Best experience with electrician, hands down I would give 10+ stars for my experience. Chris was extremely helpful over the phone and with our needs. We also got to work with Harold, who was super responsive and kind. Mike, the other tech was especially helpful when we were in a big time of stress cause we had a faulty breaker panel that was due to a poor home inspection. Plus some outlets that were also unsafe. They fixed all of these issues in a 2 day period and for a good price. I'll be asking for Mike for anything we need in the future he was the best, taking care of everything we needed. Mike went above and beyond by explaining issues to me while he was inspecting our outlets and breaker so I knew why they needed to be fixed, and so much more about electric in my condo that will help me down the road in knowing if something is going wrong Thank you guys!

I had a circuit breaker replaced in the electrical panel. I had done this procedure myself in a previous home but am unable to do it now due to health problems. The breaker in Home Depot is $18.50. The time it took to replace it was 35 minutes. The charge that I paid for this service was $275., an exorbitant amount by any standard. The average charge in Florida for a licensed electrician is between $100 and $150. per hour. I will not be using SunCoast Electric again.

Flash restore was one of 3 companies I called to get estimates after I had another company come out and test the house only to find that mold was also present in other parts of the house. What impressed me about Flash just based on the 1st impression is how helpful, informative, transparent, and especially professional everyone i spoke to was during the entire process. They made sure i was satisfied with everything every step of the way. Joe Greco and his team were the ones that personally handled my house and were great! They were very thorough in the remediation process and even found mold that didn't come up in the testing. Now I have the piece of mind knowing that my entire house is mold free Their price was definitely competitively compared to the other companies and their service was outstanding.

I called Flash Restore and they met me right away at her condo. The Flash team was truly professional, they dried up all the water without cutting any walls and saved her a fortune. Everyday they came back to monitor the progress and adjust their equipment. The condo below hers used another company that left their drying machines but not their phone number. I heard they returned 10 days later and left a big bill.

They are responsive - phone calls are always answered or, at worst, returned the same day. They are polite and professional - and we always get straight answers. There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.
