We just went through one of the worst trips you could've imagined going from Huntington Beach California to Lake Powell. Outside of Vegas short of Mesquite I had a blowout on my boat trailer. I had no spare so I called Bulldog towing to see what they could do to help me. Humberto came out quickly. and removed the blown tire, but we had no spare so we went on three tires heading for a tire shop in Mesquite about 20 miles away. Humberto insisted on following us to make sure we made it OK. A short time later, a another tire blew, we called ahead to a tire shop that was going to close soon, but had tires to replace the ones that were blown and offered to stay open until we could get there Humberto drove the two blown tires to Mesquite 20 miles away to have them mount the new tires on the rims and bring them back so he could mount them on the boat trailer. Once having done that he insisted on following us the rest of the way into Mesquite to the tire shop because we still had one more old tire that had not blown yet and could have and he wanted to make sure that we were going to be OK. If there's room for one more person in heaven, I wanna make sure Humberto gets that spot. read more

Our Truck broke down, while towing our travel trailer on the 15, just west of Mesquite during the hottest part of the day. There were 4 of us and a small dog just stranded with no engine power. We called AAA which we have truck and trailer coverage with and they were going to make us wait 2-3 hours on the side of the I-15 in 115 degree heat. To make it worse, they were going to send 2 separate tow trucks and wouldn't be able to provide a solution to help us because of our dog. I called Humberto at Bull Dog Towing, he showed up less than 30 minutes later and let us cool off in the truck while he did everything. Then Humberto went above and beyond, he dropped our trailer off at an RV park and then drove me across town to a diesel mechanic. That would have been an awesome story if it ended there but Humberto drove me back to the RV park to meet up with my family and he even offered to take me back to the mechanic in the morning when they open. My husband and I were on the tail end of a month long road trip through the southwest when our tire blew out on us on the I-15 13 miles from Mesquite. Since it was over 100 degrees out, we had no cell service and we didn't have the right tools to change the flat, we got a ride to Mesquite to call AAA. After realizing we were located in the Bermuda Triangle of towing areas and AAA was no help in getting us a tow, we called up Humberto who came by and picked my husband, myself, and our small pup up within 20 minutes. After a short chat with Humberto we had arrived to our van and he changed the tire for us in 7 minutes flat. He gave us some advice about our spare and pointed us in the direction of a 24 hour tire shop to get it looked at. Overall a great experience that got us on the road quickly! I contacted Bulldog Towing by phone with a totally dead battery in my car. We agreed on the price. He showed up on time, but without cables to jump my car. Dumb, but that happens. He returned in 15 minutes and started compaining that I needed to hurry up. He was running late. Well, battery is dead. So, I can't really move very far or fast until HE jumps the battery. Right? Whatever. Although we had ageed on credit card payment in our earlier phone call, he now said that his credit card machine was in his other vehicle. He needs the cash, now. I was hesitant until he gave me a receipt. He then offered to install a new battery, and that therefore I didn't need battery services at the garage. (Earlier he told me that he didn't know exactly where the battery was on my car.) I declined his offer. He indicated that he would leave without the immediate cash payment, but would send my receipt shortly. As he said, "Don't you trust me?" I needed my car and gave him $60.00 with the promise of a receipt shortly. Guess what. No receipt ever was sent. I texted him repeatedly over the next several days. So, in summary, he was rude, unprofessional, unprepared, deceitful and I can not successfully file for reimbursement under my insurance without the receipt. I am so fortunate that I did not let him install a battery in my car, assuming he could finally figure out where the battery goes. (Well, maybe that's a little unfair. During his battery installation pitch, he did emphasize to me that he is mechanic.) My conclusion is that you should not use Bullshit Towing under any circumstance whatsoever. My bet is that the hand full of Yelp rating he claims are from relatives or are fake. I WOULD RECOMMEND SMALL POX BEFORE THIS BOZO. read more

Our family can't thank Bulldog Towing enough! Our alternator went out halfway between Las Vegas and Mesquite in extreme afternoon heat. He got to us in 45 minutes (the other company we called said it would take them 3 hours!) And then he was so nice. My fiancé and I were early into a Cali to Indy road trip when my car overheated 13 miles from Mesquite in the middle of the 95 degree day in the Nevada desert. I had just put coolant in and figured something was up. We coasted our way to The Shop in Mesquite and got a diagnostic look over which is a when it was determined my electric water pump was no longer working. The mechanic there admitted to not trusting himself working on my BMW and had the new water pump ordered to Saint George about 40 miles up the highway to arrive the next morning. Knowing driving my car without a working water pump was recipe for disaster, I agreed to the option of getting a tow. Bulldog towing was suggested and before we knew it the owner, Humberto, was loading my car onto his truck. My fiancé and I nervously climbed into the front seat hoping we were making the right decision. It turns out we did, as Humberto was one of the nicest and happiest guys either of us have ever met. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery as he filled us in on the landmarks and even recommended a dinner spot in St. George that we took him up on and enjoyed thoroughly. It was around 40 miles one way and only $200. Humberto made us feel comfortable within minutes which was huge considering we had just out our lives in a stranger's hands.
