It was quite challenging (we made it out barely 3 minutes before the time was up!). The entire facility was clean and the people working there were friendly, and helpful, when we needed a clue. You prepay, then when you get there everything is ready to go. We did the Titantic adventure. It was only my husband and myself who were there. If we would have had another couple, it would have been easier, but it was a little difficult for just the two of us. Fortunately, the game master was super kind and helpful. She watched us through video, and we could speak with her through intercom. She helped us when we requested, and did not make us feel as if we were total morons for not figuring something out. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this a try. It really is fun, and once you get the hang of things you start feeling like you are a straight up genius! It's lots of fun. Do it!!!!!

You are greeted by the charismatic host, Dick, who explains to you the rules of the game and the gore you are about to expect. I hate scary things so I was terrified. But as we move into the 3 escape rooms, it gets less and less scary. There are live actors mixed with a bunch of animatronics. The actors do get rather close to you, but it is nothing extreme. Our group did not make it through, but we definitely had a lot of laughs on the way. Escape rooms are great for groups, with the level of creepiness, I would say this is more so for 13+.
