I called multiple times time and because it's The Weeknd NO ONE is available... come Monday I get an email telling me me to check my email AGAIN and finally got the confirmation at 9 am which was to late to drive over an hour to get there from our hotel and be there for 9:30... and we still had a 6 hour drive home so pushing it back wouldn't not have even been an option had they offered, which they didn't even bother.... the response was "we don't do refunds, only give credit for another day". I live 6 HOURS away from ANY of their locations.... so no refund. I filed a dispute, they REJECTED IT !
