The first time, small bathroom remodel (new…read moretoilet, new tub, tile on tub surround, new tile on floor, and subfloor repair) I was super impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. The owner, David, even stopped by to see how everything was progressing. The second time (subfloor replacement and tile work in rental property) I had a "project manager", Chris, who really just moved the payment process along. He never came to the job site to check on the worker, progression of job, or quality of work. So, not really a true project manger. The worker came, accommodated not working once tenant was home which was appreciated, was friendly, and completed the job. Tenant did report that once the work was done, the job site was not left as clean as it could have been. Tenant reported hardened grout left on outside of tub and door handle, dried blood in tub, sink left dirty, worker did not vacuum where work was completed, and mortar on front doorstep. Chris did offer to send the worker back but tenant had already cleaned up. Cost was at the midpoint of all the bids I received and seemed fair Overall, I probably won't use them again on such an extensive job. Would consider them for smaller jobs.

His tile work was beautiful, thorough, and incredibly detailed. Ray and Edgar also stayed in consistent communication with us throughout the project, which gave us peace of mind. What impressed me most was how well they listened to my design ideas. The finished bathroom truly reflects the vision I had in mind, including the custom vanities, walk-in shower with custom glass, new tub, and new tile. They did an amazing job bringing those ideas to life. I couldn't be happier with our new bathroom or with the experience we had with Raging Bulls Contracting. I would absolutely recommend Ray and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional remodeling.

He was not pushy about the installation and encouraged me to shop around. Ray and Carlos both explained the process of the installation and the best part was payment after the job was done. Installation day came and for a big front and backyard, they did it within a day without any interruption in our daily water usage. They walk me through all 11 zones to make sure everything was working properly and showed me how the drip lines worked. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the installation and service. I looked forward to dominating the block with my green grass and spending more time with the family instead of getting eaten alive by mosquitoes while I'm watering the lawn. I contacted Bondoc Roofing and asked them to come out to discern if the damage was within their scope of repair. While here, they also evaluated our roof. Despite being fairly new, they discovered a few loose shingles, some vents that were improperly installed and not booted, and a portion of our gutter system that needed cleaning and a leaf guard installation. Bondoc was able to repair all these issues to perfection, but it was not just that they did a good job that was impressive. Owner, Michael Osinskie, is clearly a man that has thought about delivering a top-notch consumer experience. Every staff member that I interacted with from Kylie to Dylan, Rovy and more were infectiously positive, caring and delivered a highly professional experience. They provided me with a polished portfolio at their initial visit, along with high resolution photos of the problem areas mentioned above. They have a very nice app for both Google and iOS to view project status, photos, communication and more. They also offer a Rewards Program. The 'Before & After' photos provided at the job's completion were satisfying to review. Their quality workmanship, neatness and thoroughly performed repairs gave me immense peace of mind. Add to all of this, they were timely...no long waits! And, extremely affordable. What more is there to say? Bondoc Roofing is clearly at the top of their game and more than worthy of their stellar reviews. Thank you, Sincerely! Update - 5/9/2021. We had solar panels installed in late February, about a week after Bondoc's fantastic roof tune-up. Sadly, we developed a leak at one of the panel installation sites which became apparent when water burst through our ceiling this past Thursday night after an intense storm. This was no fault of Bondoc's and most likely occurred during the panel installation process. The solar company's damages team was off site responding to emergency needs out of state, and would not be able to make the repair before the following week. With more inclement weather forecasted over the weekend, I reached out to Bondoc again. These lovely people treated me like family, and came to my immediate rescue. Dylan squeezed me in to their already tight same-day schedule, took photos of the damage, and covered the affected area which, again, gave me tremendous peace of mind. This amazing team truly cares about their clients and makes every effort to care for their needs. I'll never look elsewhere for a roofing company. They have my business for life. Beyond grateful.
