and mail it to him not to replace but to fix it this shit is trash and I would never use this product agin. If I could give zero stars I would. My very expensive suspension has broken 4 times now just driving on regular streets. At first I was at least able to get a hold of them but not any more. I'm having to have someone else fix this worthless suspension. I am having my brother that live near them drive by and see if they are even still in business. If they are buyer beware! I would never do business with them again. read more

Giving these guys props. I had a BDS Suspension kit on my truck from the previous owner. It had a slight tilt to the right curb side. My GMC dealer and two offroad shops could not figure it out and BDS was no help. I called the shop I bought my brakes side steps and exhaust from and they recommended calling Bulletproof Suspension so I called. Brian was the sales guy and he never talked bad about the BDS kit and he gave me some ideas. We tried everything and it still tilted. I decided to buy a Bulltproof 8" kit since they were so helpful. Their kit was so much nicer looking and the parts seem to be built better. Also, it is an easier installation than people on the Duramax forums said. After hours of bloody knuckle wrenching (We put a big brake kit on it at the same time) and getting it aligned also took hours, the truck stance is perfect - no tilting. It was the attitude of the Bulletproof salesman that really made me want to buy this kit. Great company and great product. read more
