We were so pleased with the results that we called KC Tile when we needed our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout resealed. We're amazed how clean the floors look. And the grout now looks like new. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. They even left us small bottles of grout if we ever need to touch up an area. During the job, the technician took multiple cigarette breaks, leaving standing water pooled against my baseboards for an extended period. As a result, multiple baseboards were damaged. I immediately contacted the technician, who told me he spoke with the owner. Despite providing two independent repair estimates ranging from approximately $400 to $700, the owner refused to take any responsibility, offer compensation, or help with the repairs. I was also told they were not concerned about negative reviews. Accidents can happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me was the complete lack of accountability and customer service after the damage occurred. Had the company simply worked with me to resolve the issue, I would have had a very different impression. If you hire this company, I recommend carefully monitoring the work and making sure standing water is not left against your walls or baseboards.

WFM is an excellent company to work with. Our 40 gallon hot water tank exploded in our house. We…read morestarted to clean it up only to realize there was no way we'd be able to handle this on our own. I called the company and they were at our house within 20 minutes. They were so fast and efficient in cleaning up the water, we were amazed. They tested the walls and baseboards for water, determined the areas that were saturated as well as other areas that were only damp. They set up huge industrial fans and humidifiers in order to dry out the walls and floors. When it was determined that some of our wood floors were beyond help, they removed them as well as the baseboards - very carefully so as to not ruin the walls further. Not only did they haul away the damaged walls and floors, they also cleaned the areas of the house where construction dust and paint chips fell on the floor. Most importantly, they explained each and every step as they moved around the wet areas of the house cleaning and preparing for the fans. They also worked directly with the insurance company which eliminated some steps for us. We are now 2 weeks into the process and they are still following up on their work and with the insurance company. I can't say enough good about this company. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, clean and just overall amazing to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company; they are unbelievably good to work with. Don't be discouraged that they are a relatively new company, they have many years of experience from before they started this company and I am sure they will be around for a very long time continuing to build their excellent reputation.
