The STEAM Indoor play center has been a success and with that and other streams of income, they can definitely afford to pay what is both owed and court ordered. It has been almost a year since the judgment was won (Dec. 2024) and I should think that business owners would pay their bills and other monies owed.

They were finally able to get it to print though. Makes me wonder if that's just the excuse they use because they don't want to be bothered with handing the scorecards out. During game 2. I touched a pillar in the arena and it just fell over. Wasn't even attached to the wall. That's really going to hurt some little kid eventually. Whoever it is that bought this place after Laser Quest went belly up has put not one penny into maintaining the equipment or the arena. Hell, the score monitor still says Laser Quest. The employees are just kind of "whatever" about everything. You can tell there's no standards or structure in place to keep them in line. No one knows how to maintain the equipment and they probably can't get parts due to it being proprietary equipment of a belly up company. It truly saddens me to see my 20+ year hobby left to dwindle at the hands of an ownership that obviously doesn't care.

There is a room with a slide that the kids can go down and they kept sliding into the door frame since there is not adequate space in front of the slide. We used some of the padding and held it in front of the door frame so our kids wouldn't get hurt. There is also a shelving unit in the lobby that is not secured to the wall which fell on top of a 2 year old. The owner was there and was more worried about the bags of chips that were on the ground and blamed the child for climbing on something that should have been secured to the wall. She never apologized or asked if the child was okay. She didn't remove the shelving unit from the lobby so another child wouldn't get hurt. Please DO NOT go to this place unless she makes it safe for your little ones. There is no way this place passed any sort of inspection.
