We visited Urban Air at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon. We have a membership. My kids were going to…read morejoin kids at a party but were waiting to enter on our membership. We waited 10 minutes in the "member" line....one customer was being helped for 10 minutes at that line. Meanwhile 25 other people went through the paid line. I asked a staff member if she could check us in....she said yes... after another big group. I said I was leaving a review and suddenly they were ready to manage me. First they claimed I had no membership...I did. Then they gave multiple reasons why we weren't checked in. Then I was told we should have just entered with the party kids. At no point did they just check my kids in. So definitely don't recommend Akron on a Saturday afternoon...not enough staff to provide efficient customer service...and poor check-in process for members. To be completely clear...waiting is not the problem...this location completely ignored one line while processing a ton of people through other lines. Their staff did not acknowledge or even seem to "see" the other line...and did not in any way attempt to "zipper" people from multiple lines to the open registers. The check in a member takes about 1 minute...almost no time at all...but that line was completely ignored while large numbers of daily customers were processed...doesn't make any sense. Also...if you happen to want a membership...don't get one. When you try to cancel, it is a complete run around. The location will tell you that you need to call corporate. Corporate will tell you they need approval from the location. Everyone is "super nice" on the phone and then nothing happens. So do not get a membership unless you like to play the run around game. There is no way to cancel online. I'm 4 days into the run around of trying to cancel a membership.

I took my four year old nephew to Toddler time on a Thursday in late August. A separate time for…read moretoddlers is a excellent idea and why I decided to go to Get Air which was my first time there. Before going I thought that Toddler time would keep my nephew safe. My nephew and I met up with a friend and his 2.5 year old son. Both of them had a blast and could play in almost every area of the trampoline park. My nephew loved diving into the blocks and running down the long trampoline track. He had so much fun for the entire two hours. If you have two kids you can almost monitor both of them at the same time if they are at opposite sides of the park. I appreciated Get Air allowing my brother to enter the park for free if he wasn't going to jump. This allowed him to take pictures of his son. Though I didn't use the massage chairs I think they are excellent for parents who want to do a little self-care. Just a couple of concerns. One parent had a child who was not a toddler who was allowed in with his sibling who was a toddler. That's not a concern until his behavior threatened the safety of my nephew. I had to move my nephew away from the school-age boy whenever he came near because he was not aware of how his actions were affecting the safety of my nephew. Then towards the end of Toddler time with 30 minutes remaining, teenagers we allowed to enter the park. Thankfully they did not threaten the safety of the toddlers as they seemed to stay away from the toddlers. Their are small locker to safely secure belongings. You have to bring your own lock. I like the variety of activities. Obstacle course, basketball, dodgeball area, slides, etc.

From there you love on to room number one, which has a large slide, an obstacle course, and a large jump area, with some other fun stuff mixed in. Then you switch over to room two, which they can turn the lights off in and turn the black lights on. In this room there's a large inflatable that you try to run up as high as you can, an inflatable basketball area, and another large inflatable slide, plus a "wind tunnel" machine that makes hurricane strength winds, as well as some air hockey tables. After the kids are all played out, they are brought to the party room, where the staff handles dishing out pizza and cupcakes and pouring drinks, cleaning everything up, and helping the birthday child get and open the presents. They then handle all of the cleanup, and load all the presents neatly onto a cart and help you get everything out to your car! They do everything but drive you home! They also have a slideshow playing in the party room of all pictures from that day of everyone playing, and you have the option to purchase it. This makes the birthday process easy and care free. Pay the money so you can actually sit back and enjoy the party!

From the outside, looks just like any other obstacle course like Adrenaline Monkey or Zip City. But once we walked in, you feel the difference! The team was engaging and very friendly. Since we had a party, they even had my Daughter's name at check-in and my wife and I were treated like VIP (our bands said-so). The pizza from Gionino's in Hudson was delicious and the organization was on-point! Shoutout to our host Taylor, who was very friendly and accommodating! Feels weird to have somebody "cater" for you but she made it easy because she was just very willing to help. Great place, glad we visited!

Kids loved it, fun for adults too…read more I took 3 children here 6 and under during a week day. I didn't really know what to expect or how pricing worked. When I showed up we had to fill out waivers and then pay for your timed ticket and buy socks. No explantation was given on the types or passes and I didn't see any signs that really laid out the pricing. So that part was a bit confusing. It did see kind of expensive for an hour of jumping. They have an area with shoe cubbies so you can store your shoes and put on your special grip socks. After that you go up the stairs into the trampoline area. They have a room full of trampolines, dodgeball area, ninja warrior obstacles in one corner, foam jump pits, and arcade and other table top games. They also have a separate section for smaller kids with all the same stuff. I decided to jump with the kids and had a great time. The trampolines felt safe and strong. The socks really do give you a great grip so you don't have to worry about slipping or sliding. There were only 2 employees as well so the rules were pretty loose. By the website I was worried it was going to be a stricter environment but we had a really enjoyable time. On the food side they only have vending machines so you will want to plan to eat a meal before or after coming. Bring drinks too because you will need it. Also I would suggest buying tickets from their website in advance. I think you could of had a better deal overall.
