I just walked out of the Halloween express in Sports Arena and I feel so incredibly energized. Wide lanes, clean, safe, organized. The customer service is truly unmatched. The vibes were immaculate. Michelle helped us pick out the perfect Octoberfet outfits and Alyssa rang us up. If your in a rut and need to feel inspired please visit this store. They were so nice and made me feel so confident. I came here a few days before Halloween thinking it would be a hot mess and surprisingly it was not that bad.There were quite a bit of outfits still left and I was able to find a decent Halloween costume. The inventory is pretty lofty and they had just about everything I needed. Definitely tons of people here, it's super hot and the line to try on is pretty long. But for an almost last-minute costume, I was pretty impressed with the amount of people they had to assist. When it was time to check out, there were three cashiers and the line was wrapped around the whole place. But I must say the line went by pretty fast and the cashiers were very efficient. I really enjoyed my experience here a few months back (and that's how you know I enjoyed it if I still remember it). My family and I were looking for costumes for Halloween. We mostly just walked around but some of the workers really helped us find stuff. My most memorable moment was when my dad found his Punisher costume. It was on a mannequin so we asked where they had the rest. Unfortunately they didn't have any more so we asked what the size was on the one on the mannequin. To our luck it happened to be my dad's size! The worker took it to the back so my dad could try it on. While we waited for my dad to finish, the worker and I had a very amusing conversation. She was so funny and talkative I felt like I had known her for longer than the 30 minutes we were there! 'Twas a great place and I'd really like to go back! read more

I ordered online from this company, and tried to cancel the order minutes later to learn they don't take cancelations. I called both numbers on their site and my order to learn they'd been disconnected - doesn't seem real legit. I emailed, and received a response in about two days to return the item via my Amazon account with no further instructions, but I hadn't ordered the products via Amazon. I was completely shocked at the rude employees. Don't shop here unless you want to be followed around the store and have your bags searched as an employee yells about how she knows an item had been stolen. News flash, nothing had been stolen. The employee was also only checking certain people's bags, not everyone, and was very blatantly profiling and targeting customers who she thought were "suspicious." Don't spend your money here. This place sucks. $50 costumes that are too cheaply made to be anything more than 1 time use. Every costume for women is made to turn you into a hooker. The childrens costumes are well on their way. This place has bad customer service. I had two costumes on hold because the manager was going to help locate another size in one costume. I had left my contact information. I had also stopped by 2 times to double check if the manager name Mark has found the size I wanted. He told me he is still hunting the costume down from all of their location. I haven't heard from him for a week, I stopped by today and both the costumes were sold, and now there none available. I was upset that I did not receive any call indicating that he did not find the size I was looking for or if I still wanted the costumes. Instead it was put back on the floor for sale. Now I have a week left until Halloween. I literally talked to Mike today and expressed my feelings. He didn't even apologize. read more

Went there yesterday and had a great experience (the one behind the mall near Michael's). Found a great costume for me and hubby - but the outstanding part was the SERVICE. Oh my gosh everyone was cheerful, helpful and really happy. We spend about 2 hours just looking at all the costumes and then making a choice and trying on our favs!!! Walked out with a wonderful set for me and my husband. The prices were cheaper than several other Halloween stores we have visited and I have to say the quality was good too...bet we will be able to wear these for several Halloween parties. read more

I was really surprised by my first visit at the customer service I got. Jorge went out of his way to help me with my vision. It was like I had a personal shopper, as he got ideas and went looking for items to go with my look. When I got to the register, the cashier asked if I planned on wearing the wig I picked out more than once. Not - I dress up all year long! She pointed out for $5 more I could get a better quality wig that would look more realistic. She opened both packages so I could see for myself and it was obvious the quality was very different. I usually don't shop at seasonal stores, but I waited until the last minute to get my outfit together. I'll be checking out HE again next year! read more

This place was ok. I took my family here for some last minute shopping because my 6 yr old couldn't decide what he wanted to be. We went in to pick up some make up for a zombie look just in case the costume he decided on didn't work out. I couldn't find any teeth in the aisles but as I was standing in line to check out I noticed they had some behind the registers. When I got to the cashier I asked her if I could see the zombie teeth and she told me everything zombie was over in that aisle (she pointed to the aisle I picked up the makeup at). I said actually I see you have some behind you. Her response was, well you can go look at them. So I asked my husband to grab me some zombie teeth from behind the counter and the cashier rolled her eyes at me in annoyance. After my husband started pointing to them and asking me which ones I wanted she finally decided to be helpful and walked over to grab them as my husband was pulling them down. The store was not overly busy and although there was one other couple behind me, I didn't feel that she had an excuse for her rudeness. Maybe she had a long day, I don't know, but if you cant handle simple customer service like showing some teeth, then maybe you need to find another job. We ended up not needing/using the product we bought, but at least I have a backup plan for next year and we wont have to go back to this store and be treated poorly again. read more
