It was Terrible! There was long lines and we HAD to pay 72$ just to bounce! We HAD to pay for a shirt! Overpriced everything! UrbanAir is better. Let them fly© or ® or ™ one of them. read more

Horrible rude staff, we were first in line to buy tickets and staff kept letting people behind us go. After 30 minutes of horrible customer service we finally got in and the trampolines were very under supervised. Children were recklessly running everywhere and getting hurt. We then tried to play a game of volleyball, while there was a small line, and asked the attendant if he could put up the net, and he very rudely refused to put up the net. read more

This was our first time here and having been to several similar places, we thought this was a great experience! We were there for a birthday party, it's really clean, they have several party spaces, the whole thing is well done! Only negative was being asked to get there at 9am and they don't let the kids go play till 9:30. They should let kids play once they are checked in, it's to long to wait with little kids. But we'll be back! read more

Kids had a blast here. We went during the week around 3pm. Cost was 11.99 per child for 30 minutes and included the special jump socks needed. Great area for parents watch from the sides including bench seating. They also have a great area up high with tons of seating to watch from a distance if your kids are a little older. Very friendly staff, clean and a great time. They also have a small area to buy refreshments. Highly recommend and we will. Seems like a great place to also hold a birthday party. Be back. Fun for all ages. read more

you guys should have a ref for basketball and if busy the winning team should not continue to play. the older kids play or groups of kids that know each other and won't let other kids play. my son waited almost 20 minutes and they almost skipped over him next game. read more

Parents cannot properly supervise children and keep them safe from predators due to a $3 sock fee after I already spent $65 for 2 children. Oh and the employees are allowed to wear there street shoes!! It's like sky zone is grooming your children for you since you cannot properly supervise read more

Sky zone is fun for most ages with many games with trampolines and soft blocks to jump or fall into without injury! Each and every game section is monitored and supervised! This keeps the games balanced by size and skills! They insure safety at all times too! Upon entry you buy a ticket for how much time you want to spend! Take breaks or change games (when ever you want)! They have two dodge ball while on a section full of ground level trampolines! Each section can accommodate a dozen or more kids and/or adults! Basketball shot s while on a trampoline allows those great dunk shots! Basket levels are different hights to allow different size kids to shot too! Battle over soft blocks to see who is king of the hill is a favorite tooI The counter offers a host of many drinks and other snacks to boost energy and curb hungers! They have clean restrooms and ample parking in the shopping center parking lot! Close up parking is good! Prices are reasonable and everyone benefits from the fun exercises! There is plenty of seating even a high up one that can get a good birds eye view is very comfortable chairs. Great places to watch and take those close up pictures! Try slo-no or speeded -up pictures for funny shots! This our second time here and the staff is friendly and helpful! Great place for kids, family's, and date! read more

I was really impressed regarding the staff. They all were very professional and super attentive towards keeping everyone safe. I paid for an hour for both my girls (ages 7 and 5) and they loved it! The hour went by quicker then I expected. Wish they still had a groupon available but they don't and I ended up having to pay the full amount. read more

Horrible place to visit unless you're more worried about socializing than watching your child. My daughter couldn't jump for more than 2 minutes without a kid jumping in the same area as her or even grown adults would jump in her area.. Every hand sanitizing station was out. Didn't even make it there an hour. Had kids running around with runny noses and coughing would have been nice to sanitize after touching things.. Don't recommend.. read more

Ref for dodgeball was terrible. Her name was Hunter, please fire her ASAP. There was our boy ref named Justice who was the nicest employee ever at sky zone. The place is nice, and Justice tried to make it enjoyable, but Hunter's attitude and treatment really ruined the experience. I have been to others which were good, but my experience here was horrible. A bad employee makes the visit awful. read more

Brought my children here the other day and we had a blast. So much fun for the kids and definitely tired us all out after. Lol

Great spot to burn energy and get some exercise. My kids love visiting skyzone when we're in town.

We went on a weds for my daughters birthday. It didn't open untill 4, which sucked for us but not a reason for bad review. We went on an all day glow day. Lots of black light fun. There were only like 5-10 other people there it was AWESOME. No lines, no crowds. We had plenty of time and space to just play. I had my 2.5 year old with us and he had plenty space. The staff was friendly. read more

Great place to take the kids and good exercise! Staff is very kind and attentive. I usually avoid it on saturday and sunday's during the day because it is very busy. Great deal for Glow night and you can usually find good deals on Groupon. read more

After an initial frustrating experience hey explained the situation and exceeded my expectations. The place is really cool and clean. Great for kids. And adults. read more

We attended a birthday party here late on a Saturday afternoon. Our group had mainly 4 and 5 year olds. We were able to find an area for them to jump that felt pretty safe. Most of the other patrons were older and bigger. So we didn't get to experience the basketball or jousting area because we wanted to ensure the kids were out of the way of the big kids. They all had a great time and were ready to eat and drink once the jump time was over. The pizza was really good and our room attendant was on top of the drink refills. The only reason they don't get the full 5 stars is because the attendant came up to the mom of the birthday boy right as they lit the candles on the cake to address final payment. So while her son is blowing out candles, the room attendant is reviewing the bill with her and asking if she has her credit card. The timing was poor and could have easily been adjusted 5 or 10 minutes in either direction and it wouldn't have seemed like such an intrusion. read more

Great place - we were here for the first time , staff was polite and attentive to their Jobs . Much better experience than Sky Max not too far away. read more

I've been to this location twice. The first time was over a year ago when I brought my 3 year old at the time. We came on a Saturday afternoon. It was extremely packed. It was like wall to wall with people. My 3 year old didn't have much issue because she was in the toddler area and those kids weren't to rowdy. Today is our second time and I brought my soon to be 4 year old with her dad. We came on a Saturday early evening. It's like night and day from the last visit. There is plenty of space for them to run around and enjoy with feeling over crowded. I purchased the tickets on Groupon which was a good deal. Can't beat the kid and her dad bouncing around until they pass out leaving me in peace and quite for the rest of the evening. read more

This is a must visit place for kids and adults alike! There are things for everyone to do from simply trampoline jumping to a jousting section. There's dodge balls and pits to flip into, basketball hoops and fitness classes. Amazing place and definitely worth the money. Get the 90 minute passes as its long enough to wear the kids out but not too long to where they get bored. This place is very clean and safe too. There are plenty of knowledgeable staff members around to monitor each section and answer any questions that you might have! Highly recommend! Excellent place!! read more

Don't try to come here on a weekend with your kids. They book as many birthday parties as possible to the point where parents have no place to sit. No adults jump here and it is a zoo. Over priced compared to their competition. Bigger is not better in this case (unless you come on off peak times). Once is enough for us. read more

Gone with our kids 2 for 90 mins on Tuesday, pay the money but got for 30 mins only.. While asking for why didn't I get for 1.5 hours, the manager on the store told me that a mistake from the agent and can not do anything now. I paid more money without any refund.. Pathetic experience... Just be aware of this.. read more

We were visiting from out of town and brought our children here. After jumping for about 15 minutes, I discovered that there was poop all over the trampolines. When I notified the staff, they did not seem to want to be bothered by it. They acted like it was no big deal. In fact one employee asked me what I wanted him to do about it. It took me speaking with 4 employees before anyone made a move to clean it up. read more

I was really impressed the first time I went and that was not to long ago. But I went on a Friday night for glow jump which is from 9:30 to 11:30. The crew started cleaning the other side of the arena at 10:30 and I had to ask three people if my friends and I could jump and they were not to happy with it but let us. By this time it was getting close to 11 and I about had enough the staff was on their phones half the time and I felt like my time was being rushed. So my friends and I left feeling unwelcome. I am going to take my money else where. Thank you read more
