Monday came no delivery but got an email saying delivery delayed until Tuesday. Tuesday came and no delivery but another email saying delivery delayed until Wednesday. Wednesday came with no delivery but got another email say delivery delayed until Thursday. Thursday came and no delivery an another email saying it is delayed until Friday. Friday we finally got delivery. The exact thing happened this month and hopefully delivery is tomorrow (Friday). Last month they failed to pick up half the empty bottles that were left out. You cannot talk to anyone locally as all calls are routed to a call center. From the heavy, hard to understand accents of the call center people it sounds like the Philippines. Call center people tell you they don't have a supervisor that I can talk to and they can't transfer me to a local number. Last chance is tomorrow... then I'm done!

I had bad experiences with water delivery relying on costco, which is why I switched over. I found it easier to just pick it up myself rather than schedule anything. Whenever culligan is open and I'm out, I just call 5 minutes before I show up essentially and get my water. I recommend doing it that way because you get exactly what you want when you want it.

The startup special from Culligan looked perfect. Once it was delivered, it was not what he had wanted. I called them less than 24 hours after delivery to explain this and that I wanted to return it. This was fine for them to do, but I was harassed by the customer service representative on exactly why it didn't work. First off, this is no ones business, second, it just was not what he wanted. It felt very personal, and I was very offended.

The water ran down my wall and stained the garage ceiling drywall. The technician came back the next day and videoed the leak and the stain in the drywall. He replaced the leaking filter and one additional filter. When I inquired about replacing the drywall, I was told that since I signed the report itemizing what the technician did that I acknowledged that any and all damage caused by his work was my problem(fine print on the form). This is the only business I know of that can provide a service and if they cause a problem, you have to pay for their mistake And the service they provided.
