Took my stepsons here for their birthdays. Played 2 games. During game 1. The cover on the back target fell off. Had to have my pack replaced. Not a big deal. It happens. After the game, you're supposed to get a scorecard. Was told the printer isn't working. Printer hasn't been working for quite some time now. No efforts to get it fixed/replaced. They were finally able to get it to print though. Makes me wonder if that's just the excuse they use because they don't want to be bothered with handing the scorecards out. During game 2. I touched a pillar in the arena and it just fell over. Wasn't even attached to the wall. That's really going to hurt some little kid eventually. Whoever it is that bought this place after Laser Quest went belly up has put not one penny into maintaining the equipment or the arena. Hell, the score monitor still says Laser Quest. The employees are just kind of "whatever" about everything. You can tell there's no standards or structure in place to keep them in line. No one knows how to maintain the equipment and they probably can't get parts due to it being proprietary equipment of a belly up company. It truly saddens me to see my 20+ year hobby left to dwindle at the hands of an ownership that obviously doesn't care.

Party planners were nice but I just don't like how there's height limits for trampolines and Playgrounds. Ticket machine was super fun! The chuck e mascot was amazing and nice! Best games and rides! And interactive dance floors! Employees were super kind! Came with goodie bags already prepared plates and cups too! And prizes for tickets were great! The arcade games and play areas definitely keep little ones entertained, and the prize counter is always a hit (even if you need a mountain of tickets for anything decent). That said, the food is just okay. The pizza and appetizers are fine, but definitely not something you'd come here for if kids weren't involved. Prices feel a little high for what you get. Cleanliness is hit or miss--sometimes the tables and games are wiped down quickly, other times you can tell the staff is overwhelmed. Speaking of staff, they were friendly overall, but service could have been more attentive, especially during busier hours. All in all, it's a solid place to let kids burn off energy and celebrate birthdays, but as a dining or family outing experience, it's average at best.

The owner decided that league money is more important than open bowling for people with intellectual disabilities after they already paid! He shut off their lanes in the middle of their game. Then when staff was advocating for the individuals by asking him to let them finish their game the owner decided that then was the appropriate time to say "what you're having a bad day because Kamala didn't win?" When did consumers in your place of business become less than due to being a female or someone with a handicap? This situation had nothing to do with politics and was completely inappropriate. If you agree with this man's actions then delete me now. If you know me or my family at all you know how much we stand for all human rights especially those with intellectual disabilities. The owner's actions and comments were unprofessional and unacceptable. I refuse to give any business my time and money that don't prioritize inclusivity and customer service. We went again today like normal, and everything was good until we were in the last section we wanted to look at. A worker walked over to us, I'm assuming the manager, he said " think it's time for you to leave now". We were both confused and asked him "what?". He told us that his worker said that we were rude to him and that we threatened to "walk on the tables". We were both shocked and confused because we were never rude to an employee let alone even see an employee the whole time we were there. We tried to tell him that we never did that and that we would like to hear the employees side since the manager said we were rude to the employee. The manager refused to let us talk to or even explain further with what happened with this employee. By the time we were by the door we asked again to talk to the employee who we were accused of being so rude to, and this manager said he doesn't want to argue and that he will call the cops on us if we don't leave. Don't waste your time at this store, they are rude and uncooperative when there is any kind of issue. Stay away and do not support them.
