I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

Having your window pop and shatter suddenly without cause is a startling experience but what is…read moremore shocking is the absolute horrible customer service and blatant disregard for their warranty and care for the customer. And that is what sold us on this company. We have had one of the 2 shattered windows replaced but it took around 6 months to get it done. And this one that is still broken and waiting to be replaced... we have been waiting nearly a year and can't get a call back or an update. To add to the troubles, the initial install ended up being awful. It looked great for a bit but all the windows have gaps and dirt and air pass through and they are a MESS!!! Mike from Nex-Gen came and walked through everything and agreed the installation was not good. And he promised to get the replacement in quickly for the broken window and would fix all these install issues and wrote everything down and apologize but, that was nearly 5 months ago and we have called and have gotten NO response. My husband calls the company and NOTHING is ever done. We don't even get a phone call back, they say they are checking on the order and will get back to us. Good thing we don't hold our breath. This so called lifetime warranty is a joke! It is only good IF the company actually calls back and actually follows through. And what is so maddening, the warranty and good customer service is what sold us. Talk about bait and switch.

All communication was professional, concise and efficient. The pride I have in my home has increased exponentially. Having the windows replaced in one's home can be a daunting task. Steve and crew couldn't have been kinder and easy going, making the process easier on me. In this day and age it is difficult and sometimes downright impossible to find pride in workmanship. Steve Colby is not a window installer but rather a skilled, creative, talented and focused contractor and talented contractor whose work is in fact art! Ram Glass installed a glass shower door at our place in Estes Park. My wife was cleaning the glass with a cloth when it unexpectedly shattered on her. It scared her quite a bit and her arms and legs were covered with cuts and scrapes from the falling glass. I'm told this is a very rare event. Ram Glass was able to get a free glass shower door replacement from the glass manufacturer they use, but the amount they charged to drive it to our house and install it was over $400. Given what happened and given that it is a rare event, I'm surprised that they wouldn't want to take care of their customer by covering the cost of the replacement install.
