The food was excellent. We had the March tastings menu and were blown away by the food. Service was excellent as well. A little pricey for some, but it was worth the money.

Not many options for Sunday brunch/lunch in Elkhart county so we decided to try here. Cute place…read moreand super nice staff. That is where the positives stop. They had a special for "Irish coffee" being St Patty's Day. Sure why not one of my favorites! I get a regular mug of coffee with Bailey's. For the record Irish coffee is brown sugar, Irish whiskey (preferably Tullamore D.E.W.) and whipped cream. Typically in a footed glass mug. I should have known better I was in Middlebury, IN. We inquired about an appetizer having garlic and onion. We were asked it if was preference or dietary? Does it really matter? But it is dietary for one of our party. After being told it had both we made other choices to split. Well the pretzel bites came with this HEAVY garlic cheese stuff that was the consistency of mashed potatoes. We also ordered poutine (another of our favorites) what came out was curly fries! (yes curly fries) with breaded cheese nuggets (yes breaded) with some brown thin gravy! Our main meal; one wedge salad (that was cut into quarters) with steak. Beautifully cooked beef medallions with zero flavor or seasoning. Nothing, not even S&P. The guest with the garlic/onion dietary request, asked what cheese comes on the nachos. She was told shredded and it's melted. So when her nachos came out it had mashed potato garlic cheese! She asked to have them remade. Which the server kindly did, her reorder came with a little melted cheese (you know when it's over heated and not cheese anymore) with sour cream squirted lines. I had the veggie burger which was actually good! The green goddess dressing is super tasty. Overall the place was nice and clean with super cute wallpaper in the bathroom. The prices with very reasonable. Would I go back, probably not. I wish them all the luck, might not be for us but I am sure they have fans.

All the drinks are handmade, everything from the mixers to some of the liquors are made in-house. Each drink has 2 ounces of liquor in it, yet you will only pay $6-12 for a custom drink. One of my favorites here is the Whisky Slushie, it's no longer on the menu but you can request one! There are drink specials each night as well. The owner, Jamie, can always be found behind the bar mixing and serving up drinks. This place gets PACKED on a weekend night after 9pm, usually it is standing room only at that point. Since the venue is small but the place is popular, go expecting to stand but with a good chance of snagging a chair or booth as people leave. There is not much room for large crowds. It's definitely an intimate, cozy setting with good tunes, the best mixed drinks in town, and fun people. Food! Yes, the do serve this too. They have a great bibimbap bowl and a few other selections. If you just want some snacks, I highly suggest their hummus and pita plate or their chips and dip. Homemade and delicious!

I don't live here, but I might need to move here just to be near this restaurant…read more Jokes aside, this place is it. If you haven't been here and like Italian food, stop searching, close the app now, and drive to this restaurant (maybe check for a reservation first). I came here with a larger group and every single person loved their food. Our server Brendan was fantastic and helpful, and gave us plenty of recommendations and customized them for what we were looking for. Though I'm sure there are other great choices, we generally followed his lead and we were very glad we did. Several of the group ordered the salmon and argued it might be the best salmon they've ever had. I got the rigatoni vodka and it was amazing. We also had the goat cheese appetizer and I'm still dreaming about that one. Also got branzino which was another hit. I'm convinced you can't go wrong here. Prices reflect a nice Italian place, but they are absolutely fair for the quality here. I regret not getting pictures before devouring everything, but hopefully you get the point. Drinks were on point too. Go eat here. Thank me later.
