It was quite challenging (we made it out barely 3 minutes before the time was up!). The entire facility was clean and the people working there were friendly, and helpful, when we needed a clue. I wish there were more than 2 rooms! I'll be back to do the other room with my family! (This place operates on appointments only, so plan/call ahead)

(Ages ranging from 28 - 72) Finding all the gems was challenging, but since there were hints available if a majority of the group agreed to request one, I think this room would be great to include a younger family member too. I'm anxious to find an escape room in North Carolina to take my younger (11 & 13) grandkids to. I just hope that I can find one that is as well run as this one. Please don't be too intimidated to try this. You are not ever actually locked in. It's a puzzle that needs a group working together to solve. Give it a try!! If we would have had another couple, it would have been easier, but it was a little difficult for just the two of us. Fortunately, the game master was super kind and helpful. She watched us through video, and we could speak with her through intercom. She helped us when we requested, and did not make us feel as if we were total morons for not figuring something out.
