His…read moreteam was sloppy and caused damages for which he will not pay, nor will he provide insurance information. I have sent him several texts and emails and he refuses to return same. He chose to rip out all my kitchen cabinets and had his team packaged everything. They did not use any bubble wrap and/or wrapping paper. My expensive glasses broke; they were thrown into boxes in all different directions. He threw my grandmother's 100 year plus China into a box randomly and it broke. He caused damage to my wood floors and the frame around the door to the garage... Very sloppy work. He also took with him my kitchen sink which is not reimbursable by insurance because it does not contract mold. He refused to return or pay for it. He also filed a lien on my property without telling me. I was told by insurance company. And, once the insurance company paid, he did not satisfy the lien until I demanded it. What he does at the beginning is have you sign an agreement that not only includes mold remediation but states that you are hiring his company to make the repairs. You have only 30 days to cancel. If you do not, you are stuck. Just before the 30 days were up, he did not return calls. I cancelled the contract. Then you bet, after he received my notice of cancellation, then he called back!!! He is all about the money. He does not care about the quality of the work.

We only ever had mold issues inside her bathroom vanity and never smelled mold anywhere else in our home besides that room. They charged us $5,000 that we could not really afford, ripped out the vanity, DID NOT seal off the HVAC system, left moldy items that were inside her vanity IN HER NURSERY and ever since we have had a mold problem. Our house and most of our clothes smell like mold and we do not have the money to fix it now. It spread through the air vents from her bathroom because they did not do their job properly. I am in tears writing this because I am so scared for my little girl's health, as something like this can cause lifelong damage to her lungs and we cannot afford to do anything about it. I already have air purifiers in our home on full blast 24/7 and they do not help.
