Someone in our group decided to choose the Harry Potter escape room. Unfortunately, the rest of our group was unaware it was the hardest escape room at this location. We had a fun time in the escape room. Our group was a mixture of experts and amateurs, so I think this room was a little too much for some of us. The clues in the first room seemed hard to find and understand, but we also had an issue with one player holding on to all the clues. We did manage to make it to the last room, but we needed a few extra minutes to complete it. I'd love to come back and give one of the other rooms a shot. We finished off our night with axe throwing. If I could post a neg star I would…read more I booked over The weekend for the Monday and NEVER got my confirmation. Not in my email text OR Spam ask they keep insisting.. I called multiple times time and because it's The Weeknd NO ONE is available... come Monday I get an email telling me me to check my email AGAIN and finally got the confirmation at 9 am which was to late to drive over an hour to get there from our hotel and be there for 9:30... and we still had a 6 hour drive home so pushing it back wouldn't not have even been an option had they offered, which they didn't even bother.... the response was "we don't do refunds, only give credit for another day". I live 6 HOURS away from ANY of their locations.... so no refund. I filed a dispute, they REJECTED IT ! So they stole my $220 and now I will post this on every page or group they have any association with to keep anyone from making the same mistake I did.... hopefully I'll get my $220 worth of advertising
