There's often no attendant on site to help with machine issues (which happen frequently). In theory, it's a fun place for kids, adults, and kidults to do a little "low-risk gambling" while at the food court, but it seems like ownership has let this location fall by the wayside. I'll wait for my gacha fix until I'm in Little Tokyo.

I continued waiting and waiting, but no one came back to assist me. I was left standing there without any acknowledgment or explanation. This was a very frustrating experience and, in my opinion, extremely poor customer service.
