Our carpets came out looking like new, & our teenage son's room, well it had a funky smell, but Ian used a disinfectant & the smell was completely gone! I will only use Dolphin for any carpet or grout cleaning from this point on. Thank you Ian for a great job!

While you were gone, your helper was sitting on the floor playing with his phone and waiting for you. If you are willing to lie so blatantly, my review stands. Consumers, see below and take a look at the picture: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please save your money. This user, Jeff Oday, came to my house to clean our granny flat's shower's grout. First, he insisted on being paid before even looking at the job carefully. A few minutes after receiving $250 in cash, he left to get his "stronger" equipment and cane back two hours later. Once he was back to pick up his assistant, ten minutes later he calls me to say I have mold and left the job worse than he found it. I asked him to give me a few minutes and when I went to the guest house, hey had gone and when I call him, I could hear the noise because he was already at the job where he had left his equipment. I feel the same as if someone had held me up at gunpoint. Now I get why he gets paid first. He obviously knows people will not be happy with his work and will not be accountable for his shoddy work. (If a grout restorer cannot deal with mold, why would anyone hire him? I wish I had seen the feedback that the other customer left before I allowed him to take advantage of honest people. All he had to do if a little mold was a problem was let me know he could not offer me a good result and return my money. But not this guy. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else. Thanks. (Will add before and after pics tomorrow so you all can see what he charged me to ruin.)

Within 6 months the entire job failed, leaked and was required to be completely ripped out and started from square one. That's when we called Mirrortile Inc.. Raj came tore it all out and I mean all out. He removed the two layers of floor tile!!! He removed the walls, rebuilt them with the correct pressure treated lumber and reinforced them for stability. After all of that, he did a absolutely beautiful tile job with tight lines and straight cut. On top of that he did it lighting fast and was considerate to the needs of my family. There are a ton of contractors out there, few of which give a damn. Pride is a good comidity when it comes to construction, Raj and his staff personify that all too often forgotten trait. As a consumer and a lay person in the trades, you cannot make a better decision than Mirrortile Inc.

I called Coastal and Ian and he got right back to me. He came out and did a fabulous job and took his time to really address the carpet and house as a whole. No stain went unnoticed. I called them again last week and asked if he could come do my carpets again. We recently had to put my dog down and he used to have accidents on the carpet. Ian said he would be sending Zach to my home. I was a little worried due to the time and care Ian had put in that no one else would do as good of a job. I showed Zach the areas that concerned me and Zach took his time and not only got out all of the stains I pointed out, he had found a few more. Needless to say my carpet looks brand new again. Thank you Coastal Carpet and Tile for such a great, thorough job.
