He stopped by my section no less than 5 times in a ~3 hour period just to ensure we were having a good time. They have a wall of whiskey, so if there's a bourbon you want, they'll probably have it. Slow Burn also has a legit cigar selection, and the owner mentioned it's growing. We started with the onion rings. They had a thick piece of onion and equally thick batter. The batter had a bit of a beer seasoning, slight oily taste and a moderately crunch. She said it was loaded with tasty turkey and bacon flavors. She liked the fresh taste. The fries were thinner and crispy. I ordered the Silent Shot breaded tenderloin. It was very thick and juicy. The pork taste really came out nicely. The breading was thick like the onion rings - slight crunch and slightly oily. The sandwich came with all the usual toppings. The Cole slaw was also very tasty.
