this is MY experience with this company and my opnion Mr Destefano came and did an estimate to clean tile at my new home . He gave me a ridiculously high price $840 to clean a kitchen living room patio floor , steamclean 2 bathrooms shower and a counter top /back splash . I said" no thank you" as i wanted to stay close to $700 or under , he said ok hows $740 i said ok as i needed it done i then asked if we could change date as i had a vent cleaner coming that i forgot about he called me and told me that vent cleaning is a rip off as u do not need fiberglass vents cleaned and that cleaning them ruins them as he use to do duct work and knows this for fact. i asked him if he could change my dryer vent for me and he said yes i told him id buy the vent clamps and tape he said $30 he arrived with partner ,over an hour late saying he had to clean his truck and eat a good breakfast as theybwork non stop . he told me he would do everything we agreed upon and it would take 6 hours . and asked me to sign the invoice so i did writing "signing before job complete" and left , he called 2 hours and 45 minutes later to say he would be done in 15 minutes the floors looked dirty still , there was no clean smell just a mildew smell and i pointed to dirt on the ledge of livingroom to patio , so he got down with a scrub brush and the dirt came right up , proving he did lmt clean that area as he said he did orginally the kitchen counter looked the same as it did when i left , he told me he pulled out frig and oven and there was spills on it where they met the wall and he cleaned it and trhe same for dryer and he did my small screened entrance way free , as it was easy to just hit it on way out . i looked behind dryer and it loooked dirty too! he did not do tub in master bathroom when asked why , he said it wasnt included only shower was included thats funny he cleaned the tub in second bathroom saying it was part of bathroom i was not happy it did not look like a thorough job and probably wasnt as it took 3 not six hours as orginally reported it would , he said they took no breaks and worked hard and fast thats why it only took 3 not six hours (sounds like and looks like the rushed to me) i went to zelle him money but as i iust paid a painter over 4k i was over limit zelle allows so i could only pay him $370 and offered a credit card he said it would be an additional 3.5% for every hundred if i used credit card but he agreed to have me zelle him the rest the next day , however he started sending harrassing text berrating me for thinking the job was subpar and when i gave him photo evidence of dirt he then blocked my number and so i could not zelle him the money the next day so he then text me in afternoon demanding money and when i showed him screenshot message from zelle that they cant send as he blocked me he un blocked me so i sent him all but $100 as i was holding that as he damaged my freshly painted door and did not do tub . he then began harrassing me calling me every minute for around 8 minutes and texting long text threatening court and making me pay the orginal 840 and calling me a lair and mentally illl i asked him to stop harrassing me and if he didnot stop i would call police as i have screen shots of his repeated every minute calls and text ! he finally stopped I sent him the $100 to get him out of my life and i was afraid as he seemed unstable to me and notified the guard at my gate to not let him in as i am fearful of what he may be xapable of . this was a waste of $ 770 I first have to get place cleaned and now fix my door buyer beware read more

BEWARE I Hired him in Feb 2021 before moving into my new house House was empty . no furnitire to move . he was to clean floor tiles in whole house as well as clean tubs and shower . He told m it would take 6-7 hours and charged $700. He showed up late said he and kid he had with him had to eat as it was gonna be a long job and he had to clean the truck .from day befores job he called me 2 hours later (not 6-7 as stated) said he was finished The house looked just wetl not clean he disnt do one tub and the dryer vent he was suppose to put on(i had a new one waiting ) was loose and ripped . aa floor dried you can tell he didnt clean it atall behind stove dryer which he said was part of job when i hired him . He only did one bathtub and siad the other wasnt included in the 700.00 i showed ho dirt on the living room tiles that inwas a le to wipe up infrint of him witha sponge and water and that proved hebsisnt steam clean anything lol and what 2 hours not 6-7 he reaponded "u pay for job not time !" i tried to pay him half he got verbally abusive and harrassing y callling my phone every 5 minutes and theeatening to shownup and make anacene in my neighborhood and would take me to court . He was so verbally abusive and unstable i did not want trouble so i just paid him especially sinxe i had so much on my olate with moving etc !!!! i have pictiress and am thinking of going to xourt but ainxe a year past not aure i can read more

I had a very very, I mean disgusting 17 yo carpet stained by pets that needed to be cleaned up. Found Robert via Google search. He came in and did such a fantastic job!!! He was very thorough and professional. I had to invite him back to also clean up the tiles. I appreciated that he takes his job very seriously despite of the fact that, well hey, somebody gota do it! His prices are very reasonable. I will highly recommend him to anybody that needs the job done! He definitely saved us a lot of time, sweating and money. read more

I had worst experience ever with this company. First he showed up late and I had to wait on him,then I tried to tell him about the area that I could not get the stains out. He became VERY rude, and aggressive!! I told him to leave my house and I would call someone else. I would not use this Carpet cleaning service again. VERY VERY unprofessional. Did a nice job of cleaning the carpet. Had some stains that have probably been on the carpet for a long time. Unfortunately he was unable to get them all out since it looked like it was from bleach. He was able to lighten up some darker stains. Overall the carpet definitely looks clean and better than it did before! He was later than expected start time, but did work through the rain. Overall, a good experience for a good price. It got my husband out of doing it instead. read more
