They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit.
