He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and didn't rush through the job. The difference in our carpets was honestly amazing. We have pets, so there were some areas that really needed some attention, and Shane went above and beyond to get everything looking and smelling fresh again. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about taking care of people's homes. I also really appreciated the straightforward pricing and communication. No pressure, no surprises, and just really great service. If you're in Loveland or anywhere in Northern Colorado and need your carpets cleaned, **I would absolutely recommend Ollie's.** It's rare to find this level of personal service from a local business. We'll definitely be using them again!

We were informed that the company relies on subcontractors to get work done when they are busy, and they sent a new subcontractor who didn't really know what he was doing (or what the payment policies were). They did refund us the $400 and came out to fix the issue with how the remote was installed. We appreciate the quick response but I left the review at 3 stars as it does not negate the scary evening we spent wondering if we had been scammed and quickly resetting all our codes since we felt unsafe.
