The store itself is very clean, organized, and easy to browse. There's a great selection of clothing, home items, and unique finds. I marked that I was on my way got there, checked in with my spot number and waited and waited. After about 10 minutes I started noticing cars that arrived after me were already getting their orders and leaving. This kept happening over and over. Meanwhile, I was on my way to an event in LA and already on a time crunch, so every minute mattered. After waiting over 35 minutes with no updates at all, I tried flagging down employees and even had to honk just to get someone's attention. When someone finally came over, who was actually one of the leads, I was told they couldn't find my item and that employees were still looking for it. That was one of the most frustrating parts that no communication was given. If I had known earlier, I could of just canceled and gone inside or made other plans instead of sitting there pressed for time. That being said, my most recent visit was actually fast and smooth. Everything came out quickly, and the experience was what curbside should be. So overall, it really depends. When it's good, it's great, but when it's not the lack of communication can be a big issue. Hoping the consistency improves because curbside here has a lot of potential!

They had three copies and held one under my name and phone number. After work, I headed down to pick it up and realized I forgot to ask if they received the deluxe album. The cashier helping me confirmed the copies they received weren't the deluxe edition, but she let me know three copies were ordered for the store. She went ahead and reserved a copy of the deluxe edition and complemented me on my name which made my night. Prices here on music are great too. They have music marked down 10% - 20% all the time, and their prices aren't marked up like crazy with some retailers on eBay. Thank you Barnes and Noble staff. You're all amazing!
