Great experience from start to finish. Stormy the sales rep…read morewas knowledgeable and great. Always helpful and informative. Casey and the install crew were the best. Casey has got a talent with working with people and his crew. Very positive and happy. He let me watch, video and pester them with questions on a window install so I could learn and do other windows myself (ya right, like that'll ever happen. I'll wait to save up and just call Lomax again). You should know that I do a ton of investigation and research. Looked into 5-6 other options and had 3-4 other reps come and give me their pitch. Everything from Anderson high end, to Home depot mid range to the cheapest of the cheap places to just replace the glass etc. I found Lomax to be the sweet spot; *very* good quality window for the price ... Sierra pacific. We love everything about them (pop/tilt in to wash, lip to open, smooth track, edge and overall design is very nice, warranty etc). We replaced 20 windows (3 big, 14 med, 3 small) including 3rd story with sloping hill (hard to reach), 4 stucco windows (very difficult with stucco bands). They were done in 2 1/2 days. Very courteous, laid down mats and plastic over everything, moved our furniture, took down and replaced blinds, washed the windows, vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. Even gave suggestions and advise on other renovations projects we asked about. All told 20 windows for about $16K (discounts for doing more than 5 windows). Overall feels like I've put on a fresh pair of underwear that makes me happy and will last me another 20 years.

Donovan was responsive, adjusted the doors/windows that addressed the problem. Customer service and knowledgeable team members were greatly appreciated. We will definitely use Lomax for any future window/door needs. Thank you Donovan!

The owner of this shop, Bob, initially seemed concerned but gave me bad direction on what to do with the door (he instructed me to leave it where it was delivered (i.e. in my driveway on a pallet), which turned out to be more than 1 month before I decided enough of this nonsense and took matters in my hand). He was supposed to be working with the delivery service and told me they'd come inspect it and take it with them. That was a lie. Shortly after his bad advice, he then went silent on me and I ended up dealing with the shipping company and door manufacturer on getting a new door. Bob was extremely unhelpful during the entire process. I had even asked for a receipt for the $900 door I paid for and after several requests, his wife finally sent one for the deposit but I never got the receipt for the final payment I made even having asking for it multiple times. Absolutely stay away from this place if you want a good experience.

We had some nice thick stained glass from a door we wanted to have mounted in new doors and then installed. He said they were backed up and it would be September before they could get to it. It's now October and I haven't heard a word even though I acknowledged this would be an expensive job. Not very good service in my opinion. I'd recommend to avoid this place.

Josh came by over the summer and talked to my wife for quite a while about bay windows. He offerend some impressive new resident deals and summer discounts and my wife and I decided to wait and contemplate all the options and possibilities. Months went by and there was a cold snap one evening, during which I noticed the rear sliding glass door had frost on the inside. That suggested there was a problem with the door frame and moisture seeping in between the panes. We contacted Anderson again and even asked if the same salesman could be sent to our appointment. Josh showed up a second time, recognized us and the house, and showed us lots of options for sliding glass doors. When my wife asked, he called a supervisor and was able to offer the same discounts -- even though it was no longer summer. The bay window had been something of a whim; the sliding glass door had problems and needed to be replaced. We chose our options carefully, took advantage of the great discounts, and placed our order. Josh said it would probably be a little after the start of the year before our materials could be customized and assembled into a kit. A few weeks later, we got a text and an email from Anderson, stating they had completed the customization and pre-assembly and asking if we could be ready for installation on the first of December! We were quite happy with that, and made arrangements to be home and ready for noisy construction right after Thansgiving weekend. Jose was phenomenal! Although I expected him to arrive at Noon, my wife reminded me Anderson had mentioned he would arrive between Noon and 2PM. When he arrived around 1PM he noted that his partner had injured his shoulder at the previous job site and would, hopefully, be joining us later. I figured the half-day job for two people had just become a full-day job for one and it was already past noon when Jose arrived. I had online meetings to attend and my wife had phone calls to make, so we left Jose to do his thing and let him know which doors to knock on if he needed anything or had any questions. At that point, Jose fetched his tools and started in on the work. Jose was quite meticulous and precise in his work. I came out a few times just to see how things were going and he was always busy and never made much of a mess, even with the demolition efforts. At one point I was quite impressed to see him adjusting the frame all by himself, just nudghing the whole thing back and forth with his toes and the palm of his hand. It was clear he knew exactly what he needed to do and that he had a lot of experience doing all of the required steps. About five hours later I was surprised to come out and find him finishing up. He had never asked for anything and his partner had never joined him, but he got everything done and polished up without needing any involvement from me or my wife. He spent about a half-hour showing me the features and giving me special care and usage instructions, then my wife came out to ask if the job was done and he spent another 15 minute reiterating everything. We've had the new door for about a week now and it's working flawlessly. We're ecstatic that it could be delivered well before Christmas (and a couple days before our first real snowfall in the City of Loveland) and that Anderson was able to honor the discount they had offered months earlier. We're also quite imporessed with Jose's efficiency and quality of work!

Our 1973, 168 condominiums were in dire need of siding to include all the details needed to create watertight, functional, and attractive condominiums. Prior to choosing WestPro, we did our due diligence. We identified and sought proposals from several contractors held in high esteem, to include WestPro. West Pro provided us with a fully understandable, highly detailed proposal covering all contingencies to include an offer to assist in financing the cost of this significant project for our community. Jordan spent hours with us patiently and carefully explaining what was needed, the value of James Hardie Siding and what WestPro will provide. WestPro has been and is one the most professional siding contractors in the industry. From initial contact all the way through our completed project, the team at WestPro was highly communicative. Throughout this recreation of our community, Jordan and Clay frequently met with us onsite to make sure that all contingencies were addressed and met. In certain instances, specific needs were identified by Jordan and Clay that did not fall under the original scope of work. Jordan and Clay immediately provided solutions and mitigated the challenge typically without additional cost to our community. West Pro expertly provided high-end customer service experience is second to none. Personally, as a 4-generation, real estate development, construction, and reconstruction family business, I have never experienced a contractor like WestPro. WestPro surpassed their promises and provided us with a product that is more than we ever hoped for. WestPro is a top-notch, professional, and trustworthy organization. WestPro's performance, work and product was excellent in all regards. Personally, I recommend WestPro without reservation. On behalf of our Golden Pines community and our BOD, we highly recommend any commercial or residential property owner to hire WestPro and experience first-hand WestPro's integrity and knowledge about the proper siding installation techniques that will benefit the long-term quality of their exterior siding. WestPro will be very responsive to any or all your needs! Jordan, Clay, Nick, Patrick, and team thank you for increasing the market value of our community and transforming our community to a beautiful Golden offering! I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.
